단양과 가곡을 잇는 기존 구국도 59호선에는 35개소의 절토사면이 존재한다. 본 구간은 도로선형이 복잡하고, 폭이 협소하며, 2002년과 2006년 집중강우의 영향으로 절토사면 붕괴, 산사태, 도로침하 현상이 발생되는 등 위험성이 높아 신설국도를 계획하게 되었다. 2006년 12월 신설국도 공사 중 터널입구부사면이 붕괴되었으며, 상부에 존재하는 군도의 중앙선을 따라 인장균열이 발생되었다. 붕괴원인 파악 및 대책공법 제시를 위해서 면밀한 현장조사 및 인장균열에 대한 모니터링을 실시하였고, 스테레오투영망 해석, 한계평형해석, 유한차분해석을 수행하였다.

저층 장스팬 철골프레임에는 강재절감을 위해 휨모멘트 저항을 극대화 한 판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 부재를 이용한 PEB시스템을 사용하고 있다. 또한, 밀착조임 볼트접합은 완전조임 볼트접합에 비하여 공사비 절감과 시공용이성의 장점을 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 밀착조임 볼트접합으로 이루어진 엔드플레이트형 접합형식에 판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 철골프레임의 실대형 실험을 행하였다. 변수로는 볼트체결방법과 재하하중방법이다. 프레임위치별 구조적 거동에 대해서 실험결과를 분석하고, 하중-변위관계에 대해서 해석결과와 비교하였다. 또한, 현장에서 밀착조임 볼트체결에 대한 볼트축력 도입과 사용성을 평가하였다.

Computational grids are emerging as a new infrastructure for internet-based parallel and distributed computing. Grid systems are enables the sharing, exchanging, discovery and aggregation of resources which distributed multiple administrative domains, organizations and enterprises. Accounting information service is one of the main obstacles to widespread adoption of the grid. But, most of grid portals do not support accounting information service. In this paper, we design an accounting information service and build a web-based grid portal including account management service and accounting information service.

This paper analyzes difference between current tunnel ventilation calculation method and advanced one which considers effects of polluted air recirculation near tunnel portals. For the calculation, CFD(Computational fluid dynamics) technique was utilized. From the result, it was found that 4.38% more fresh air is required when there is polluted air recirculation near tunnel portal areas. Hence, it is recommanded that the consideration of polluted air recirculation should be made when deciding the ventilation requirements for tunnel.

국내에서의 NTIS의 높은 인지도와 달리 해외에서 세계 최초의 국가R&D정보 종합포털로서의 NTIS의 인지도는 전무한 현실이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 2010년도부터 이러한 문제를 인식하여 NTIS 브랜드의 국제화 및 국내 외 홍보강화를 통해 국내 외 협업 공동연구 활성화를 촉진하고 이를 통한 고부가가치 연구성과의 창출 확산을 위하여 NTIS 영문포털 서비스를 개발하여 서비스 중이다. NTIS에서 제공 중인 주요 서비스에 대한 소개, 과제, 연구자 영문이력정보, 및 영문초록 정보 등 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있으며 2011년도에는 EU의 CORDIS, 미국의 NSF등과의 연계체계 구축을 통해 국내 연구자들에게 주요국의 R&D정보를 제공할 예정이다. 본 논문에서는 NTIS 영문포털의 개요 및 향후 발전방향에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

정보화 시대에 전자상거래를 통한 이윤창출은 시대의 요구이다. 이러한 시점에서 농산물에 대한 전자상거래 활성화는 가격의 결정권을 통해 생산자가 우위권과 교섭력을 갖게되며, 중간마진을 생략하여 이윤의 폭을 넓힐 수 있다. 하지만, 농산물의 특성상 규격화와 표준화가 필요하고 신선류에 대한 거래는 위협수위가 높다. 그러나, 쌀은 규격화, 표준화, 연중공급 등의 편리성이 있어 성공률이 높다. 특히, 연중수요, 택배의 편리성, 유통 중 마모율 낮아 소비자의 신뢰성을 확보하는데 좋은 조건을 갖추고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 쌀을 중심으로 하는 e-Rice 포털 사이트 구축방안을 통해 생산자와 소비자간의 정보공유와 의사결정 채널을 확보할 수 있도록 제시하였다.

An optimal design method in cooperated with nonlinear inelastic analysis is presented. The proposed nonlinear inelastic method overcomes the difficulties due to incompatibility between the elastic global analysis and the limit state member design in the conventional LRFD method. The genetic algorithm used is a procedure based on Darwinian notions of survival of the fittest, where selection, crossover, and mutation operators are used to look for high performance ones among sections in the database. They are satisfied with the constraint functions and give the lightest weight to the structure. The objective function taken is the total weight of the steel structure and the constraint functions are load-carrying capacity, serviceability, and ductility requirement. Case studies of a planar portal frame, a space two-story frame, and a three-dimensional steel arch bridge are presented.

본 논문에서는 현재 대학에서 e-learning을 수행에 관한 전반적인 추세와 동향에 대해 알아보았다. 그리고 시스템은 스마트폰 포털, 학습관리시스템(LMS), 그리고 학습컨텐츠관리시스템(LCMS)으로 구성된 e-learning 플랫폼으로 구축하였다. 실험을 통하여 e-learning의 각각의 구성요소를 구현하였다.

It is quite difficult to calculate the collapse probability of a system such as statically indeterminate structure that has many possible modes or paths to complete failure and the problem has remained essentially unsolved. A structure is synthesized by several components or elements and its capacity to resist the given loads is a function of the capacity of the individual element. Thus it is reasonable to assess the probability of failure of the system based upon those of its elements. This paper proposes an efficient technique to directly assess the reliability of a complex structural system from the reliabilities of its components or elements. The theory for the calculation of the probability of a structural system is presented. The target requirements of the method and the fundamental assumptions governing the method are clearly stated. A portal frame and two trusses are selected to demonstrate the efficiency of the method by comparing the results obtained from the proposed method to those from the existing methods in the literature.
