This study analyzed the regional current status of city J which has growth potentials of regional information, its necessity and the characteristic of the regional information for this area. The development plans of contents on the regional information based on the construction of the information infrastructure, are proposed to the important fields such as the fields of administration, industry and life information. We have also studied such as the development contents, process, providing of service, evaluation, interaction among the contents, demanders of service and providers of service related to their contents. Therefore proposal to the development plans of contents for the regional information, is able to be brought into much spread of regional information and will contribute to the development of regional information as well as get more competitive regional power.

This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

With the development of information technology and digitalization in these days, information network of library has been accomplished rapidly. The use and concern on Multimedia contents are increasing in the digital library based on information network. In this study I examined the definition of Multimedia contents and analysed the contents services and contents management for the use of Multimedia contents in digital library. As a result. the effect of information technology is important for changing of information environment. Moreover, the multimedia which are resources whose information demand of the user is various contents with it is changing the possibility of knowing it was with application.

This study aims to analyze contents of websites which provide health information service. The study reviewed 5 websites and selected 15 sample contents among them. Based on the case model that extracted the contents from the websites, this research analyzed the usefulness of the contents. As a result, the usefulness of all the contents are rated above the average. Among the contents, The active core contents include 'information for librarians', 'information bout cancer', 'health related database', and 'multi-lingual health information'.

This paper proposes a new GeoPhoto contents markup language that can create u-GIS contents by using the spatial photos. GeoPhoto contents markup language has designed the GeoPhoto contents model and markup language for contents that can be used the spatial photos information. GeoPhoto con tents markup language is represented by the convergence of GIS information, location information, photos information respectively. GeoPhoto contents markup language to provide a variety of pictures related to the content model consists of GeoPhoto contents model and operations between the GeoPhoto contents. GeoPh oto contents model supports GeoPhoto model, CubicPhoto model, Photo model and SequenceGeoPhoto mod el. In addition, this paper propose the Annotation operation, Enlargement operation and Overlay operation for represent the GeoPhoto contents. GeoPhoto Contents Markup Language has the advantage of supportin g user custom contents model of u-GIS.

In this paper, we propose user contents using behavior and location information on contents on various channels, such as web, IPTV, for contents distribution. With methods to build user and contents profiles, contents using behavior as an implicit user feedback was applied into machine learning procedure for updating user profiles and contents preference. In machine learning procedure, contents-based and collaborative filtering methods were used to analyze user's contents preference. This study proposes contents location information on web sites for final recommendation contents as well. Finally, we refer to a generalized recommender system for personalization. With those methods, more effective and accurate recommendation service can be possible.

This study analyzed the disparity between the supply and demand of information demand and information provision generated among information providers(agricultural researchers) and information adopters(farmers), the two subjects of the local innovation diffusion process, with a focus on the contents and methods of sharing information and according to individual innovation diffusion pattern. In information provision, the characteristics of the contents of information in terms of their temporal necessity and effective period were more important than the field to which the contents of information belonged. In addition, the selection and strategic provision of an information provision method appropriate to each pattern according to the contents of information were proposed as a way of resolving farmers'information demand and strengthening their links to experiment stations. According to the analysis, information provision methods such as the limited use of some patterns in methods of providing documents, provision of production information using experiment field, and eco-friendly agricultural information to all types through regular study group sessions, search for plans for using ICT, and supplementary and interconnected composition of individual information provision methods were applicable in a complex manner according to the situation and management format, and the standard here was the contents of information.

This study analyzed the local present status of Jechon which has growing-up potency of local information, is necessity and the characteristic of the local information for this area and the development scheme of contents is proposed for the local information based on the construction of the information infra. The development plan of contents on the local information is proposed for the field of administration, industry, life information, etc. Therefore such development plan of contents can be brought into much research to the contents development of the local information. In addition, it is expected to be lots of the public relations for the information city, sharing of information and that making more use of its applications. In addition, such plan is able to be contributed to the construction of information city for citizen's welfare and getting the competitively local power.
