퀴논-디아민 부가물계 고성능 도료용 수지 (Quinone-Diamine Adduct as a High Performance Resin for Coatings)

  • We have prepared diamine-benzoquinone polymer which was known to excellent water proofing, high adhesion strength and good anti-corrosive effect, and have investigate with the possibility of application as a high performance resin for coatings. First of all, the reactivity of diamine-benzoquinone has been described an example of polymer reaction with research trend. The polymer reaction was divided into the polymerization with several diamine-benzoquinone and urethane group. The synthetic resin was shown a high solubility. In case of polymer containing urethane, water absorption content, water proofing and mechanical properties were controlled with the content, water proofing and mechanical properties were controlled with the content of quinone. It was shown that an use of choice was a possible result for various coatings. Diamine-quinone polymer can be used as a new resin for coatings. In addition, the polymer containing a functional group was shown a useful applicability as a high performance resin.

A Study on the Reproduction Strategy through the Planning Process of Baby Shark

  • In this study, the aim is to understand the strategy of video content production with the case of the baby shark development process of Pink Fong Company, the content is described about the successful planning and strategy of baby shark which has become a global content, and the main point describes the planning of the production process and marketing strategies for each country. The findings of the conclusions resulted in the application of the standards of globalization and the local understanding of culture as the main factors for content success. If the Pink Pong Company's method is applied through this, it is possible to apply what is the main issue of creative content production Reproduction in the future.

Optimization of Rice (Oryza Sativa) Malting Process by Second-Order Experimental Design

  • The malting process of rice (OM4080 variety from Mekong Delta Rice Research Institute) was studied under pilot condition plan by means of the second-order experimental design. Processing parameters, such as the steeping time (0-60 hrs), steeping temperature ($5-45^{\circ}C$), germination time (0-8 days), germination temperature ($5-45^{\circ}C$) and gibberellin concentration (0-2 mg/kg) were investigated. As a result, all germination conditions, especially germination time, germination temperature, and gibberellin concentration had a significant effect on the malting loss, amylase activity and starch content. The protein content was not clearly affected by any conditions. The optimum conditions for malting process (with highest amylase activity) were as follows: 30 hrs of steeping time, $30-35^{\circ}C$ of steeping temperature, 5-5.5 days of germination time, $25^{\circ}C$ of germination temperature, and 1.5 mg/kg of giberrellin concentration.

수분함량에 따른 율무가루의 점도변화 및 동적물성 특성에 관한 연구 (Viscosity and Dynamic Rheological Properties of Job's-tears as a Function of Moisture Content)

  • Changes in viscosity and dynamic theological properties of Job's-tears were measured by Bohlin dynamic tester as a function of moisture, and measurement was performed within a linear viscoelastic range. The result of the shear stress vs shear rate of Job's-tears at different moisture contents $(50{\sim}75%)$ was applied to mathematical models and Herschel-Bulkley model showed the highest correlation coefficient. Lower moisture content (55%) produced higher yield stress and consistency index, but lower flow behavior index, whereas higher moisture content showed reverse effects. Job's-tears with $50{\sim}70%$ moisture contents showed a higher storage modulus (G') than loss modulus (G') at all frequencies, showing a higher concentrated polymer characteristics. However, higher moisture content (>75%) showed crossover point between G' and G', and frequency dependency. As the moisture content was increased, the amount of viscoelastic properties such as G', G', complex viscosity decreased during heating, and initial temperature and miximum value of viscoelastic properties shifted to higher temperatures, representing the moisture-dependence of Job's-tears upon theological properties.

  • 미국과 유럽 등지에서는 자동차용 경유의 방향족 함량이 대기 환경오염의 원인물질로 추정하고 있다. 경유의 총 방향족 및 다고리 방향족 함량 감소가 환경 유해배출가스 HC, NOx, PM 등을 감소시키기 때문이다. 국내에서도 급변하고 있는 차량기술 및 연료품질간의 상관성 규명이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 실정에 맞는 차량과 연료간의 상호작용에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 환경적 영향평가를 진행하였으며 대상으로는 2.2L급 국내 대표 차량 2종(DPF 유 무)과 국내 정제기술로 생산된 5종의 연료를 통하여 경유의 방향족 함량에 따른 배출가스 특성을 분석하였다.

