공동주택 건설공사에서 공종별 실투입 노무비율의 추이분석 (Trend Analysis of Labor Input Ratios by Work Types in Apartment Housing Constructions)

  • 공동주택에 대하여, 2000년 이후 건설한 대상 실적 중 25개 현장에 골조. 미장, 내장, 설비, 전기 통신, 기타의 공종별로 구분하여 월별 노무량의 투입실적의 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 100%기간으로 표준화 된 공기로 변환하여 공종별로 구분하여 노무량 비율로 환산하여 노무비율의 흐름을 분석한 결과 다음과 같이 결론을 도출하였다. (1) 노무비율의 크기는 골조공사 38.25%, 미장공사 5.10%, 내장공사 5.67%, 기계설비공사 9.10%, 전기 통신공사 8.76%, 기타공사 33.12%로 골조공사가 가장 크다. (2) 노무비율이 투입 되는 피크 시기는 52.5%월부터 62.5%월까지이고 3.6%의 노무비율이었다. (3). %월별로 골조공사가 가장 큰 시기는 35%월이고 이때 %월당 2.12% 투입 노무비율이었다. 골조공사가 마무리가 시작되는 65%월부터 80%월에 서로 다른 공종간의 상호 간섭이 가장 큰 시기였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공동주택 건설공사에서 공종별로 가장 큰 혼잡도가 높은 시기를 알려주고 있으며, 이 시기의 집중 공정관리 하는 것이 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 필수적인 사항이 된다.

  • Construction period is longer than the non-disclosure in civil construction of apartment house. And this process is intensive at the beginning and end of construction. Because this project management expertise is required. Nevertheless, subsidiary work(Working avoid a tendency of advanced technician, Frequent turnover and employment contracts, etc.) management attention of construction is at a lower level. Because of, there are the bad factors(trial and error, finish degradation, etc.). Therefore, this study analyzed Hindrance Factor of quality control on apartment complex construction work and presented importance of civil construction engineer's role. Also, forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction was investigated for the construction. To this end, It analyzes the relationship between forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction and Construction of evaluation as required by Construction Technology Management Act.

  • 많은 국내 건설업계들은 건설관리에 날씨정보를 활용하기 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 건설업은 옥외작업이 많기 때문에 날씨의 영향이 크게 반영된다. 그러므로 정확한 공사기간을 예측하기 위해서는 분명히 날씨 정보가 필요하며, 이를 고려한 작업 불가능 일수 산정은 매우 중요하다. 하지만 정확한 장기 날씨 예측이 힘들기 때문에 많은 건설 회사들이 정확한 공사기간 산정에 어려움을 갖고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과거 장기 날씨 정보를 분석한 후 현장 위치 및 일자에 따라 지역별, 계절별 기상정보를 건설관리 시스템에 적용하여 작업가능일과 현장정보, 기상정보를 확인하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 조기강도 확보를 통해 골조공기를 단축하는 것을 목표로 하여 시멘트 종류, 고성능감수제의 감수율, 초기수화 촉진 혼화제의 혼입에 따른 콘크리트의 조기강도 발현성능을 검토하였다. 조기강도 개선형 시멘트와 Sodium persulfate, Potassium hydroxide의 초기수화 촉진물질에 의해 12시간에 5MPa, 18시간에 14MPa의 조기강도를 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 건설현장에서 거푸집의 골조공기를 단축시켜 원가절감이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The ultimate goal of construction is to complete the given work in the most economical and safest way within the required construction period while meeting the quality standards specified in the design drawing. There are a few characteristics of finish work. First, executed in subdivided processes, finish work involves a very diverse and complex structure. Second, there are no criteria for each segmented process with regard to the appropriate time of input. Third, it is not very necessary to set priorities for lead and lag works. This study intends to provide information on the completion of a project in accordance with the required duration by setting priorities in the delay of each detailed process of finish work to minimize delay in finish work. In this study, finish work is divided into wet work and other types of finish work, and the importance of each process is classified based on the given details of each process. In addition, the study employs a survey to analyze delay factors of a designer, a constructor, and a supplier. Using the survey results, the study sets priorities in delay of final work to provide information on the completion of an apartment project within the planned construction period.

