지오백 세굴보호공법의 현장 적용성 평가 (Field Evaluation of Scour Countermeasure Using Geobag)

  • Field evaluation of new scour countermeasure using geobag and aggregate is performed to prepare for the basis of design and construction standard in Korea. Polyester non-woven geotextile is determined as a geobag material and tire cord is used to sew up the geobag which contain aggregate. Hwasang-gyo(bridge) is selected as a pilot test site through office review and field investigation. According to the design flood of Hwasang-gyo(bridge), the size and volume of geobag are calculated and construction area and required number of geobags are computed by considering the specification of the pier and foundation of the bridge. After construction, scour depth around geobag construction area is measured and the stability of geobag is ascertained by using pole and digital camera.

  • The existing evaluation of root barrier resistance takes at least two years as an evaluation based on plant growth, and it is difficult to determine early performance in the process of quality control in the field. In this study, thus, the direction of the root barrier resistance evaluation system was presented by considering the construction specifications and design standards for root barrier design. As a result, it was necessary to establish a test method for reproducing simple and consistent test results for evaluating the durability of root barrier materials.

  • Construction projects are being the skyscraper and the large size by limited site condition and developing construction technology. Therefore, Steel structure work is steadily increasing caused by easy to work and structural safety. However, steel-frame work has the large incidence of heavy accident potentially. Recently a research group has recently developed newly designed self-supported steel joint for enhancing safety of steel erection work. Before applying the steel joint in a construction site, economic evaluation should be performed. Thus, we proposed the method for measuring economic efficiency of the new steel joint and verified economic feasibility of the steel joint method through a case study. As a result, Steel erection method using by self-supported steel joint showed economic rather than the one using by H-beams.

도로비탈면 녹화공사의 사후환경평가 항목 제언 (Suggestion of the Post-Environmental Evaluation of Road-side Cut Slope after Revegetation Works)

  • This research was thereby made to study and analysis ecological, landscape, and stability qualities of roadside cut Slopes in expressways and national highways that went through revegetation works. Also, evaluation items and framework for integrated assessment of plant structure and restored state for the maintenance were suggested. Following is the summary of the result. firstly, for stabilization of introduced native plant species on roadside cut slops, assessment on the post-project environmental management through long-term monitoring and maintenance works must be made. It signifies a form of authentic recovery and restoration by the native plants. second, current evaluation framework on the test beds is well managed with clear evaluation standards and table while its method of assessing the post management with only test bed results lacks conformity with this study site. Newly developed evaluation framework on the post construction sites is estimated to be used as assessment standards on any roadside construction sites. Third, after site investigation distinction was observed among different revegetating construction types in the long-term perspective. Due to the different duration time of vegetation state between seed-spray measures(degraded in time) and layer-spray measure(maintained), the use of coarse straw-mat mulching work or Coir net was suggested in long term maintenance of cut slopes. forth, segmentation of post environmental assessment is organized into three large categories of "ecological", "stabile", and "landscape" qualities regarding post restoration quality and stability of slope through native plants with which categories marks 50, 30, 20 points of rates. fifth, components of the post environmental assessment were segmented in twelve categories driving results from former experimental construction and newly focused items on site. In the future, it is possible to propose a customized assessment method considering the location and location of construction work if the research on the application of post-environment assessment methods for road construction surface recording is conducted systematically.

  • The ripple effect is analyzed in the post-construction evaluation phase, but only the qualitative analysis and simple numerical fluctuations are analyzed, thus, no reliable ripple-effect analysis has been conducted. Therefore, in this study, a focus group interview was conducted with 10 experts to propose a plan to improve the ripple effect metrics. Consequently, by linking with the policy-effect metrics of the pre-feasibility study, it is expected that the utilization of the analysis results will be improved and objective and quantitative analysis will be possible.

  • 본 연구에서는 건설기업의 업무특성을 고려한 건설 정보화 수준 평가모형을 바탕으로 건설기업이 스스로 정보화 수준을 진단할 수 있는 웹 기반 시스템을 개발하였다. 건설기업은 업종에 따라 건설정보화 평가 설문과 함께 정보화 추진목표를 입력하게 되면, 웹 기반 시스템은 정보화 수준평가 영역별 정보화 점수와 함께 동일 업종 및 비슷한 규모의 건설기업과 비교한 정보화 수준 평가결과를 제공한다. 건설 정보화 수준평가 결과는 응답 기업의 정보화 추진목표를 달성하기 위하여 필요한 정보화 추진 요구수준을 설계하기 위한 기본 자료로 사용된다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설기업이 스스로 정보화 수준을 객관적으로 파악하여, 경영목표를 개선하기 위한 정보화 추진전략을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • This study is for the purpose of studying the validity of the construction of items and grading of the evaluation table at clinical practice used as the method of evaluation when clinical practice of Dept. of Dental Technology. 205 dental technicians in 4 cities were questioned to analyze the relation between items of the evaluation table at clinical practice and its grading. The collected materials were inspected by SAS V8 for Windows. The results are as follows: 1. Making up all the items and grading seem to be appropriate because they had the marks more than midium(more than 3.28). 2. Making up detailed items and grading seem to be trusted because they had the marks more than 3.30. 3.The significance level of the relation between items of the evaluation at clinical practice and its grading by t-inspection is p<0.0001 and so it appears to be meaningful. 4. It proved to be meaningful in result of regression analysis of the influence on the construction of the evaluation at clinical practice and its grading. With this result, further study is needed for the better methods of the evaluation in its adjustment and graduated grading among the items.

  • An automatic construction system in Korea is now at the stage of the full automation like in Japan, and an actual pilot project is going to be built in 2009. However, in developing a new construction system that has never been implemented before, there is a need to assess the performance and to consider the uncertainty of the system. The program evaluation and review technique (PERT) allows dealing with this uncertainty. Thus, this paper implements an analysis of the process of steel fabrication and makes suggestions for time-related problems arising from the analysis. The time required for steel erection by the automatic system was compared with that in the traditional method. In the result, finding out another construction process and improving robot performance were proposed to resolve the problems. The results will contribute to promoting the development of an efficient system for the new automatic construction system.

예비타당성조사 결과를 활용한 도로건설사업의 계획단계 성과 분석 연구 (Analyzing Planning Performance of Road Construction Projects Using Preliminary Feasibility Analysis Data)

  • 현재 국내에서는 건설공사 사후평가 제도에 따라 사업 준공 후 공사내용 및 그 효과를 조사하여 프로젝트의 성과를 평가하고 향후 계획된 유사 건설사업의 효율적인 수행을 위한 자료로 활용하고 있다. 그러나 건설사업의 성과를 보다 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 프로젝트 진행 과정에서 단계별 성과를 평가하여 그에 따른 유연한 관리전략을 수립할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 건설사업의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 건설사업 단계별 성과평가체계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 건설사업 초기단계의 성과를 평가할 수 있는 계획단계 벤치마킹을 위한 기초 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 한국개발연구원에서 제공하고 있는 예비타당성 조사 보고서 중 완료된 도로공사 354건에 대해 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 계획단계 성과를 평가할 성과지표로 시설용량을 기준으로 한 표준공사비와 표준공사기간 지표를 개발하여 도로사업의 계획단계의 성과를 분석할 수 있는 벤치마킹 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 도로사업 계획단계의 표준공사비 및 표준공사기간을 산정하고, 도로사업의 특성별 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 계획단계의 성과와 설계 및 시공단계의 성과를 연계하여 분석한다면 건설사업 생애주기 동안의 성과관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
