The objectives of this study is to suggest marketing strategies directed of retroactive-socialized parents who have environmental-educated children at school. For this purpose, this study based on the consumer socialization agent such as family and demographic variables were studied. The scope of this study includes attitudes toward price and advertising, and interests related to environmental problems and environmental-products preference. As a result, The parents of environmental-educated children get much more environmental information and show favorable buying behaviors for environmental-products. Most of parents who get environmental information from children educated at school show favorable attitude towards the advertising and also show more preference to environmental-products and more frequent communication among family members. Parents who have environmental-educated children were insensitive to price, more consciousness about environmental problem and flexible to change in their buying behaviors. In conclusion, This study shows that behaviors of children had a significant influence on buying behavior of parents.
This study aims to investigate the aspect of volunteering and donation of highschool students in Seongnam city and further the relationship between volunteering and democratic civic consciousness. To that end, 155 students from an ordinary highschool and a foreign language highschool participated in a survey. The result showed that female students' participation rates of volunteering and monetary donations were higher than male students' but there was no difference in the participation rates between the schools. The civic consciousness level was not affected by the gender, but was affected by the schools. The scores for the attitude of democracy were better than those for the value and the participation of democracy. In particular, the students from the foreign language highschool had higher scores for the participation of democracy relative to the students from the highschool. As for the relationship between volunteering and democratic civic consciousness, there was a significant difference in civic consciousness scores between students who had participated in volunteering and those who had not, only in the case of the students from the ordinary highschool. Additionally, it was revealed volunteering and donating were compensatory behavior. Although single factors in volunteering influencing the civic consciousness were not found, persistence was important.

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of the e-Learning application on the teaching learning method in Technology-Home Economics of Middle School. For e-Learning of clothing part, diverse teaching programs and contents were reconstructed and provided in cyber-space. Among the uploaded diverse materials including advanced and supplementary materials, students could make a choice which depends on their own levels. Since the results of assignments could be uploaded in cyber-space and easily accessible to all students, the reliablity of estimation was increased and self-directed learning ability was improved. Also, more effective teaching learning activity could be expected through the mutual exchange of opinion between students and teacher, and among students. Besides, counselling and advices on overall aspect of student's life were also possible. The students were generally satisfied to e-Learning instruction. The interest and understanding about clothing part were increased, and the academic attitude and habit were positively changed. Also they responded that e-Learning instruction were very helpful because learning was possible even after school, diverse materials for learning were available, and submitting the results of assignments was very convenient. In conclusion, the application of e-Learning on the teaching learning method was very effective and should be encouraged. The development and supplement of diverse programs and contents will be necessary for more successful e-Learning instructions.

As interest in artificial intelligence increases, each university has been establishing a special graduate school with artificial intelligence major, and recently, the Korea government has established various support policies for artificial intelligence education. However, each university has a lot of difficulties because it has little experience in operating graduate education with the latest field of artificial intelligence and it is not easy to find experts. In this study, the response of graduate school students majoring in artificial intelligence was analyzed using IPA technique, and the direction of education of graduate school artificial intelligence major was searched. Among the 40 items surveyed by IPA, 12 items such as systematization of artificial intelligence curriculum, progress of class considering learning level, improvement of academic relations with guidance professors were extracted as items to be improved first. On the other hand, 8 items such as assistant capacity, and relationship with colleagues were overloaded, and twelve items such as instructor's lecture competency, appropriateness of educational contents, learner's artificial intelligence skills and knowledge, and attitude acquisition were to be maintained. In addition, eight items such as convergence education curriculum and diversity of education methods were all low in importance and performance. It is suggested that AI graduate school should be divided into two tracks(technical specialization, convergence expansion) by educational goal, and each track should be conducted by level-specific educational contents and methods suitable for student level. The curriculum should be elaborate and systematic to acquire AI knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and should have an individualized guidance system centered on excellent faculty members.
The purpose of this study is to suggest importance of emotional intelligence by studying effects between emotional intelligence and job crafting; the research was conducted among employees working for organizations. Especially this empirical study proves mediating effect of self-efficacy, and moderating effect of career growth opportunities in relationship between emotional intelligence and job crafting. The survey was conducted for employees; 341 answers were used from total population and were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistics package. The study concludes that emotional intelligence has positive influence (+) on job crafting of employee. Positive influence was found in the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy, and job crafting as well. The study also proves mediating effect of self-efficacy. Moreover it is likely that career growth opportunities have moderating effect in the relationship between self-efficacy and job crafting. The study implies that improving emotional intelligence is important to change attitude/behavior of employees on job. The study also implies that corporations need to provide career growth opportunities, to develop various programs, and to create friendly working environment.
The purpose of this study is to inquire the people's views on nursing for nurses, correct the image of nurse and take it as basis to be applied on nursing education examining the image of nursing on Television drama playing important role of mass media. 22 nurses of the characters in drama is applied to the analysis object of this study by selecting 6 dramas of Television ones the nurse play on the prime time from June 1 to August 31 in 1997. Contents analysis method was used in Data Analysis, 4 items was used after Coders previously modify and compensate it based on research documents of 1m Milim(1996) 2 Coders made the Coding the article on each person by them seeing the recorded film making the Coding Paper each items is written by the character. The average of reliability degree was 90% which measured the reliability degree by the mathod of Holsti. The statisic method of frequency, percentage was used SPSS Program in data processing The results were as follows. 1. Relative importance of 86.2% nurses in drama was depicted as extra characters 2. The affair attitude of nurses shown on drama was revealed as mechanical(84.7%), passive(45.5%), dependent(54.4%) unkind(68.2%). 3. The activity of nurses was classified with professional! simple affair. The professional affairs such as I.V., Blood Pressure Check, Rounding, Nursing Recording, Patient Education, Assist of Operation, Assistant meal of Patient, etc is mainly depicted and the screen of simple affair such as Receiving telephone, Carrying Tray or Dragging, Stretcher Car, Dressing Car and or Wheel Chair than professional affair. 4. The appearance feature of nurses was shown on thin physique(68.2%), common stature(68.2), dirty costume(45.4%), common appearance(81.9%), unnoble action(63.6%). The image of nurses is illuminated as the exterial scene of technical affair such as assisting the doctors and affair focused on accident and educational activity of nureses or extended role is nor depicted on Television drama. Therefore, the people regard the nurse as sexual object with good appearance than professional worker working professional nursing We want the following, epigraph based on above conclusion. 1. The continuous research is required on the image of nurse shown on various mass media. 2. The later research is required on appliction strategy of mass media for advancing the image of nurse. 3. The research to strengthen the objectivity by comparing analyzed data on drama & analyzing it is required 4. Through the deep study, the standard to show a concrete and professional work of nurses to scenario writers of TV drama is suggested by the association. 5. The monitoring about the mass media must be activated, not by some nurses, on a national scale and much study on the basis of this is needed.

