소프트웨어의 취약점분석에 대한 위험이 발생하고 있다. 소프트웨어의 취약점을 통해 물질적, 금전적인 피해가 발생함에 따라 보안강화의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 위험잠재요소가 있는 소프트웨어를 사용하는 경우 제조한 기업뿐만이 아닌 해당 소프트웨어를 사용하는 기업 및 개인까지 손실의 위험이 크기 때문에 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 취약점을 진단하고, 진단원을 양성하는 교육과정과 진단가이드를 제시하며, 소프트웨어의 취약점 보안성 강화방식을 제안하고자 한다.

기존의 교육 시스템은 그 특성상 온라인 교육 시스템의 보완적인 요소로써 혹은 독창적인 특성을 직간접적으로 도입하고 있다. 온라인 교육 시스템의 역할이 확고해지는 과정에서 다양한 연구 결과를 적용하여 도입 초기에 비해 많은 발전을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 교육 시스템을 개발한 개발자와 학습자 간의 문의형 상호작용 유형을 채택하에 개발자가 상호작용의 내용을 만들고 학습자에 의해 교육 내용의 전달 과정을 주도하는 과정에서 학습 효과를 높이기 위해 기존의 에이전트 기반 학습시스템에서 발생할 수 있는 단순 적용성을 개선한 에이전트 기반 문의형 온라인 교육 시스템을 제안한다.

2010년대 이후 고준위 방사성폐기물 심층처분, 지하 CO₂ 저장과 시추공 조사 기반 심지층 특성화를 대상으로 한 연구 및 실용화 프로젝트의 사회적 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 이와 관련하여, 대심도 암반의 수리 특성에 대한 정량적이고 신뢰성있는 정보를 얻을 수 있는 현장 시험 기술의 필요성도 크게 증가하고 있다. 수년간의 연구 개발을 통해 자체 기술력으로 설계, 제작된 핵심 장치들을 기반으로 대심도 시추공 수리특성 조사 시스템(DHTS)을 독자적으로 구축하였다. 이 시스템을 사용하여 경주시 중생대 화강암과 퇴적암 지역에 위치한 심도 1 km 급 시추공 2개소에서 고정밀도 정압 주입시험을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 현장 시험에서 미세 유량 주입/조절 모듈을 사용하여 0.01 l/min 미만의 매우 낮은 유량 측정이 가능하였다. 본 논문에서는 DHTS의 주요 특성을 소개하고 대심도 저투수성 암반 환경 하에서 수행된 고정밀도 시험 결과에 대해 간단히 논의하였다.

공공기관의 개인정보영향평가(Privacy Impact Assessment, PIA) 의무화, 정보보호관리체계(Information Security Management System, ISMS) 인증 의무화 등 각종 법률 준수의 의무화 조치가 가동되면서 정보보호컨설팅 수요가 증가하고, 이에 따라 정보보호컨설턴트 인력의 확보가 주요현안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호컨설턴트가 갖추어야 할 핵심 역량이 무엇이며, 실제 정보보호컨설턴트가 핵심 역량을 얼마나 보유하고 있는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 핵심 역량에 대한 관리자와 실무자의 인식차이를 분석함으로써 두 그룹의 시각 차이를 이해하고 향후 정보보호컨설턴트 양성을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

현재까지의 M진 DCSK 시스템에서 M이 증가함에 따라 성상도 신호점 사이의 거리는 더 가까워져서 성능이 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 비트 오류율 (BER) 성능을 향상시키기 위해 펄스위치변조 및 DCSK를 기반으로 하이브리드 변조 방식을 제안한다. 비트의 한 부분은 PPM에 의해 변조되고 다른 부분은 DCSK에 의해 변조된다. 따라서 정보 베어링 신호는 정보 비트 및 추가 정보 비트에 의해 결정되는 PPM의 선택된 펄스 위치에 따라 동시에 변조된다. 제안된 방식은 BER 성능은 시뮬레이션에 의해 도출되고 검증된다. 결과는 논문에서 제안한 방식이 부가적인 백색 가우시안 잡음 및 다중 경로 레일리 페이딩 채널에서 기존의 M-DCSK, 코드 인덱스 변조 DCSK 및 정류 코드 인덱스 DCSK를 능가한다는 것을 보여준다.

This study was intended to analyze the clinical characteristic of the patient with hypoglycemia and the status of prehospital treatments by 119 emergency medical technicians well as the cause of inappropriate emergency treatment by 119 emergency medical technicians in a bid to seek the measures for improvement, thereby enhancing the emergency medical services before medical treatment at hospital. Examination of the daily work log on 430 patients suffering with hypoglycemia who were sent to the university hospital in Gyunggi-Province by 119 emergency medical technicians, beginning on Jan 1, 2004 till Dec 31. 2008 was carried out and the survey of 206 119 emergency medical technicians working at the region of Gyunggid-Province was conducted from Sep 19 through Oct 6, 2009. Evaluation of the frequency and percentage and ANOVA analysis using SPSS WIN 14.0 program was carried out. In view of the examination of daily emergency work log and questionnaire, prehospital treatment for the patients with hypoglycemia needs to be further improved in general, and to provide the emergency treatment in accurate and timely manner, improvement of the system such as assignment of licensed rescue members and development of protocol that will replace the medical consultant system, mandatory emergency treatment, constant and efficient training and maintenance of emergency rescue records shall be implemented, and furthermore, social recognition to 119 emergency medical technicians shall be improved to encourage them to perform more positive way and manner.

