머신러닝 기법을 활용한 공장 에너지 사용량 데이터 분석 (Machine Learning Approach for Pattern Analysis of Energy Consumption in Factory)

  • 본 연구에서는 머신 러닝 기법을 활용하여 공장에서 발생하는 에너지 사용량에 대한 데이터 분석 및 패턴 추출에 대해 다룬다. 통계학이나 기존의 방법들은 몇 가지 물리적 특성을 반영하는 수학적 모델을 구축하는 반면, 머신 러닝을 통한 접근방법은 데이터 학습을 통하여 모델의 계수들을 결정하게 된다. 기존의 방법들은 특정한 구조를 갖는 수학적 모델을 구축해야 한다는 어려움이 있으며 과연 데이터의 특징들을 잘 반영하는지에 대한 의문이 존재했다. 그러나 머신 러닝을 통한 방법은 사람이 구축하기 어려운 작업들을 용이하게 구축한다는 장점을 가지고 있기 때문에 데이터 간의 관계를 파악하기에 더 효율적이라는 장점을 가지고 있다. 공장의 에너지 소비에 직접적으로 영향을 끼치는 요소들이 존재하며 이러한 전력 소비는 시간에 따른 데이터로 나타나게 된다. 각 요소들로부터 발생하는 소비 전력을 계측하고 데이터 베이스를 구축하기 위해 각 요소에 센서를 장착하였다. 취득된 데이터에 대해 전처리 과정 및 통계적인 분석을 거친 뒤, 머신 러닝을 통해 패턴을 분석하는 과정을 거쳤다. 이를 통해 공장에서 발생하는 소비 전력 데이터에 대한 패턴 분석을 진행하였다.

Feeding pattern, biochemical, anthropometric and histological effects of prolonged ad libitum access to sucrose, honey and glucose-fructose solutions in Wistar rats

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The exposure to sucrose in rats has mimic abnormalities attributed to metabolic syndrome (MetS). The effects of honey bee and "free" glucose and fructose, have not been explored in this context. The aim was to expose Wistar rodents to sucrose solution (SS), honey solution (HS) and fructose/glucose solution (GFS) at 30% to assess their effects. SUBJECTS/METHODS: HS (n = 10), SS (n = 10) and GFS (n = 10) groups were formed. Solutions were ad libitum along 14-weeks. RESULTS: Between solutions consumptions, honey was significantly 42% higher (P = 0.000), while similar consumption was observed among GFS and SS. The feeding pattern of HS consumption was irregular along experiment; while the food intake pattern showed the similar trend among groups along time. Non statistical differences were obtained in any biochemical and anthropometric measure, however, a higher concentration of leptin (721 ± 507 pg/mL), lower concentration of total cholesterol (TC; 48.87 ± 2.41 mg/100 mL), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL; 16.47 ± 6.55 mg/100 mL) and triglycerides (82.37 ± 32.77 mg/100 mL) was obtained in SS group. For anthropometric values, HS showed less total adipose tissue (AT; average 26 vs. 31-33 g) and adiposity index (average 6.11 vs. 7.6). Due to sugar-sweetened beverages consumption increases the risk for the development of chronic diseases; correlations between fluid intake and anthropometric and biochemical parameters were assessed. A moderate correlation was obtained in groups with the weight of total AT and solution intake; for the weight gain in GFS group and for triglycerides in HS and GFS. The highest hepatic tissue damage was observed in SS group with multiple intracytoplasmic vacuoles, atypia changes, moderate pleomorphism and hepatocellular necrosis. CONCLUSIONS: In spite of the significantly higher consumption of HS, biochemical, anthropometrical and histological effects were not remarkably different in comparision to other sweeteners.

Building Smart Microgrid Test-Bed를 이용한 전력사용량 패턴 최적화방안 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Power Consumption Pattern using Building Smart Microgrid Test-Bed)

  • The microgrid system is the combination of photovoltaic(PV) array, load, and battery energy storage system. The control strategies were defined as multi-modes of operation, including rest operation without use of battery, power charging, and power discharging, which enables grid connected mode or islanded mode. Photovoltaic power is a problem of the uniformity of power quality because the power generated from solar light is very sensitive to variation of insolation and duration of sunshine. As a solution to the above problem, energy storage system(ESS) is considered generally. There fore, in this study, we did basic research activities about optimization method of the amount of energy used, using a smart microgrid test-bed constructed in building. First, we analyzed the daily, monthly and period energy pattern amount of power energy used, and analyzed PV power generation level which is built on the roof. Utilizing building energy pattern analysis data, we was studied an efficient method of employing the ESS about building power consumption pattern and PV generation.