Using the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child(UNCRC) as a frame of reference, this study examined South and North Korean children's rights as reported in the UNCRC and the pattern of changes in the reports depending on the period in which the reports were written. For this purpose, we reviewed Article 1 of the Convention to see what age range the South and North Korean governments, respectively, specify to define a child. We also analyzed the method and attitude of how each Korean government acknowledges the rights of children in the four general principles of the Convention("non-discrimination", "the best interests of the child", "the right to life, survival, and development" and "respect for the views of the child"). The results showed that there was asymmetric content between South and North Korea in the four general principles of the Convention. Both South and North Korea lack a sense of respect for the views of children. There were also differences in the rights of children depending on the distinct characteristics of each Korea. In South Korea, it is important to guarantee the rights of multicultural children and provide a plan for child safety. On the other hand, North Korea has emphasized that they provide the necessities of life and free education to children. Both Koreas have continuously submitted their reports and showed improvement in understanding the rights of children in each report. We conclude that it is essential for South and North Korea to build common ground in their respective contents on children and to establish a foundation of normative standards in the path to prepare for reunification. Moreover, we also conclude that South and North Korea should work collaboratively to reach mutual consent to achieve these goals.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Ethical Leadership on job engagement, organizational commitment and unethical pro-organizational behavior and to analyze the dual mediation effect of job engagement and organizational commitment. We used 565 questionnaires collected by members in domestic companies. The result of the analyses are as follows: First, Ethical Leadership has no positive effect on unethical pro-organizational behavior. Second, in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and unethical pro-organizational behavior, job engagement does not play a mediating role, but organizational commitment plays a mediating role. Third, in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and unethical pro-organizational behavior, job engagement and organizational commitment play a dual mediating role. The theoretical implication is that this study once again confirmed the behavior patterns such as cognition, emotion, attitude and behavior of members in the organization. In addition, this study can contribute to theoretical expansion by explaining that these behavior patterns are identified by social exchange theory. The practical implication is that this study confirmed that members in the actual management field are willing to perform unethical pro-organizational behavior in order to achieve the organization's goal efficiently and effectively. Therefore, it is suggested that active efforts should be made to recognize these negative influences and possibilities at the organization level and to create a clean and fair organizational culture and environment that everyone can recognize at the social level.
The purpose of this study is to develop an ACT group counseling program for the purpose of alleviating and healing the job stress and burnout of nursing care workers and to verify the effectiveness of the ACT group counseling program. To this end, the goal and theoretical model, content, operation and evaluation of the program were composed and applied according to the procedure. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of measuring the job stress of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Second, as a result of measuring the level of job burnout of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Third, as a result of measuring the level of role conflict of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Fourth, as a result of measuring the level of over-role of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. Fifth, as a result of measuring the level of role ambiguity of the study subjects, there was a positive change in the group participating in the program. As a practical implication, by including the ACT theory and practice plan in various nursing care providers training courses, the ability to respond to job burnout and job stress is increased, and ultimately, by increasing the psychological flexibility of nursing care workers, the opportunity for essential change in attitude toward work and life describe what to provide.
In this study, we wanted to identify the level of ad avoidance, type of ad avoidance and predictors that affect ad avoidance according to mobile ad formats. A survey was conducted on users who had experienced mobile ads and a total of 276 responses were used for the analysis. Studies showed that push ad had the highest level of avoidance. In addition, when looking at the type of ad avoidance, the highest ad avoidance type was immediate ad avoidance in all established ad formats and the lowest ad avoidance type was prior ad avoidance. The results of predicting ad avoidance showed that among 11 independent variables, perceived intrusive variable had a positive (+) effect in all ad formats except push ad and attitude toward mobile ad variable had a negative (-) effect in the push ad. This study is meaningful in that it was a comprehensive comparative analysis by subdividing the advertising formats implemented in mobile. This study is also meaningful in that studying how ad avoidance levels and avoidance types differed accordingly and what were the variables that affect ad avoidance. It also had the practical significance that could help establish an efficient ad execution strategy that reflected the characteristics of mobile devices.
