상품적 유통을 고려한 김치 포장의 기술혁신 현황 (Technology Innovation in Kimchi Packaging for Marketing in Food Supply Chain)

  • 한국고유 발효채소인 김치는 살균공정이 없이 미생물이 살아있는 상태로 유통되고 있다. 이로 인하여 저장 유통 중에 젖산과 이산화탄소가 생성되어 문제를 야기한다. $CO_2$ 생산은 두 단계로 이루어지는데, 처음에 빠르고 나중에 낮으며, $CO_2$ 생산속도는 김치 종류, 염도 및 저장온도에 따라 다르다. 김치로부터 생산되는 $CO_2$ 기체는 포장 내에 축적되어 부피팽창과 압력발생을 야기한다. 염도와 저장온도에 따른 $CO_2$ 생산속도의 함수적 의존관계는 문헌에서 발표된 바가 있으며, 이를 이용하여 여러 저장조건에서의 부피 및 압력의 변화를 예측하는 것이 가능하다. $CO_2$ 발생의 문제를 해결하는 방법으로서 기체확산 핀홀, 고 $CO_2$ 투과 필름, $CO_2$ 흡수제 등의 이용이 검토되고 연구되어 왔다. 이러한 기법을 적절히 도입하여 설계된 포장은 김치에 높은 용존 $CO_2$와 함께 높은 탄산미의 관능적 품질을 하면서도 부피팽창과 압력발생을 완화할 수 있었다. 각 방법의 장점과 함께 한계를 검토 고찰하였다.

풋고추의 유통과정중 Vitamin C 함량의 변화 (Studies on the Changes of Vitamin C content in the Hot Green Pepper Fruits during the Circulation Periods)

  • This study was carried out to observe the changes of Vitamin C content and to preserve the quality for the circulation periods of hot green pepper fruits wrapped with polyethylene film under the indoor temperature, as well as to find the proper time for harvest of hot green pepper fruits as a hot taste food and vegetable. the results obstained were as follows: 1. The consignment rate of hot green pepper fruits was highest, 60.2% on the 25th day after flowering, the nest 25.4% on the 20 th day, 10.3% on the 30th day and 4.1% on the 35th day. 2. the content of Vitamin C I each pepper fruits was highest o the 30th day, considerably high on the 25th day and 20th day. 3. The total content of Vitamin C in each part of hot green pepper fruits; the content in pericarp was much higher than in placenta and seed, and that of hydro type Vitamin C was almost the same. 4. The reduction rate of vitamin C during circulation periods was highest on the 3rd day; 42% in pericarp, 50% in placenta, 65% in seed. But in the package wrapped up with polyethylene film, the reduction rate in the same period was 5% in pericarp, which was very low in reduction, and those in placenta and seed were almost the same as in the unwrapped state.

  • 본고에서는 네트웍 환경에서 매체변화와 장서개발 이론의 향후관계에 대해서 연구하였다. 도서관에서, 취급하고 있는 정보가 인쇄매체에서 전자매체 중심으로 비중이 커짐에 따라서 장서개발전략이 물리적 대상이나, 배가, 보관등 형식 중심의 전통적인 장서관리 개념에서 벗어나서, 다양한 매체가 담고 있는 메시지인 '내용(content)' 을 관리하는 방향으로 전환되어야 할 필요성을 제시하였다. 도서관이 '내용'을 가지고 있는 '패키지(package)'로서 간주되어 왔던 기존의 기능으로는 이제 다양한 정보욕구를 가지고 도서관에 접근하는 이용자 중심의 정보제공을 충족시켜주기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 미래의 장서개발은 기존의 장서 관리 (collection management)에서 매체가 담고 있는 내용중심의 내용관리(content management)로의 패러다임 전환이 필요함을 규명하였다.

IPTV 서비스 이용자 특성과 유료 콘텐츠 구매의 관련성에 대한 연구 (A Study of Relationship with User Characteristics and Paid Contents Consumption on IPTV Services)

  • This study analyzes the influence factors of IPTV users on the purchase of paid contents. This study carries out a web-log analysis of the actual users of the service provided by the domestic IPTV providers and classifies the influence factors on the purchase of paid contents largely into VOC, switching barriers, and content consumption pattern to conduct an empirical analysis. As analysis procedure, first, this study analyzes the preceding researches related to the core influence factors and content-purchasing patterns, and second, conducts a basic statistics analysis of the distribution of basic characteristics of the logs used, as presented in the above. Third, this study carries out a multiple regression analysis as an estimating equation of the number of purchasing the paid content depending on switching barriers of IPTV service, VOC, and content consumption pattern. As a statistical package, Stata version 11.2 was used. Through the empirical analysis, this study found that of the service use logs, VOC and content consumption pattern had a multi-dimensional impact on the purchase of premium contents. On the other hand, this study also found that the impact of switching barriers such as combination state with other products and current status of holding a point did not have a significant impact on the purchase of paid contents.

