시맨틱웹 분야의 온톨로지는, 분산 이종 스키마를 갖는 정보에 대한 의미적 통합, 에이전트에 의한 자동화된 유통, 그리고 명시적으로 표현되지 않은 암묵적 지식의 추론을 가능케 하는, 논리에 기반하여 잘 정의된 도메인 의존적인 콘텐츠로 볼 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 과학기술 연구분야 도메인에서 정의된 하나의 시맨틱웹 온톨로지인 '국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보' 온톨로지를 소개한다. 이 온톨로지는, 논문, 과제, 특허 등과 같은 연구성과물을 바탕으로 특정 분야 전문가들이나 연구자 네트워크를 추론해 냄으로써 실제 연구자나 연구과제 기획/평가자들에게 도움을 주기 위한 목적으로, 현재 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 개발되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 온톨로지의 스키마 구성 요소로써 클래스와 속성을 기술하고, 온톨로지에서의 인스턴스 표현의 예를 보인다. 상기 온톨로지는 인력, 기관 등과 같은 실세계 인스턴스의 고유한 신원을 온톨로지 내에 대응시키기 위해, 실세계 신원의 중의성 해소 기법과 함께 개별 클래스에 종속적인 URI할당지침을 사용하여 온톨로지 내에 인스턴스를 표현하고 있다.

사용자들에게 좀 더 정확하고 편리한 검색결과를 제공하기 위하여 정보의 구조적인 특징 등을 사용하는 시맨틱 검색의 개념이 널리 연구되고 있다. 이를 위하여, 최근의 정보검색분야와 데이터구축 분야의 연구에서는 데이터의 구조적인 표현과 검색 메카니즘을 구현하기 위하여 온톨로지를 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 환경에서의 검색 정확도와 만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 온톨로지를 이용한 시맨틱 검색 방법을 제안한다. 온톨로지와 KB(KnowledgeBase)를 이용하여 검색 대상을 키워드간의 관계를 유추한 사실(fact)과 관계키워드들을 지니는 웹문서들로 크게 나누고 이들을 서로 유기적으로 검색을 진행하는 시맨틱 검색 질의 처리기법을 제안하였다. 또한 결과에 대한 사용자의 검색 만족도를 높이기 위하여 결과 문서와 사실에 대한 랭킹 방법을 제안하였다. 실험을 통하여 주어진 식의 값을 달리하여 랭킹을 올바로 구현하는 요소로 키워드의 빈도와 온톨로지상의 클래스 레벨이 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었고, 이를 통하여 적합한 형태의 계수 값을 제시하였다.

The outcomes of entrepreneurship studies have been tried to help the entrepreneurs in start-up stages, but the outcomes of the entrepreneurship research are not fully utilized to guide the activities of the entrepreneurs in start-up businesses. To utilize the outcomes of entrepreneurship research for helping entrepreneurs effectively, an entrepreneurship ontology, a systemized specification of the knowledge in the entrepreneurship research, has to be established, Based on the entrepreneurship ontology, the knowledge of entrepreneurial processes can be illustrated, and a diagnosis and coaching system for the entrepreneurs can be built effectively. To establish an entrepreneurship ontology, this study investigates the intellectual structure of entrepreneurship studies by analyzing the contents of top journals in entrepreneurship field, and identifies the relationship among the key concepts through bibliometric analyses based on entrepreneurship corpus, This study suggests a method of establishing entrepreneurship ontology and utilization of the ontology. Through utilization of the entrepreneurship ontology, it is expected to explain the entrepreneurial processes effectively and to improve the rate of business success.

Due to the rapid advancement of the mobile technology, smart phones have been widely used in the current society. This lead to an easier way to retrieve video contents using web and mobile services. However, it is not a trivial problem to retrieve particular video contents based on users' specific preferences. The current movie recommendation system is based on the users' preference information. However, this system does not consider any emotional means or perspectives in each movie, which results in the dissatisfaction of user's emotional requirements. In order to address users' preferences and emotional requirements, this research proposes a movie recommendation technology to represent a movie's emotion and its associations. The proposed approach contains the development of emotion ontology by representing the relationship between the emotion and the concepts which cause emotional effects. Based on the current movie metadata ontology, this research also developed movie-emotion ontology based on the representation of the metadata related to the emotion. The proposed movie recommendation method recommends the movie by using movie-emotion ontology based on the emotion knowledge. Using this proposed approach, the user will be able to get the list of movies based on their preferences and emotional requirements.

