The present study investigated fashion Instagram marketing, applying the concept of gamification. It set out to examine the following specific issues: 1) perceptions of flow, pleasures, dimensions of game dynamics (challenge, competition, achievement, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers), and consumer responses based on frequency and involvement in exercise; 2) the effects of game dynamics dimensions on flow and pleasure; and 3) the effects of flow and pleasure on consumer responses. An online survey was used to gather data and the study analyzed a total of 200 responses. The results of the study were as follows. Perception differences were found only in relation to exercise involvement. Competition, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and customers positively predicted flow. Among the dimensions of game dynamics, challenge, competition, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers positively influenced pleasure. In addition, the study also found that pleasure and flow had positive effects on intention to participate and brand loyalty. Meanwhile, only pleasure predicted word-of-mouth. These findings suggest that fashion brands implementing Instagram as a marketing channel should seek to stimulate pleasure and fun to provoke positive consumer responses. Furthermore, the findings of the study provide practical and useful insights for fashion brands implementing Instagram marketing.

The results confirmed that developing brand experience in domestic mass cosmetics brand stores influences consumer loyalty through various types of brand commitment. This study can be beneficial for brand managers by providing guidelines on how to establish consumer loyalty affected by brand experience through brand commitment. Especially, brand managers should consider the negative impacts of forced commitment on consumer loyalty despite brand experience within the stores not influencing teenage consumers' forced commitment toward mass cosmetic brands. The importance of habitual commitment in the relationship between brand experience and loyalty was also revealed. The results can provide a realistic blueprint for consumer brand experience and commitment strategy.

A blind box is a kind of sales method in that you can only get the product information by opening the package. In 2019, blind box products began to grow rapidly in the Chinese market, and gradually formed a special "blind box economy". The particularity of blind box products is that driven by consumers' curiosity, consumers' purchasing behavior can be directly induced by the visual and tactile perception of commodity packaging. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the psychological needs of consumers and master the blind box packaging design elements under the influence of consumer psychology. This paper takes figurine blind box packaging elements as the research scope and Chinese blind box consumers as the research object. Through market research and literature study, We are designed to conduct a questionnaire survey and SPSS empirical study to find out the differences in the preferences of different consumer temperament types for blind box packaging, taking the characteristics of blind box products and consumer psychology as the relevant theoretical background. The research results show that among the blind box consumers, choleric type consumers predominate, the color of the blind box packaging presents red, orange, and yellow preference, and the material presents metal, and plastic preference. The shape of the blind box shows a preference for special shape.
The on-line market is sudden and it tilts the effort which various in order to reveal the difference point against the on-line consumer and the off-line consumer from under the environment which grows is. This study investigates consumer experiences and word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions in luxury brand pop-up stores, including standalone and department store setups. Grounded in experience economy theory, this study examines the experiential elements based on the types of pop-up stores and the relationships among consumer experience, pop-up store image, and WOM intentions for each type. Data were collected from 300 visitors to luxury brand pop-up stores between January and July 2023 and analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings reveal several key insights. First, standalone pop-up stores offer educational and escapist experiences, while pop-ups within department stores have a single identified factor of consumer experience. Second, regardless of the store type, luxury pop-up store experiences significantly influence pop-up image perceptions. Third, luxury pop-up store image drives WOM intentions for both standalone and department store pop-ups. Notably, the unique image significantly impacts solely department store pop-ups and does not influence standalone pop-ups. Moreover, image perceptions in both pop-up store types do not significantly affect brand WOM intentions. Finally, WOM intentions for pop-up stores significantly influence WOM intentions for brands. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of consumer experiences in luxury pop-up stores, providing practical insights for stakeholders in the luxury brand industry to enhance pop-up store image perceptions and WOM intentions.
Purpose - In a global economy, marketers are required to understand service quality from an international consumer viewpoint. Despite the increased need for cross-cultural research, few studies have developed service quality research international in scope. The present research aims to shed light on variations in airline service quality among international consumers. Research design, data, and methodology - Conducting crosscultural research, this study compares airline service quality variations, investigating an international consumer group and a Korean consumer group. T-test and factor analyses are applied to examine mean scores and factor structure of the airline service dimensions. Results - The results indicate there are significant differences in mean comparisons between the groups. The international consumers indicate significantly higher service perception scores than the Koreans. Further, we find that the factor structure of airline service quality diverges between the groups. The international group considers airline service quality in four dimensions, while Koreans consider it in two. Group buying is one of the most popular transaction patterns on the internet at least in Korea. Nevertheless, it is hard to find academic researches for it in view of consumer behavior. In this paper, we analyze factors which determine consumer's attitude toward and intention of participation in Internet group buying by comparison of Internet individual one. For this purpose, we propose “lowering price”, “decreasing risk” and “reducing transaction cost” as relative advantages and "lack of product assortment" and "delay of time" as relative disadvantages over individual buying on the Internet. For empirical test, Internet users who have some experiences of individual buying but not group ones on the Internet are surveyed and analyzed. In result, a satisfying model fitness for structural equation model is derived and most hypotheses except the relationship between "decreasing risk" and "attitude toward Internet group buying" are accepted. Our results provide not only academic contribution by suggestion of a research framework but also practical insight by discussion of diverse features in Internet group buying.verse features in Internet group buying.

The purpose of this research is to understand the general consumer knowledge and adoption intention of nanotechnology products, one of the advanced scientific fields. We examined consumers' knowledge of innovation products based on nanotechnology, by gender and age group, which are divided into benefits, cost, and trust perception. As a result, the benefits were highly perceived in the order of perceived usefulness, perceived gains, and perceived ease of use. In general, it was found that men and older age group perceived the benefits of nanotechnology to be relatively higher than women and younger age groups did. In terms of cost, perceived risk was relatively higher than other variables and a high innovation resistance appeared in the younger 30s group. Finally, we found that trust for nano-related institution is relatively lower than trust for nano-related people and trust for nanotechnology itself.
