비대면 근무에 대한 인식 비교 후속 연구 : 근로자와 관리자의 상호지향성 (A Follow-up Study of Views on Contactless Work : Workers' and Managers' Coorientation)

  • There have been a series of mixed reviews on the 'untact work' which was implemented for the safety of the organizational members from Covid-19. This study reports a follow-up study with a quantitative approach to issues identified by in-depth interviews with workers and managers who have experiences in work from home. To compare the views of workers and managers on untact work, 264 workers and 141 managers were surveyed. An analysis of agreement, congruency, and accuracy on the basis of the co-orientation model shows that workers are more positive about the untact work than managers and that managers are found to have a negative perception on untact work. This seems to be a burden on workers. More specifically, managers and workers show significant perception gaps on the issues of unfair evaluation and work-life balance. The results imply that organizations need to make efforts to minimize the perception gaps between workers and managers. This would bring about benefits from untact work.

와전류(eddy-current)방법에 의한 비접촉 전기비저항 측정기술 개발 (The measurement for contactless eddy-current conductivity on Si wafer)

  • The method of measurement for contactless eddy-current conductivity using magnetic dipole field theory was suggested by M.C Chen[1], which calculate the eddy-current caused by exciting coil with Faraday's induction law. In this work, we have developed the apparatus for contactless measurement of conductivity or resistivity with the dipole field theory. The resistivity can be measured from several to a dozen $m{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ range within maximum 30% error. At the high resistivity range above $100{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, the standard deviation of measurement was very large as the induced voltage of sensing coil is small so it was difficult to measure the value precisely.

공동공진기를 이용한 무접점 전력 전송 장치 설계 (Design of Contactless Power Transmission Device Using Cavity Resonator)

  • 본 논문은 공동공진기(cavity resonator)와 스트립라인(stripline) 구조를 이용하여 전력을 전송할 수 있도록 구현한 무접점 전력 전송 장치에 관한 것이다. 전력 전송 시 송수신기가 밀착된 상태에서 구현되는 무접점 전력 전송 방식으로, 외부에 도체 단자가 없어 송수신기가 전기적으로 분리되며, 전력 송수신에 필요한 수신부의 크기를 최소화할 수 있다. 공진기용 공동(cavity)의 윗면 도체판에 입력 포트 및 출력 포트용 슬롯(slot)을 구성하고, 그 위에 스트립라인 구조를 이용하여 입력 포트와 출력 포트를 형성한 공동공진기에서, 출력 포트의 일부를 분리하여 탈착 가능하도록 전력수신부를 형성하고, 이 전력수신부를 제외한 나머지 부분 즉, 스트립라인-슬롯 결합(coupling)된 입력 포트, 공동공진기, 출력 포트용 슬롯 등은 모두 전력송신부에 포함시킴으로 전력 전송 장치를 송수신기로 분리하여 제작할 수 있다. 이 송수신기를 결합시키면 마치 하나의 공진기 내에서 입력 포트에서 출력 포트로 전력이 전달되는 형태가 된다. 제작된 무접점 전력 전송 장치의 중심 주파수는 5.782 GHz이며, 이때 측정된 $S_{21}$값은 -1.07 dB로 나타나 약 78 %의 높은 전력 전송율을 갖는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 코로나19로 인한 '사회적 거리 두기' 확산에 따라 비대면 근무가 불가피하게 시행되고 있는데, 실효성에 대한 논란이 있어 구성원의 인식을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 비대면 근무에 관한 기존 문헌 검토 후 쟁점들을 도출하고, 비대면 근무를 경험한 근로자와 관리자를 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하여 정성적으로 내용을 분석하고, 상호지향성 모델을 적용하여 비교하였다. 두 집단 공통으로 '소통의 어려움'을 가장 많이 지적하였고, 직무만족, 소속감, 일과 삶의 균형 등에 대한 근로자와 관리자의 인식 차이는 발견하지 못했으나, 인사고과 시 불이익에 대해 인식(객관적 일치도, 근로자의 정확도)의 차이를 보였고, 업무 생산성에 대한 인식(근로자의 주관적 일치도)에서도 차이를 보였다. 기존 연구는 비대면 근무의 일반적인 쟁점들을 논의하였지만, 본 연구는 근로자와 관리자의 인식 차이에 초점을 맞추어 조사하고 인식 차이를 완화시킬 방안의 필요성을 제기한 점에 의의가 있으며, 향후 더 많은 근로자와 관리자를 대상으로 하는 정량적 연구로 확장할 필요가 있다.