  • This study was observed the variations in skin color, hydration, sebum content according to age groups at the forehead, both cheeks, and chin in 154 healthy Korean women subjects with aged 30 to 59. We selected four face sites (forehead, right cheek, left cheek, and chin) and measured with chromameter, corneometer, and sebumeter. All statistical analysis was performed on the computer software package SPSS 8.0. There was no significant difference of lightness between facial four regions in age groups but lightness showed to tend to age-related decrease on each regions. Redness and yellowness showed the highest values on chin and forehead respectively but there was no tendency to steady changes according to age variation. Both cheeks showed the highest hydration level and the lowest sebum content compared with forehead and chin in all age groups and there was tendency to age-related changes of sebum content on both cheeks. So we concluded there was decreasing tendency in lightness and sebum content according to the increase of age and there was no age-related change of skin hydration level at least in facial skin.(omitted)

A Study on the Effect of Online Travel Distribution's Brand Community Characteristics on Product Purchase Intention

  • Purpose: This study attempted to confirm the mediating effect of brand experience and to travel brand community satisfaction in the relationship between the characteristics of brand community contents and travel product purchase intention. This study also investigated the moderating role of consumer characteristics. Research design, data and methodology: Based on a total of 381 bytes of data, hypothesis verification was conducted using Smart-PLS 3.2.8 statistical package programs. Results: First, the content community travel brand attributes, personal affordability and creativity are a lingering fragrances on the intended consumers ' shopping trip. Second, information provision, interaction, and creativity, which are the characteristics of travel brand community content, influenced consumers' intention to purchase travel products through brand community satisfaction. Third, playfulness, vitality, and creativity, which are the characteristics of travel brand community content, influenced consumers' intention to purchase travel products through double mediation of the experience and community satisfaction of brand. Conclusions: Tourism industry managers should be able to market content by forming their own brand community. It is necessary to create an environment in which tourism industry managers can use social media travel brand community content to give discounts to consumers, provide creative, playful and vivid travel information.

산화억제 가능성과 사용편의성을 가진 일회성 조제분유 포장 (Use-friendly Active Packaging of Powdered Infant Formula in Single-serve Portion Augmented with Anti-oxidative Function)

  • 질소 치환한 소용량 조제분유 포장에서 초기 잔존 산소와 저장 중 투과 유입되는 산소를 제거하여 추가적인 산화 방지 효과를 얻고자 산소흡수제를 함입하는 포장을 구성 설계하였다. 조제분유 13 g을 담은 5 × 7 cm의 폴리에틸렌/펄프 다층 세공성 여과 봉지와 함께 산소흡수제를 8 × 9 cm의 알루미늄 적층 필름 포장에 넣은 후, 질소 기체로 치환포장하여 30℃에서 254일 동안 저장하였고, 같은 조건에서 산소흡수제가 함입되지 않은 대조구 포장 조건과 비교하였다. 산소흡수제는 조제분유와 직접적인 접촉을 하지 않으면서도 포장 내부의 산소를 전량 흡수할 수 있었으며 산소의 제거에 따른 산화 방지로 인하여 이산화탄소 발생을 보이지 않았다. 전 저장기간 동안 대조구 포장 제품에 비하여 산소흡수제 함입 포장의 제품에서는 0.7~2.2 meq/kg 만큼의 낮은 과산화물가를 보여서 조제분유 포장에서 산소흡수제의 산화 지연 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 초기 갈변지표 물질인 HMF 함량은 두 처리구간 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구의 산소흡수제 함입 조제분유 포장은 소용량 포장의 유통기한을 연장하고 제품 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 가능성을 제공하였다.

PKG-VUL: Security Vulnerability Evaluation and Patch Framework for Package-Based Systems

  • In information security and network management, attacks based on vulnerabilities have grown in importance. Malicious attackers break into hosts using a variety of techniques. The most common method is to exploit known vulnerabilities. Although patches have long been available for vulnerabilities, system administrators have generally been reluctant to patch their hosts immediately because they perceive the patches to be annoying and complex. To solve these problems, we propose a security vulnerability evaluation and patch framework called PKG-VUL, which evaluates the software installed on hosts to decide whether the hosts are vulnerable and then applies patches to vulnerable hosts. All these operations are accomplished by the widely used simple network management protocol (SNMP). Therefore, system administrators can easily manage their vulnerable hosts through PKG-VUL included in the SNMP-based network management systems as a module. The evaluation results demonstrate the applicability of PKG-VUL and its performance in terms of devised criteria.

동해산 가다랑어 훈연조미제품의 저장 중 품질변화 (Quality Changes of Seasoned and Smoked Products of Skipjack Tuna (Euthynus pelamis) Captured in the East Sea)

  • The powder and liquid products of seasoned and smoked skipjack tuna (Euthynus pelamis) was manufactured by using small skipjack tuna (1-2 kg, 20-30 cm) captured in the East Sea, Korea. Smoking was done three times at $80^{\circ}C$ for 8 hrs to decrease the moisture content below $15\%.$ The seasoned and smoked skipjack tuna powder with liquid smoke showed the lower pH than the control. The pH, VBN, amino nitrogen content, and TBA value were increased slowly as storage period was increased at room temperature. Liquid smoke decreased the production of animo nitrogen and VBN. Vacuum packaging was efficient for inhibiting the deterioration and the microbial growth of the seasoned and smoked skipjack tuna powder product.

분광 반사 특성을 이용한 주요 과실의 비파괴 당.산도 측정 (Nondestructive Measurement of Sugar.Acid Contents in Fruits Using Spectral Reflectance)

  • This study was conducted to develop regression models predicting sugar and acid contents in intact fruits nondestructively by using the second derivative of absorbance spectrum measured with a spectrophotometer wavelength range of 400nm to 2, 400nm. The correlation analysis was made in wavelength range of 600nm to 1, 100nm and 600nm to 2, 400nm respectively, in order to examine the feasibility of using a real time spectrophotometer, which covers the former range, in predicting sugar and acid contents. The second derivative data of the spectrum were obtained by varying smoothing size and derivative size of the original absorbance spectrum. SAS statistical package program was used for the regression analysis. The sugar contents of Fuji apple, Shingo pear md Yumyung peach could be predicted with SEPs of 0.40, 1.17 and 0.77 respectively, in the spectrum range of 600 to 1, 100nm. The highest correlation coefficient of the titratible acidity of apple was -0.45 at 2, 346nm and regression models indicated determination coefficient less than 0.47.
