An analysis of major global fashion YouTubers that the types of video content could be largely classified into three main categories: Fashion, beauty and daily life. The fashion category was subdivided into styling and fashion product review content type. The beauty category was subdivided into tutorials, beauty product reviews, and beauty tip content types. The daily life category was subdivided into daily sharing, consultation, and Q & A content types. Video content within fashion YouTuber channels is accompanied by expertise in fashion and beauty. At the same time, videos on daily life are uploaded, and through interactive communication with viewers, YouTubers form an intimate bond with subscribers. Content emphasizing entertainment, not just information delivery that introduces fashion products, is attracting growing interest among subscribers. This study analyzed the content of the increasingly popular fashion YouTuber channels and determined its important characteristics. The study makes a significant contribution to academic research by laying a foundation for future studies of YouTube content in the fashion field. Since differences in country of birth and race among YouTubers may influence content production, follow-up research will be conducted on the types and characteristics of domestic fashion YouTubers.

A pilotsurvey was conducted to confirm the time required to complete the questionnaire and the level of understanding of general content and each item in the questionnaire. Construct validity was verified through exploratory factor analysis of data from a survey with 44 items completed by 452 nurses and 59 education program planners. Results: The final evaluation measurement for continuing nursing education programs consisted of 6 evaluation factors and 36 evaluation items. The 6 evaluation factors included identifying program goals and target groups, program planning, performance, operation and management, program outcomes, and program effectiveness. Conclusion: The evaluation measurement for continuing nursing education programs developed in this study is considered suitable to utilize as an evaluation measurement of the quality of continuing education programs for nurses.

This study aimed to investigate current nutrition education and effective plans for nutrition teachers in schools. Data were collected by a face-to-face questionnaire. Surveyed schools were elementary, middle, and high schools at percentages of 32.4%, 35.1%, and 32.4%, respectively. Percentage of nutrition education was above 90%, whereas off-line education was very uncommon in middle (8.3%) and high schools (27.3%) compared with elementary schools (63.6%), (p<0.05). Satisfaction of nutrition education was also very low in middle (7.7%) and high schools (8.3%) when compared with elementary schools (41.7%), (p<0.05). The main reason for this was due to 'work overload of mealing service (44.4%)' and 'insufficient time of students (25.9%)'. Effective education plans were as follows: beginning of education and education scale were 'elementary school (67.6%)' and 'below 20 people (81.1%)', and the most preferred counterplan was 'development of diverse education programs (4.81 score)' > 'systematic education process (4.76 score)' > 'professional nutrition education (4.51 score)'. Most important duty was 'nutrition education and consultation (51.4%)', although it achieved the lowest satisfaction at a score of 2.46. Overall analysis, demand and awareness of nutrition teachers for nutrition education were very high. Therefore, an institutional strategy and environmental improvements are required by setting up curriculum subjects and developing diverse education programs for systematic nutrition education.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for better design of Pharmacy after introducing the new system of separation of dispensing from prescribing medicine. To analyze characteristics of interior design in pharmacy and to measure worker satisfaction, a survey was conducted with 255 workers who serve at any Pharmacies located in Busan, Korea. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOV A were performed with the SPSS Win program(Ver. 10.0). The major findings were as follows: 1) As a result of analyzing the role and functions of the pharmacist is to be classified into many items such as entrance, a waiting room, a dispensary, a medication & consultation area, a drug storage and a worker's room. 2) Natural substances should be used more widely instead of using chemical substances for the pharmacy interior design as finishing materials 3) Pharmacy worker's satisfaction with dispensary is specially low among the total satisfaction which is :slightly higher than the average. 4) The degree of satisfaction between pharmacy workers from different groups varied depending on work hours, and especially long time(over 10hrs) workers showed dissatisfaction. Pharmacy managers need to consider the option of expanding convenience facilities. 5) According to the satisfaction analysis for each pharmacy conditions, the group who worked in 30-pyeong spaces were most satisfied. Since the 30-pyeong space is most standardized space research should be conducted.
Purpose: This study aimed to construct a management model for patient transfer in a multilevel healthcare system and to predict the effect of counseling with nurses on the patient transfer process. Methods: Data were collected from the electronic medical records of 20,400 patients using the referral system in a tertiary hospital in Seoul from May 2015 to April 2017. The data were analyzed using system dynamics methodology. Results: The rates of patients who were referred to a tertiary hospital, continued treatment, and were terminated treatment at a tertiary hospital were affected by the management fee and nursing staffing in a referral center that provided patient transfer counseling. Nursing staffing in a referral center had direct influence on the range of increase or decrease in the rates, whereas the management fee had direct influence on time. They were nonlinear relations that converged the value within a certain period. Conclusion: The management fee and nursing staffing in a referral center affect patient transfer counseling, and can improve the patient transfer process. Our findings suggest that nurses play an important role in ensuring smooth transitions between clinics and hospitals.

The six factors showed highly positive relationship from correlation analysis. The result of comparative study on parent's demographic characteristics showed only one significant difference in satisfaction of Doctor within occupation. The result of comparative study on child's demographic characteristics showed significantly different in satisfaction of Therapy within gender, and of Medicine within age. Every average score of satisfaction showed somewhat difference within each section, and only 5.6% of them showed significantly difference in T-test.