Any organization's Six Sigma program may be at high risk without heeding the lessons learned from the past and that tries to operate without a robust business foundation. A foundation that preferably should consist of stepping-stones such as a 5-S house-keeping program, an effective Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes a strong focus on planning for quality to fully capture the Voice of the Customer (VOC), and an organization-wide training scheme, as well as a reliable Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) system. That's the best advise I can give to any organization that wishes to embark on a Six Sigma improvement program and hope to be successful. The paper will elaborate on the above issues and provide suggested solutions based on the review of published historical information and the experiences encountered over the last four decades by the author, as a quality practitioner and consultant, in industries that produced safety-critical product. This author maintains that few fundamentally new or useful things have been created in the field of Quality during the last couple of decades. Nevertheless, this paper deliberates on a number of relatively “newer” issues including the concept of “three types of customers”, the CTC, “Critical To Customer” term, the eight Quality Management Principles of the new ISO 9000 family, the growth of industry-specific standards, the adoption of Integrated Management Systems, the rebirth of AS2561 COQ standard, the spread of Six Sigma as well as related ASQ certification and the need for a robust business foundation to ensure Six Sigma survival.

본 연구에서는 화상 교육 시스템을 이용하여 사이버 집단 상담을 실시하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 두 가지 가설을 설정하였다. 첫째, 실시간 화상 사이버 집단 상담은 자기 존중감을 증진 시킬 것이다. 둘째, 화상 교육 시스템을 활용한 사이버 집단상담은 학생들의 내적 행동 변화를 가져올 것이다. 이 두 가설을 검증하기 위해 대도시 D초등학교 학생 45명을 선발하고 이미 개발된 화상 교육 시스템을 이용하여 사이버 집단 상담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 실시간 화상사이버 집단 상담은 학생들의 자기 존중감을 증진시키고 내담자의 적극적인 참여를 유도하며 활발한 상호작용을 일으켜 상담자와 내담자 간에 정서적 안정감 및 친밀감을 형성시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 집단 상담의 사이버 영역을 한 단계 넓히는 데 도움을 줄 것이며 본격적인 실시간 화상 교육 체제의 시행을 앞두고 다자간 화상시스템의 교육적 효과를 검증하는 연구에 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the differences in the critical success factors for ERP adoption suggested by the system managers and the ERP consultants. The survey results indicated the following findings. First, there was no significant difference in the relative importance of the critical success factors between the system managers and the ERP consultants. Both groups agree that 'top manager's concern and support' is the most critical factor and that 'user involvement' is the second. However, the system managers tend to think 'training and education of end users' and 'cooperations among the project participants' more important than the consultants do. Second, both groups agree that the most important ERP contribution should be 'improvements in the business processes.' They also agree that the least important aspect is 'ERP's contribution to the individual's productivity.' In overall, the ordered lists of ERP evaluation criteria according to their importances were of no significant difference between the groups. Third the two groups showed differences when they were asked to evaluate the importance of the critical success factors for each of the ERP evaluation criterion. In general, the system managers tend to put more emphasis on 'training and education of end users' and 'adaptation of end users to the changed processes,' whereas the consultants tend to emphasize more on 'top managers' interest and supports' and 'project manager's capabilities and performance.' The differences in the critical success factors presented by the two groups indicated that more efforts need to be devoted to understanding other participant's interests and concerns in an ERP project team. Better coordinations based on the mutual understandings could improve the chance of achieving a success in adopting ERP packages.

21세기로 진입하면서, 기업에게 가장 중요한 화두는 변화와 혁신이다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 가장 적절한 인재 선발이 중요하다. 이와같은 인재선발에 대한 중요성은 기업의 담당자뿐만 아니라 학계 또한 관심을 가지고 있다. 그러나 적절한 경험과 지식을 보유한 인재를 선발하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 본 연구 인재 선발을 지원하는 시스템 구축에 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 전략적 시뮬레이션 게임이며 구직자들을 게임 참여를 통해 몇 번의 구직기회를 획득할 수 있을 것이다. 본 시스템은 또한 기업 차원에서 적절한 인재를 선발하고 인재 관리를 지원하고 또 다른 몇몇의 비즈니스 기회를 제공할 것이다. 결론적으로 전략적 시뮬레이션 기반의 본 시스템은 인재관리를 지원하고 취업시장을 활성화 시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 기업의 정보와 지식 또한 교환하게 하는 시스템이다.
