패션상품에 활용된 캐릭터의 이미지에 대한 분석 (An Analysis of Character Image Used to Fashion Commodity)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the preference according to the domestic fashion company use the character image of the inside and outside of the country, the recognition for the importance of the character by examining the purchasing behavior of high school girls and college women as the major consumer in the character fashion commodity (in the center of the clothe and accessory), and the aid for the self-development and the licensing of the character in the future. This study targeted 491 high school girls and college women in Daegu and Kyung-pook area. The character preference according to the character image applied the fashion commodity was used the scale of seven point modified the S D (Semantic Differential) method for Kim, Chun-Ae's image measure. The followings are the conclusions of this study; Both the group of high school girls and the group of college women almost represented the similar reaction result for the images of 9 characters. For the preference of the group of high school girls and the group of college women for 9 character, for characters Tweety, Bugs Bunny, the group of college women represented more preference than the group of high school girls. However, for characters of Hello Kitty, Pazama sister's and Dalki, the group of high school girls represented more preference than the group of college women.

  • In this study, the case of brand IMC communication of LG Hausys' total interior solution brand Z:IN was dealt with. The target consumer of the Z:IN brand is a general end consumer and also shows the character of industrial goods. Accordingly, there should be a unique aspect that brand management and communication methods must be made from more angles. For many companies which are active in the industry, this case study should be significant. This case study was researched in terms of consumer's purchase decision-making process and consumer participation and experience. Brand Zi:in developed a brand communication strategy following the flow of the consumer purchasing decision process. And the brand actively induces consumer experience and participation so that consumers can communicate more closely with the brand. Brand communication from the perspective of consumer purchasing decision-making and consumer experience and participation is a crystal that fully considers LG Hausys' products, markets, and competitors, and will be an effective strategy to continue to preoccupy the market not only in the present but in the future.

애니메이션 캐릭터의 브랜드개성과 소비자개성 연구 - 브랜드개성과 소비자개성의 일치성이 브랜드태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - (Study on the brand personality of animation character and the consumer's personality)

  • 애니메이션에 등장하는 캐릭터들은 시청자와의 상호적 교감을 통해 본질의 속성은 사라지면서 의도된 개성을 갖게 된다. 이러한 개성은 시각적으로 표출되었을 때 브랜드 아이덴티티로 형성되며 결국 애니메이션 산업을 고부가가치 창출요인으로 이끄는 강력한 브랜드자산이 된다. 브랜드자산인 캐릭터의 브랜드 아이덴티티는 라이선싱을 통해 다양한 상품에 활용될 수 있으며 브랜드연상과 레버리지 효과의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 이유에서 본 연구에서는 애니메이션 캐릭터를 브랜드 관점 특히, 브랜드에 연관되어지는 인간적 특성으로 정의되는 아커(J. Aaker)의 브랜드개성 연구의 결과인 브랜드 개성척도를 활용하여 실증적 연구를 수행하였으며 브랜드와 소비자의 개성이 일치할수록 브랜드태도가 좋아진다는 써지(Sirgy)의 연구결과에 근거해 애니메이션과 브랜드 그리고 소비자와의 상관관계를 규명하였다. 연구결과, 애니메이션 캐릭터는 세련/능력, 성실, 흥미 요인의 개성 차원을 갖고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 소비자개성을 실제적 자아이미지와 이상적 자아이미지로 나누어 설문조사 한 결과 애니메이션 캐릭터의 브랜드개성은 이들 사이에 존재하는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand consumer needs through Fashion Sensibilities and Consumer Sensibilities on Men's Casual Brand's Patterned Shirts. This study suggests the basis of planning effective design of Men's Casual Brand's Patterned Shirts by categorizing. The product from 2005 S/S to 2007 F/W is divided into the following sector: years, seasons, and product zones(adult, character, traditional), focusing on the design property of Men's Casual Brand's Patterned Shirts. An evaluation tool is composed of 19 pairs of image adjectives and 3 questionnaire as consumer need tool. Data were collected on March 3th to 31th in 2008 over Busan area. The data were sorted by using the SPSS statistics package program. Fashion sensibility of Men's Casual Brand's Patterned Shirts were expressed with 4 factors of attractivity, visibility, sensibility, hardness occupied 58.6% of the total. Therefore as attractivity, visibility, sensibility, hardness are important for product planning, it would be effective to consider these 4 factors before product planning.

  • This study intended to provide valuable basic data for an efficient using newspaper advertising to manufactures by investising and analyzing the character of newspaper as fashion advertising and media environment, consumer's attitude of advertising subscription, a degree of recognition and concern on a newspaper advertising and a degree of like on expressive form of a newspaper advertising. A question that is drawn up by researcher base on existing records and preceding study was used as major method for understanding consumer's consciousness. The sample group is composed of female students, working women, housewives who lives in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Manufactures should be developing Headline in subject matter to get out of plain sale advertising and event advertising. 2. Manufactures should difference to understanding Illustration that consumer prefer. Also using of photography is efficient and it is importent to use of color advertising that appeal to consumer. 3. The informative advertising is a high degree of efficiency by reason that the newspaper offers great news source and information.