  • Nowadays, the development of sustainable transportation has been researched all over the world and Korea Railroad Research Institute (KRRI) is conducting a study in order to apply the sustainable Contactless Inductive Power Supply Technology to the electric railway system. But, inherent large flux leakage has limited the high power transmission because the gap of the Inductive Power Transformer(IPT) is much larger than one of the conventional transformers. In this study, a method to compensate the leakage flux and improve the power transmission by using LLC resonant inverter was proposed, incorporated in a built system, and verified by experimental work.

Causes of uncertainty in thermoelasticity measurements of structural elements

  • Thermoelasticity is a contactless technique for measuring stress distributions in structural elements stressed by dynamic loads. This work describes the characteristics, analyzes the main causes of uncertainty and illustrates a series of operative methods for reducing its effects. More specifically, the effects of the angle of view between the thermographic camera and the surface of the object are studied, along with those due to the heat transmission by conduction between the various parts of the thing being measured as a function of the stress frequencies. The analyses, both theoretical and experimental, are aimed at defining the operational limits and optimal measurement and test conditions in relation to the measurement uncertainty that is considered tolerable in the specific application.

On the Integrated Operation Concept and Development Requirements of Robotics Loading System for Increasing Logistics Efficiency of Sub-Terminal

  • Recently, consumers who prefer contactless consumption are increasing due to pandemic trends such as Corona 19. This is the driving force for developing the last mile-based logistics ecosystem centered on the online e-commerce market. Lastmile led to the continued development of the logistics industry, but increased the amount of cargo in urban area, and caused social problems such as overcrowding of logistics. The courier service in the logistics base area utilizes the process of visiting the delivery site directly because the courier must precede the loading work of the cargo in the truck for the delivery of the ordered product. Currently, it's carried out as automated logistics equipment such as conveyor belt in unloading or classification stage, but the automation system isn't applied, so the work efficiency is decreasing and the intensity of the courier worker's labor is increased. In particular, small-scale courier workers belonging to the sub-terminal unload at night at underdeveloped facilities outside the city center. Therefore, the productivity of the work is lowered and the risk of safety accidents is exposed, so robot-based loading technology is needed. In this paper, we have derived the top-level concept and requirements of robot-based loading system to increase the flexibility of logistics processing and to ensure the safety of courier drivers. We defined algorithms and motion concepts to increase the cargo loading efficiency of logistics sub-terminals through the requirements of end effector technology, which is important among concepts. Finally, the control technique was proposed to determine and position the load for design input development of the automatic conveyor system.

  • 무선 스마트카드는 빌딩 보안 어플리케이션에 주된 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 사용자에게 보다 편리함을 주고 스마트카드 시스템의 성능 개선을 제안한다. 스마트카드는 카드 리더기에 삽입을 하지 않고 장치에서 수센티미터 떨어져도 접근이 허용된다. 적응형 변조와 오류 제어를 통해 전력소비를 제어하는 성능은 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 적응형 리드 솔로몬 코드 기반의 FEC와 링크에서 M계수를 변화시킨 M-FSK변조에 대하여 연구한다. 적응형 변조와 적응형 오류 정정은 다른 다양한 정적스키마와 에너지 효율을 비교한 결과 50% 이상 에너지를 저장한다.

  • A conventional contact type brake system which uses a hydraulic system has mny Problems such as time delay response due to pressure build-up, brake pad wear due to contact movement, bulky size, and low braking performance in high speed region. As vehicle speed increases, a more powerful brake system is required to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. In this work, a contactless brake system of an eddy current type is proposed to overcome problems. Optimal torque control which minimizes a braking distance is investigated with a scaled-down model of an eddy current type brake. It is possible to realize optimal torque control when a maximum friction coefficient (or desired slip ratio) corresponding to road condition is maintained. Braking force analysis for a scaled-down model is done theoretically and experimentally compensated. To accomplish optimal torque control of an eddy current type brake system, a sliding mode control technique which is, one of the robust nonlinear control technique is developed. Robustness of the sliding mode controller is verified by investigating the braking performance when friction coefficient is varied. Simulation and experimental results will be presented to show that it has superior performance compared to the conventional method.

  • The ability to take electrocardiographic measurements while performing our daily activities has become the people-choice for modern age vital sign sensing. Currently, wet and dry ECG electrodes are known to pose threats like inflammations, allergic reactions, and metal poisoning due to their direct skin interaction. Therefore, the main goal in this work is to implement a very small ECG sensor system with a capacitive coupling, which is able to detect electrical signals of heart at a distance without the conductive gel. The aim of this paper is to design, implement, and characterize the contactless ECG electrodes. Under a careful consideration of factors that affect a capacitive electrode functional integrity, several different sizes of ECG electrodes were designed and tested with a pilot ECG device. A very small cotton-insulated copper tape electrode ($2.324cm^2$) was finally attained that could detect and measure bioelectric signal at about 500 um of distance from the subject's chest.