  • 다이사이클로펜타다이에닐 비스페놀 시아네이트 에스터 올리고머와 열가소성 수지인 폴리페닐렌에테르(PFE)를 복합체화함으로써 유전손실이 적은 고분자 기판소재를 제작하였다. 올리고머와 촉매의 경화반응을 분석하여 최적 촉매첨가량을 Zn 0.02 phr로 선정하고 이를 복합체 제작에 적용하였다. 올리고머와 PPE의 함량비를 변화시키며 제작된 복합체의 동박 박리 강도, gel content 등을 측정하였으며, GHz 대역에서의 유전율과 유전손실을 평가하였다. PPE의 함량은 박리 강도 및 유전특성에 큰 영향을 주었으나, 촉매의 함량에 따라서는 유전특성에 큰 차이가 없었다. 실험결과 박리 강도가 1 kN/m 이상이고, 1 GHz에서 유전손실이 0.004로 낮은 고분자 복합체 라미네이트를 얻을 수 있었다.

Discharge Characteristics in Soils Subjected to Lightning Impulse Voltages

  • In this paper, we present experimental results of the soil discharge characteristics as a function of moisture content when a 1.2/50-㎲ lightning impulse voltage is applied. For this study, laboratory experiments were carried out based on factors affecting the transient behavior in soils. The electrical breakdown voltages in soils were measured for a 0-6% range of moisture content for sand and a 0 - 4% range of moisture content for gravel. A test cell with semi-spherical electrodes buried face-to-face in the middle of a cylindrical container was used. The distance separating the electrodes is 100 mm. As a result, the time-lag to breakdown in soils decreases as the amplitude of applied voltage increases. The time-lag to initiation of ionization streamer is decreased, with an increase in the moisture content. However, the formative time-lag is rarely changed. The behavior of soil discharges depend not only on the type of soil and its moisture content but also on the amplitude of the impulse voltage. When the test voltage is applied repeatedly, electrical breakdown occurs along different discrete paths, leading radially away from the injected electrode. i.e., the fact that the ionization streamers propagate in different paths from shot to shot was observed.

스토리텔링 지원을 위한 효율적인 VR 콘텐츠 저작도구 개발 (Development of Efficient VR Contents Writing Tools for Support Storytelling)

  • With the development of virtual reality (VR)-related technology and the advent of the 5G era, VR-based streaming games or content have been developed and transmitted at high speed. Although VR technology is also being applied in education, health care, manufacturing, and production fields, its main application is for entertainment. VR technology has been developed based on hardware and various contents have been developed accordingly; however, the number of VR content with high entertainment value is insufficient, and there are primarily hands-on contents. In this paper, we propose a method for developing an writing tool that can enhance the productivity in the development and editing of VR content and create VR contents based on a timeline by reflecting the storytelling rather than by a simple empirical type to solve the bias in content style. The proposed VR content writing tool is expected to increase the productivity in VR content development and contribute to the creation of various styles of content. Its implementation can enable developers to create specific stories in a timeline and support several animation effects.

A Study on the Plan of Activation of Library by Utilizing the Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality

  • In this study, in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution, general concepts, technologies, trends, and examples of virtual reality and augmented reality were examined, and based on this, a plan that could be applied to libraries in the future was proposed. As a result of the study, first, it is necessary to construct a smart space as an experiential play space that can satisfy cultural desires transcending time and space by providing immersive contents using 4th technology such as VR and AR. Second, it is necessary to expand experiential cultural support services through VR, AR and MR. Third, to develop educational contents based on augmented reality technology. In order to apply and activate virtual reality and augmented reality in libraries in the future, based on a survey of librarians and users of public libraries, a survey on the application status, satisfaction, and demand of current public libraries should be conducted.

In vitro에서 키토산 연고의 비타민 $B_{2}$ 방출 특성 (Release Characteristics to Vitamin $B_{2}$ of Chitosan Ointments In vitro)

  • Drug delivery system(DDS) applied to various fields, such as medicine, cosmetics, agriculture and necessities of life. Among these application fields, DDS is often used as the method of drug dosage into the epidermic skin. We investigated characters of transdermal therapeutic system(TTS) and the skin permeability of that with applying DDS. Chitosan was selected as material of TTS. We investigated the permeation of chitosan ointment containing drug in rat skin using horizontal membrane cell model. Permeation properties of materials were investigated for water-soluble drug such as riboflavin in vitro. We used glycerin, PEG 600 and oleic acid as enhancers. Since dermis has more content water(hydration) than the stratum corneum, skin permeation rate at steady state was highly influenced when glycerin was used in water-soluble drug. The permeation rate of content enhancer and drug was found to be faster than that of content water-soluble drug only. These results showed that skin permeation rate of drug across the composite was manly dependent on the property of ointment base and drug. Proper selection of the polymeric materials which resemble and enhance properties of the delivering drug was found to be important in controlling the skin permeation rate.