식품수요(食品需要)의 연령계층별(年齡階層別) 특성분석(特性分析) (An Analysis on the Age Specific Characteristics in Korean Diet)

  • Age specific characteristics in Korean diet and their changes were analyzed with the demand model including the number of family members by age group as independent vasiables Urban household budget data, 773 household data in 1977 and 947 household data in 1983, was applied to the demand model. A series of F-test was carried out to set up the age groups by food item. The main results can be summarized as follows; 1. Food consumption patterns are remarkably different between 0-13 years old age generation and over 40 years old generation. The 0-13 years old generation reveals higher preference for milk, wheat product, fruit and milk and lower preference for rice and vegetable than any other age generation. This characteristics of the childhood diet has been formed In the generation born after 1970's and thus will be reserved as their generational characteristics. On the other hand, over 40 years old age group prefers rice and fish to fruit, milk and wheat product. Therefore we can conclude that over 40 years old age group maintains the traditional Korean diet pattern. 2. The preference for fish is low. in 20-30 years old age group than in any other age group and wheat product is Preferred highest in 6-13 years old age group of all age groups. Meanwhile the most remarkable change In food consumption pattern is shown in meats and vegetables. Namely in 30 40 years old age group the preference for meat has increased substantially and that vegetable has decreased to a great extent. 3. The declining per capita consumption of rice spreads like a wave to higher age. groups, but over 40 years old age group bas played an important role in reducing the decreasing rate of rice consumption. In order to restrain the declining rice consumption a special integrated food policy is required to induce rice consumption in less 30 years old generation.

디지털 환경에서의 소비자 유형 구분과 그 특성에 대한 탐색 -디지털 라이프스타일에 대한 코드의 발견- (The study on the consumer behavior pattern in digital environment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 환경 하에서의 소비 행동에 대해 소비자들이 가지고 있는 마음의 패턴 혹은 주관적 코드, 즉 주관성(subjectivity)을 발견하는 것이다. 정보통신 분야를 포함한 디지털 제품과 서비스의 사용은 기술의 수용을 넘어, 소비자들의 일상적인 삶을 구성하는 주요 활동으로 자리매김하고 있음에도 불구하고, 소비자들에 대한 논의는 일반적으로 이들의 특징적인 활용이나 소비매체를 활용하는 개별적인 현상이나 사례로만 이야기 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 환경에서의 소비 형태의 유형과 각 유형에서 작용하는 중요한 가치들과 심리적, 행동적 특성들에 대해 탐색해보았다. 연구대상은 실제 언론과 여러 문헌들에서 주요 디지털 소비 활동으로 언급하고 있는 특성들과 함께 소위 디지털 신인류들이 디지털 제품과 서비스 영역과 사이버 공간에서 보이는 다양한 활동과 현상을, 그리고 그들의 다양한 사회적 관계와 일과 놀이, 일반적인 소비 특성들을 근거로 한 디지털 소비 행동 문항이었으며, 연구참여자는 정보통신 분야의 디지털 전문가들과 일반소비자들, 총 33명이었다. 총 76개의 디지털 소비 행동 문항을 대상으로 디지털 소비자 유형을 구분해본 결과, 총 6개의 디지털 소비자 유형이 추출되었다. 각 집단은 'Digital Modernist', 'Digital Boomer', 'Digital Chic', 'Digital Ludens', Digital Conservative', 'Digital Renaissance'로 명명되었다. 각 유형은 디지털 소비 행동과 연계되어, 디지털 제품과 서비스에 부여하는 가치와 라이프스타일로 구체화되었다. 본 연구는 디지털 시대의 소비 행동의 유행과 그 속에 내포된 가치와 니즈를 전체적으로 조망해볼 수 있는 틀을 제공했다는데 의미가 있다.

Herbivory effects and growth rate of invasive species, Pomacea canaliculata on different macrophytes species

  • Wetland ecosystems act as natural freshwater purification systems, but their rich biodiversity is being threatened with the introduction of the non-native freshwater snail, Pomacea canaliculata. This study was conducted to measure the herbivory effects and growth rate of P. canaliculata on common macrophytes: Ipomoea aquatica, Ipomoea batatas, Pandanus amaryllifolius and Cucurma longa. In separate experiments, the macrophyte species were served as the snails' food as individual species and simultaneously. In the individual treatment, the growth pattern and rate were based on the snails' weight (mg/snail/day; n = 9) while the individual feeding consumption (mg/snail/day) was calculated from the leftover food. In the simultaneous treatment, the herbivory effects were evaluated as the feeding preference (%) from observations every two hours, while the total feeding consumption (mg) was calculated based on the food remaining after a 12-hour experiment (3 replicates: total n = 27). The results indicated that the growth pattern was significant for snails grazing on I. aquatica but not when other macrophyte species were eaten. The individual feeding consumption was higher when using I. aquatica than P. amaryllifolius but the growth rate for snails grazing on I. aquatica and P. amaryllifolius did not differ significantly. Meanwhile, the consumption of C. longa deterred the snails' growth rate. Although the snails consumed all the macrophytes in the individual experiment, when given the species simultaneously, the feeding preference and total feeding consumption were directed significantly more toward I. aquatica than P. amaryfollius and C. longa. We conclude that P. canaliculata is a generalist feeder given a limited choice of food but tends to show a strong feeding preference after being introduced to more food choices. These findings indicate that the introduction of P. canaliculata into wetland ecosystems may increase the herbivory effects on macrophytes, making these ecosystems vulnerable to the impact of eutrophication and biodiversity reduction.