인터넷 서비스가 일반화되고 복잡해지면서 차세대 인터넷 서비스인 시맨틱웹의 중요한 구성요소로 활발히 연구되고 있는 분야가 온톨로지이다. 현재까지의 많은 연구들은 중앙 집중형 사이트에서의 온톨로지 구축을 통한 데이터의 통합에 관한 연구가 대부분이었다. 그러나 인터넷 환경은 기본적으로 분산 데이터 환경이며, 이러한 분산된 사이트의 모든 데이터를 대상으로 질의를 처리해야 한다. 이때 사이트간의 온톨로지 분산 데이터 처리에 대한 해결 기법들이 없이는 빠른 변화에 대응할 수 있는 차세대 시맨틱웹 구축을 기대할 수 없다. 본 연구는 분산된 인터넷 환경에서 각기 다른 방법으로 구축되어 있는 온톨로지간의 관계를 OWL언어가 지니는 확장요소를 이용하여 온톨로지 요소간의 분산관계를 기술하여 통합 질의 처리가 가능한 시스템을 구축하는 방법을 제시한다.

최근 제조업에서 제품 설계를 지원하는 디지털 전문가 시스템을 개발하는 사례가 일어나고 있다. 이 시스템은 제조업에서 엔지니어가 프로세스를 통제하고, 생산관리와 시스템 관리 등을 위하여 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 시스템을 구축하기 위한 온톨로지 기반의 추론 엔진 개발에 대하여 논한다. 전문가 시스템은 한국어를 지원하고 다양한 기능을 가지며, 그래픽한 온톨로지 맵 인터페이스와 퍼지 룰 기능 정의 등의 기능을 갖도록 하였다. 또한, 온톨로지 맵 구축과 온톨로지 기반의 퍼지 추론 방법에 대하여 지식을 표현하는 방법에 대하여 설명한다.

최근 교육에서 대두 되고 있는 중요한 문제는 학습자 중심의 맞춤형 교육이 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 요구를 만족 시킬 수 있는 방법 중 하나는 학습자의 역량을 고려하여 학습을 진행하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 학습자가 가진 역량에 따라 학습자의 목표를 이루기에 부족하다고 판단된 역량을 효율적으로 개발할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 추천하는 방법이 필수적이다. 우리는 임의의 학습자에 대한 역량 정보와 목표를 LIP 또는 ePortfolio 형식을 통해 제공하는 학습자 정보 시스템이 존재한다고 가정한다. 본 논문은 많은 교육 콘텐츠들이 존재할 때 위 역량 평가 시스템으로부터 얻어진 학습자의 역량 및 목표와 역량 맵을 확장한 역량 온톨로지를 활용하여 각 학습자에 가장 적합한 콘텐츠를 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 역량 온톨로지와 도메인 온톨로지를 활용하여 역량 맵과 역량 정의가 지속적으로 변하더라도 유연하게 이에 대처할 수 있다.

정보 자원에 대한 정확한 검색을 위해서는 점진적으로 변화하는 온톨로지의 변경 내용을 효율적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 최근에는 OWL을 이용해 온톨로지를 기술하는 경우가 많기 때문에 OWL 문서로 작성된 온톨로지의 변경 내용을 관리할 수 있는 기법이 필요하다. 이러한 요구에 따라 본 논문에서는 OWL로 기술된 온톨로지의 변화를 탐지할 수 있도록 변경 가능한 요소를 분류하고 각 요소의 특성에 맞게 변경 내용을 관리할 수 있는 저장 스키마를 제안한다. 그리고 온톨로지 버전별로 클래스나 프로퍼티에 대한 정보를 제공하는 뷰를 이용하여 질의 처리 성능을 개선할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 저장 스키마는 각 온톨로지 버전과 관련된 메타데이터의 변경 내용도 함께 저장한다. 또한 온톨로지가 변경되면 자동적으로 추가 또는 삭제되어야 하는 메타데이터의 내용도 추론을 통해 관리할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 저장 스키마를 이용하면 온톨로지의 변경 이력에 대한 검색이 가능하고 사용자가 선택한 온톨로지 버전에 맞는 정확하고 유효한 메타데이터를 제공할 수 있다.

Because, next generation web, semantic web consists of documents with semantic information, it enables computer interpret the contents of the documents, so that the information retrieval, interpretation and integration can be automated. The web documents with the semantic information may be made in ontology. In this paper, collaborative approach among the ontology design techniques is more excellent than the other techniques because it design the ontology through continuous evaluations and modification in terms of multiple views. So, we propose the process of designing and implementing the ontology for specific domain, which is Yeomigi tour place. Delphi technique, that is a kind of collaborative approach, is used when the ontology is designed.
