국내 과학전문채널 활성화를 위한 콘텐츠 개발 및 홍보전략 연구 (Investigation on the Content Development and Promotional Strategy to Vitalize the Korean Science Channel)

  • 본 연구는 과학대중화에 있어 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있는 국내 과학전문채널인 'YTN 사이언스'가 시청률, 콘텐츠, 제작비의 부족을 드러내고 있다는 문제인식 하에, 우선 현행 국내 과학전문채널의 프로그램 편성과 운영현황, 홍보 전략을 탐색적으로 확인하였다. 다음으로 미국(디스커버리 채널, 내셔널지오그래픽 채널), 영국(BBC Knowledge), 일본(사이언스채널), 중국(CCTV 10) 등 해외 각국의 과학방송채널 특히, 중요 프로그램들을 분석하여 향후 국내 과학전문채널에 활용 및 접목시킬 수 있는 가능성을 모색하였다. 이러한 현실진단과 해외사례분석을 통해 다양한 시사점을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 제시될 수 있는 콘텐츠 개발 및 홍보전략은 다음과 같다. 우선 콘텐츠가치 제고를 위한 편성전략의 수정이 필요한 바, 타깃 시청집단과 시청자 라이프스타일을 고려한 편성 재조정, 줄띠편성(Stripping)을 통한 시청습관화 전략, 프라임타임(prime time)대의 전략 프로그램 배치가 필요할 것이다. 다음으로 콘텐츠제작 및 활용전략 측면에서는 콘텐츠 제작의 이중적 전략(지식전달, 흥미전달의 두 분야로의 구분), 프로그램의 대표 캐릭터의 기획과 활용, 한국적 과학기술소재의 선택, SNS와의 전략적 연계, 소재의 다변화와 심층화, OSMU 활성화 전략이 요구될 것이다. 마지막으로 홍보전략 차원에서는 과학관련 행사 개최와 중계방송을 통한 채널 인지도 제고, 잡지 및 단행본 발간 등 인쇄매체로의 확장을 통한 홍보전략 수행, 온라인/모바일 홍보 전략의 강화 등을 제시할 수 있겠다.

Enhancing Performance with a Learnable Strategy for Multiple Question Answering Modules

  • A question answering (QA) system can be built using multiple QA modules that can individually serve as a QA system in and of themselves. This paper proposes a learnable, strategy-driven QA model that aims at enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness. A strategy is learned using a learning-based classification algorithm that determines the sequence of QA modules to be invoked and decides when to stop invoking additional modules. The learned strategy invokes the most suitable QA module for a given question and attempts to verify the answer by consulting other modules until the level of confidence reaches a threshold. In our experiments, our strategy learning approach obtained improvement over a simple routing approach by 10.5% in effectiveness and 27.2% in efficiency.

  • Research in operations strategy has evolved considerably since Wickham Skinner's early conceptual work. Traditionally research in operations strategy has not explicitly recognized the distinction between process and content research. However, separate conceptual models for process and content are extracted from the literature Recent research in operations strategy has focused on showing the extent to which manufacturing's competence in developing and executing one or more competitive capabilites affects the organization's overall business performance. This paper takes a approach to examining the relationships among competitive capabilities, and the relationships among between those capabilities and business performance.

  • The aim of this study is to apply lesson design of high school home economics to model which consists of six steps of instructional procedure among various models for instructional design, Through thesis, central content of each step was written as follows; 1) At the step of establishment of terminal instructional objectives, educational objectives, terminal instructional objectives was analyzed and specific instructional objectives was extracted. 3) At the step of diagnosis of entering behavior, ability of prior learning and ability of preliminary learning were evaluated, which was used as establishing instructional strategy and doing individual guidance. 4)At the step of determining instructional strategy, instructional strategy should be extracted by considering instructional event which is adequate to content of instruction. Instructional strategy consists of five main factor, factors, those are, activity of introduction of instruction, presentation of content of instruction and information, participation of learner and learning activity, identification of learning result, and subsequent treatment after evaluation. 5)Specific activity at the step of selection and development of instructional media consists of reidentification of instructional objectives determination of learning type, drawing up instructional media analysis sheet, synthesis of selected media, and explanatory note of selected media. In order to increase efficiency of instruction at the step of determining instructional strategy, this step should be considered simultaneously. 6)The step of try-out and evaluation of instructional design should be efficient when designed instruction was inputted at class after evaluation of each step of instructional design.