  • The purpose of this investigation is to investigate exact information for Korean consumer's the wearing and purchasing behavior of the imported fashion brand. The subjects were 118 female and shopper came shopping in Kang-Nam gu, Seoul. The subjects is buyer purchase the direct import-fashion brand. A questionnaire was surveyed through direct interviews. Data was processed by a computer(SAS) and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, $x^2$-test. The results of this investigation are as follows: 1. The consumer were surveyed to be more satisfy for the interior goods than satisfy for the direct import-fashion brand in the good's quality, character expression, lasting quality, brand, design, comfort etc. 2. The possession number were surveyed to possess mostly 1 - 2 suits. 3. The consumer's view for the clothing-size were surveyed to be a difference between imported fashion brand. 4. The consumer's selection for the clothing-size were surveyed to put on clothes directly, especially more young women than old women.

여성복 디테일 종류에 따른 감성과 상대적 영향력 (Effects of Design Detail Types of Ladies Wear on Sensibility and Emotion)

  • The pictures of design details, such as collar type, sleeve type, skirt type, and skirt length, and color tone were evaluated by 377 persons in terms of sensibility and emotion. The data were analyzed by SPSS using ANOVA and Factor analysis to find out the most effective types of details on consumer's sensibility and emotion, and the methods were introduced. The most effective type is skirt length on sensibility and emotion of women's dress. The second type is different according to sensibility and emotion. Sensibility and emotion were composed of three concept: contemporary, mature and character. Sleeve type is second determinant to contemporary concept, and color tone is to mature concept, collar type is to character concept. 41 each details of design were positioned into 3D-concept space to connect each detail type and fashion concept of women's dress.

스포츠 브랜드의 캐릭터에 대한 소비자 인식과 구매행동 (Consumers' Cognition and Buying Behavior of Sports Brand Character)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumers′ cognition and buying behavior on sports brand character. Since the character industries are booming, this study focused on the source and the expression method of sports brand characters that are already known to consumers. Subjects of this study were university students who were interested in sports brand characters, living in Seoul and Kyenggi-do. The questionnaire were developed based on the previous studies. Data were analysed by Frequency analysis, ANOVA, Duncan Test, and Spearman′s Rho. The results were as follows: 1. The most preferred source of sports brands character was "illustrated human figure"(i.e. a famous athlete like Michael Jordan). And the most favorite expression method of character was the combination of letter and symbol as the character of ASICS and NIKE. 2. The important design factors of sports brand character were the symbolism and aesthetics. The consumer recognized NIKE as the most well-designed character design. 3. Consumers′ preference of sports brand was found to be NIKE, REEBOK, ADIDAS, and FILA, in order. The reasons for preference were the design, the brand image, and the quality. On the other hand, the most frequently purchased brand was NIKE, FILA, and ADIDAS in order. Most of the purchase took place in the brand outlet store, and the consumers usually came with their friends for purchase of sports brand. The display of store was the consumers′ major source of information. 4. The preference group of sports brand character recognized more importantly color, design, brand, and especially fashionability than the non-preference group. And the most important criteria for brand selection were design, price, and comfort orderly. 5. Female consumers recognized more importantly color, design, brand, and others′ recommendations than male consumers. The aged consumers recognized importantly durability, comfort, and quality.

  • 이 논문은 게임, 동화, 만화, 애니메이션, 팬시 등에 필요한 캐릭터 이름을 작명하는 연구의 필요성을 인식하고, 현재까지의 브랜드네이밍으로 치중된 연구에서 벗어나 문화콘텐츠에서 중요한 역할을 하는 캐릭터의 네이밍에 대하여 연구한 것이다. 브랜드네이밍이란 형태로 상품 등을 작명하기 위한 책들은 다수 있지만 캐릭터의 관점에서 캐릭터 네이밍을 연구한 책이나 논문은 거의 없는 것이 사실이다. 브랜드가 타 상품 등과의 구별을 위한 대표성을 가진다면 캐릭터는 생명력이 부여된 개별성이 강하기 때문에 이름을 작명함에 있어서도 적용하는 기준이 비슷하면서도 다르다. 이 논문은 캐릭터네이밍을 위한 이해와 방법에 대한 연구를 주된 목적으로 하며, 캐릭터를 필요로 하는 문화콘텐츠 개발자 및 관계자에게 캐릭터네이밍에 대한 관심과 이해를 통해 캐릭터모양, 성격, 역할, 스토리텔링의 목적에 맞게 작명하는데 작은 도움이 되기를 바라는 데 의의를 두고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study was to research on Characteristic of Consumer and Clothing Purchase Orientations according to Internet Shopping Mall Type. The results were as follows; First, the clothing purchase orientations consisted of 5 dimension; product recondition, consumer service, shopping experience, risk of functional recognition, and of economical recognition. Second, the analysis of items of 5 dimension on clothing purchase orientations according to Internet shopping mall type produced as follows; 1. Product recognition - Variety of products appeared to be important elements and the average of specialized shopping mall was higher than that of general shopping mall. 2. Consumer service - Reliability of product information appeared to be more critical than others and the average of specialized shopping mall was bigger than that of others 3. Shopping experience - The item of convenience over time and space, the hard sell and over-service were found critical elements. Especially convenience over time of Mall of Malls, the convenience a far from hard sell element of department style shopping mall, and convenience over space of specialized mall were higher than that of others. 4. Risk element of functional recognition - No specific distinction appeared according to shopping mall type. 5. Risk element of economical recognition - Mending and additional cost arising from bad choice were found being critical element.
