There are not much digital contents researches that do to culture relics basically. Digital contents research is studied by various method such as Cyber Gallery, 3-D Graphics, Hologram from Scanning that is the simplest form. This research wishes to do with internal culture relics as the central figure that it is that 'Sosu Seowon'. Korean culture contents cyber gallery construction can see as childhood yet. Present result that investigator develops research and as presentation about research process and contents result, wish to argue about problem. Digital contents escapes in existent physical time factor and development to new culture code is possible. Go and come often carrying out and search of fast data or experience of cultural inheritance is available. Through research, wished to present possible metheod actually in digital contents manufacture of internal cultural inheritance. Through this, expect role that offer base in contents manufacture skill.

In this paper, to establish a way controlling educational contents, range of contents for quality control are offered. And a life-cycle suitable for present circumstance has defined and successive quality control process has suggested supporting development and use of the contents through analyzing the life cycle of its software and previous contents. A life cycle is defined as whole process from formation of contents to its extinction. The developing process includes stages of planning, designing, manufacturing, and the applying process includes evaluation, circulation and management. Suitable quality control guidelines for each process have established and offered. Aim of this paper is also to develop a model which is applicable to developers as well as supporters who help the developing process.

Nucleic acid and protein biosynthese of the glucose-bleached Chlorella cells in relation to the process of the chloroplast reformation were traced, by measuring the changes in the amounts of cell constituents and nuclease activities of the cells during the greening process. The contents of RNA and protein of the glucose-bleached cells decreased significantly, shile the contents of nucleotides and amino acids of the cells increased to compared with those of the control, showing that the biosynthetic activities of RNA and protein of the cells were inhibited severely in the glucose-bleaching process. In the early greening process of the glucose-bleached Chlorella cells the contents of RNA and protein of the cells increased significantly, while the contents of nucleotides nad amino acids of the cells increased to compared with those of the control, showing that the biosynthetic activities of RNA and protein of the cells were inhibited severely in the glucose-bleaching process. In the early greening process of the glucose-bleached Chlorella cells the contents of RNA and protein of the cells increased significantly wihout any increase in the chlorophyll contents showing that the massive biosynthese of RNA and protein proceed prior to the chlorophyll bioynthesis in the cells. The phosphate contents in the DNA fraction of the glucose-bleached cells decreased, but the contents of acid-insoluble polyphosphate increased to compared with those of the control in the early greening porcess, exhibiting that the incorporation of the phosphorus from acid-insoluble polyphosphate into DNA was retarded. In the greening process of the glucose-bleached cells the ribonuclease nad deoxyribonuclease activities of the cells decreased to compared with those of the control, although the initial activities of the both enzymes in the cell were far great compared with the control. Although the initial phosphate contents in the lipid fraction of the glucose-bleached Chlorella cells were more great than the control, the phosphate contents in the lipid fraction of the cells decreased in the early greening process to compared with control, and then increased in the late developmental stages in which massive chlorophyll biosynthesis occured.

This study analyzed the regional current status of city J which has growth potentials of regional information, its necessity and the characteristic of the regional information for this area. The development plans of contents on the regional information based on the construction of the information infrastructure, are proposed to the important fields such as the fields of administration, industry and life information. We have also studied such as the development contents, process, providing of service, evaluation, interaction among the contents, demanders of service and providers of service related to their contents. Therefore proposal to the development plans of contents for the regional information, is able to be brought into much spread of regional information and will contribute to the development of regional information as well as get more competitive regional power.

This studied conceptional definition of digital contents and necessity of cultural contents by digital technology in progress. In addition, development process of cultural archetype digital contents based on ultimate idea and imagnation in our culture, refered from cultural archetype and digital content technology was offered by the study. Through abstraction of cultural archetype contents factor, this study deduced development model of digital contents extracted by value chain of cultural archetype contents.

The role of local decentralization and balanced regional development becomes important due to the concentration of population due to urbanization, and the development of tourism contents in local governments is actively being attempted. However, this is largely due to quantitative growth, and it does not offer tourist content that offers a different experience while utilizing regional characteristics. This means that it is important to develop programs and contents that emphasize the identity of the region by cultivating local characteristics and build a different image. However, most of the small regions where characteristic resources are difficult to find have a problem that it is difficult to develop different programs and contents due to relatively few development opportunities and financial constraints. In this study, it was considered that it is effective to analyze characteristic features of the region and utilize the possessed assets as much as possible. Therefore, we propose a service design process that effectively supports ecotourism, one of the regional revitalization plan using local eco - assets. In the process, Venn Diagram Position and Context Map methodology was developed and verified through Sutonggol Observation Path.

This study provides an overview of instruments for mobile contents start-up companies promotion that are currently available in Seoul. It includes a brief description of several different types of start-up companies and development processes for each of those companies so that it can analyze and figure out critical success factors for sustainable growth. In addition, the case studies of five mobile contents related companies are used to obtain more detailed insights into the development processes. The study focuses on mobile contents startups promotion used as a public policy for encouraging more productive and knowledge-intensive ventures, with the aim of upgrading management activities and creating more startups-friendly business environment. Consequently, the key target groups of the measures discussed in the study include mobile contents start-ups and start-ups that exploit new business opportunities in Seoul.

The e-Learning program is a multimedia data program consisting of texts, images, animation, audio and video. The development of an e-Learning program requires time and is a complex process, requiring cooperation and open-communication between all parties involved, particularly in the event of a problem. This study will analyze the e-Learning contents development process from the Social Negotiation Perspective. An appropriate process for the development of the program and effective decision-making guidelines for those parties involved will be recommended. Participants' viewpoints regarding program development and guidelines were studied qualitatively, while the evaluation of developed content employed both qualitative and quantitative research. The study found the following results. First, the development of an e-Learning program requires a clear goal and purpose. Second, the target group must be clearly identified. Third, all parties involved must share in the development process and its outcomes. Fourth, the party requesting the program must allocate the appropriate time and budget for the development group. Finally, the project requires a strong, capable leadership for effective decision-making.

The Purpose of this study is to propose 4F Process, which is one of the development methodology of the gamification. For the effectiveness analysis of the 4F Process, game and gamification related theories are applied and conducted comparative analysis with the published gamification development methodology. This studies results show that the 4F Process is a relatively high level of perfection of gamification development methodology than eight of published methodologies by found out this study team. But, there was a complementary point in the 4F Process. Based on results of this study, this study mentioned the pros and coms of the 4F Process and suggested the step-by-step guideline as a necessary element for the gamification development methodology.