A Study on NaverZ's Metaverse Platform Scaling Strategy

  • We look at the rocket life stages of NaverZ's metaverse platform scaling and investigate the ignition and scale-up stage of its metaverse platform brand, Zepeto based on the Rocket Model (RM). The results are derived as follows: Firstly, NaverZ shows the event strategy by collaborating with K-pops, the piggybacking strategy by utilizing other SNSs, and the VIP strategy by investing in game and entertainment content genres in the 'attract' function. In the second 'match' function, based on the matching rule of Zepeto, the users can generate their own characters and "World" with Zepeto Studio. However, for strengthening the matching quality, NaverZ is investing in the artificial intelligence (AI) based companies consistently. In the 'connect' function, NaverZ's maximization of the positive interaction is possible by inducing feed activities in Zepeto & other SNSs and by uploading attractive content for viral effects in the ignition. For facilitating this, NaverZ expands the scale to other continents like Southeast Asia and Middle East with the localization strategy inclusive investment. Lastly, in the 'transact' function, based on three monetization experiments like Coin & ZEM, user generated content (UGC) fee, and advertising revenue in the ignition, NaverZ starts to invest in NFT platforms and abroad blockchain companies.

멀티버스(Multiverse), 콘텐츠 IP확장을 위한 세계관 재생산 전략 (Multiverse, The Strategy of the Universe Reproduction for Expanding Content IP)

  • 전 세계적으로 OTT 서비스가 대중화됨에 따라 새로운 콘텐츠가 끊임없이 유통되는 플랫폼 미디어 산업 생태계에서 콘텐츠 IP 확장 전략은 콘텐츠 제작방식에 있어 중요한 위치를 갖는다. 그 중에서도 특정한 세계를 구성하는 구성요소, 즉 세계관을 확장하는 방식은 콘텐츠 IP 전략에서 위험요소를 줄이고 콘텐츠 프랜차이즈를 구축하는데 있어 효과적이다. 본 연구는 마블의 영화적 세계관(MCU)이 어떻게 멀티버스 개념을 차용하여 자기 스스로 이를 복제하고 재생산하면서 콘텐츠 IP 확장을 전략적으로 수행하고 있는지 <로키(Loki)>의 서사 분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 결과적으로 멀티버스 세계관은 완결된 사건을 반복하여 비/완결 상태를 재생산 할 수 있고, 이는 완결된 또 다른 자기충족적 콘텐츠로 존재가능하다. 동시에 멀티버스 세계관 아래 하나의 캐릭터가 다수로 존재 가능하기 때문에 복수의 이야기를 생산해낼 수 있다는 점에서 효과적인 콘텐츠 IP 확장전략이 될 수 있다.

지식경영 전략과 과업 특성간의 연관관계 분석 (Knowledge Management Strategy and Its Link to Task Characteristics)

  • This paper analyzes 96 Korean companies to illustrate the relationship between the knowledge management strategies and task characteristics. Knowledge management strategies can be categorized as being codification- and personalization-oriented. Task characteristics are analyzed from the perspective of content-oriented, process-oriented, number of exceptions, and analyzability. These results illustrate how companies should align the knowledge management strategies with task characteristics. It is found that codification strategy is more likely to be associated with high content-oriented and high analyzability task, and personalization strategy is with high process-oriented task. The survey result confirms that managers should adjust knowledge management strategies in view of the characteristics of the task.

온톨로지 기반의 교육 콘텐츠 제작 기법 (An Authoring Strategy for Cyber Learning Contents-based on Ontology)

  • 현재 많은 수의 원격대학들이 사이버교육 서비스를 제공하고 있으나 교육용 콘텐츠의 형식과 질에 있어서는 여전히 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 특히 표준적인 콘텐츠 개발 전략의 부재로 인하여 교수자마다 서로 다른 형식과 내용 구성의 콘텐츠를 작성하고 있으며 콘텐츠들 사이의 연관성의 부족으로 인하여 콘텐츠의 재사용이 어렵고 내용적으로 보완관계에 있는 유용한 콘텐츠가 있음에도 학습자가 이를 활용하는 것을 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 표준화, 재사용, 연관성을 높일 수 있도록 온톨로지와 SCORM 기반의 고급 교육 콘텐츠 개발 전략을 수립하였으며 실제 원격대학의 교육 콘텐츠를 제작함으로써 제안하는 기법이 효과적임을 보이고 있다.

  • As a competition between a country and a company becomes fierce and the quality information, reliability and quality guarantee of a product are more emphasized, quality has become an important strategic task of a company. A company today has a strategic quality management system for quality improvement in order to perform such a strategic task. The content of this are as follows. Classify the types of quality strategy of our manufacturing companies when the necessity of a strategic quality management increases in order to adapt to a rapidly changing management environment and study the characteristics of a quality management activity factor of quality strategy. The content and meaning of this analysis are summarized as follows. Confirmed qualify management activity in which quality strategy could be used by analyzing the effects by tendency of a quality management activity factor by quality strategy. It was a product/service factor that a quality management activity factor contrasted most clearly by tendency of quality strategy. Also, it can be said that this study set the foundation of quality strategy of our manufacturing company in a methodological way because this can be used in developing the theory and model of quality management and in verifying them by confirming and embodying the main area for successful quality management through comparing and analyzing factors related with main areas of quality management.