  • We ensure a flat and regular basic surface by using part of joint waterproofing improved sheet method applying the upper slab of a concrete structure. We solve the problem of getting loose scale the general sheet by waterproofing of the sheet and improving adhesive strength of the basic concrete. Also, waterproofing sheet union to problem of joint have solved using of insertion type method so that, it improved a watertightness. It has improved in resist impact, resist abrasion and it is the effect of shortened construction period and cutting down on construction expenses. Here are the special quality and superiority of this waterproofing research. (1) Level material has the super adhesive strength so that it makes the basic surface without the gab of waterproofing sheet and waterproofing layer with the string adhesive strength. (2) We unite the sheet with the joining part between sheets by waterproofing sheet joint using of method. (3) There is the effect of shortened construction period and cutting down on construction expenses without waterproofing of protection.

  • Cases of lawsuit and conflict are increasing because of defects in apartments in use after the completion of construction. Further, with changes in the consciousness of residents and in the social environment, many residents are showing interest in defect-related lawsuits. However, the term of warranty liability defined in the current law is not practically appropriate, and the verification of the determination of the term of warranty liability is insufficient. Against this background, this research aims to evaluate the appropriateness of defect repair periods by examining the actual defect condition of the finishing work among the various defects related to apartments. Collected performance data are analyzed by statistical techniques by considering the defect occurrence rate per construction type and the construction year of the finishing work in apartment construction. The analysis results will be used as basic data for evaluating the appropriateness of the standards for the term finishing works warranty liability.

기상자료를 이용한 콘크리트의 단계별 기온보정강도 적응기간 산정 (Period of the Strength Correction of the Concrete with the Temperature Level Based on Meteorological Data)

  • According to Korean Architectural Standard Specification (KASS) , at the design stage of the specified concrete strength, strength correction with each temperature level should be considered to secure required strength at 28 days even in low temperature condition, In this paper, the period for the strength correction at the stage of mixture design of the concrete using ordinary Portland cement(OPC) specified in KASS was determined with each region of south Korea based on the meteorological data of KMA(Korea meteorological administration) by applying KASS-5 regulation. In case of 28 days of strength control age, the period for strength correction with 6MPa was calculated to $50{\sim}60$ days and, with 3 MPa. to around 80 days. The period for the strength correction was shown to be decreased with the rise of altitude. The period to consider the delay of the strength development due to low temperature including the period of cold weather concrete was nearly 7 months around 1 year. References for determining the strength correction factors with each region of south Korea was provided in this paper. Further investigation of strength correction of the concrete containing blended cement is to studied.

소규모 프로젝트의 효율적인 공사관리방안 (Application of Construction Management techniques in Small Construction Projects)

  • A construction project's period is limited by the order manufacture. And a construction project is requested a specific place, and has the characteristic to be irregular. Today, construction is to be representative high-cost and low-efficiency. This kind of problems appears in small construction projects more often than large construction projects. According to this facts, we recognized necessity of making practical application in methods of construction management. Also, we suggest application and establishment of integrated responsibility management department, PMIS(Project Management Information System) and Data Base. From now on, methods of construction management could be good opportunities for small construction projects and local construction companies. Therefore, small and local construction companies should try to improve their abilities. Likewise, the countries systematize to constitute the relation laws.

장대터널 굴착시 발파-라이닝 병행시공 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Construction of Concrete Lining in Parallel with Blasting in a Long Tunnel)

  • 최근 들어 터널이 장대화 되면서 시공시 공기와 공사비를 감축할 수 있는 방안이 다양하게 강구되고 있다. 그러나 장대터널의 특성상 터널굴착작업이 종료된 후 콘크리트 라이닝 타설작업이 시작될 경우 공사기간 이 상당히 지연될 수밖에 없다 이에 따라 계룡터널에서는 도로터널에서 반드시 설치되는 콘크리트 라이닝 공 정과 관련하여 소요되는 공기를 단축시키기 위해 터널굴착 발파와 병행하여 라이닝을 시공하는 연구를 수행하였다. 실험은 터널막장 후방에 일정한 거리별로 모두 4 곳의 모형라이닝을 설치하고 발파계측 및 콘크리트 물성 실험을 실시하여 반복적인 발파진동하에서 콘크리트 라이닝에 영향을 미치지 않는 안전이격거리를 도출하였다. 또한 병행시공 현장적용시 환기 및 설비 재배치를 통해 작업환경을 개선하여 시공성을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 간략히 소개하고자 한다.
