최근 들어 일반 직업종사자들에게 직장의 개념이 이전까지의 평생직장의 개념에서 자신의 경력개발을 위해 잠시 거쳐가는 곳일 뿐이라는 인식으로 변화하고 있다. 최근 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 즐겁고 일하기 좋은 직장에 대한 연구와 이를 통한 조직의 성과향상에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 이것이 국내 기업들의 Fun Management 도입으로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 향후 Fun Management를 국내 건설산업에 도입하려 할 경우, 타 산업분야와 구분되는 엄격한 상하관계, 경직된 현장 분위기, 안전사고의 증가와 이에 따른 건설분야 취업 기피현상 등 현재 국내 건설분야가 안고 있는 문제점에 대한 충분한 이해를 바탕으로 도입가능성이 고려되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 타 산업분야에서 이미 도입되고 실행되어 그 효과를 거두고 있는 Fun management 기법 현황과 국내 기업들의 Fun Management 실행과정에서 공통적으로 나타나는 문제점을 조사, 분석함으로써 국내 건설산업에 도입시 그 가능성과 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

지식경영이란 무엇인가? 흩어진 지식을 모으고, 낡은 지식을 새롭게 하고, 모아진 지식을 공유하여 새로운 지식을 창조하는 것이다. 지식경영의 성공적인 추진을 위해 가장 중요한 3요소는 최고경영자의 추진의지, 조직 구성원의 참여를 통한 공감대의 형성, 지식경영추진담당 조직의 지속적인 추진의지와 열정이 조화롭게 상호 보완적으로 작용하여 추진되어야 한다는 것이다. 지식경영 추진에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 기업(기관)의 조직 구성원이 지식경영 참여문화(공감대)를 반드시 형성하지 않으면 지식경영이 성공하기에는 다소 무리라는 것이다. 지식경영을 추진함에 가장 중점적으로 해야 할 일은, 우리 민족의 특성인 구술이나 구전 문화를 기록의 문화로 변화 시킨다는 것이다. 지식경영을 추진하는 가장 큰 목적은 과연 무엇일까? 지식 경영을 통해 조직구성원 및 각개의 조직이 보유한 직접경험지식과 간접경험지식의 공유, 활용, 창조를 통해 지식을 자산화하고, 그 지식자산 가치를 증대 시켜서 21세기 건설 산업의 강자로서 다시 태어날 수 있도록 우리 스스로를 준비하는 것으로 정의하고자 한다.

This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of HT8 production system for automobile factory in China. HT8 production system start to build up several management indices. The important management indices consists of organization management, location management, management of order, management of defective item, management of delivery information, and warehouse management. This HT8 production system is expected to obtain the improvement for overall organization management and reduction by 50% in warehouse cost.

건설업의 안전사고는 과거부터 현재까지 지속적인 증가추이를 보이고 있다. 이러한 건설현장의 안전사고를 미연에 방지하거나 최소화하기 위해서는 현장관리자 및 근로자들의 적극적이고 체계적인 안전관리 활동이 필요하다. 그러나 기존 선행연구들에서는 현재 건설현장의 규모별 안전 조직체계가 어떻게 구성되어 있고, 이들의 안전지식 및 업무수행 수준이 어느 정도인지를 명확히 파악한 연구가 미흡하다. 특히, 이들의 안전지식 공유 및 안전업무 협력체계가 어떠한 형태로 이루어지고 있는지를 분석하고, 이를 시각적으로 표현한 연구는 부재한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 건설현장의 일반화된 안전 조직체계를 현장규모별로 도출하고, SNA 기법을 통해 구성원들의 안전지식 및 협력체계를 분석하여 향후 건설현장의 효율적인 안전관리 체계구축을 위한 실무 자료를 제시함을 목적으로 수행되었다.

우리나라 기업들은 허근 경제 위기를 겪으면서 대외적으로 커다란 환경변화의 요구에 직면해 왔다. 사실 이러한 변화요구는 굳이 경제 위기가 아니라 할지라도 치열한 생존경쟁에 있는 현대의 기업들에게 있어서는 필수요소라 할 수 있다. 이에 대응하여 기업들은 구조조정, 혁신, 조직개선 등의 이름으로 다양한 변화노력을 기울이고 있지만 이와 같은 변화의 노력에 대해 그 진행과정이나 결과에 대해서는 현명한 검토가 있어야 할 것이다. 즉, 기업의 성장에 도움이 되지 않는 조직 구조는 오히려 기업에 역효과로 작용하게 되므로 기업은 가치를 높일 수 있는 조직구조를 갖추어야 한다. 이차 같은 현상은 일부 기업에게만 국한되는 것이 아니라 건설기업에도 마찬가지로 적용됨 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 조직구조를 갖추기에 앞서서 건설 기업의 조직구조를 전략 및 경영성과와 비교${\cdot}$분석하여 조직의 특성을 파악하고자 한다.

This paper presents the results of a statistical analysis and its research findings focusing on the learning aspect in the process of international joint ventures (IJVs). The contents of this paper is derived from a sample of 96 field cases based on a proposed conceptual model of effective learning for international construction joint ventures (ICJVs). The paper presents a brief review on the conceptual model with hypotheses and summarized the key results of statistical analysis including factor and multiple regression analysis for the testing of the validity of the proposed conceptual model and its associated research hypotheses. Among other research findings, the research confirms that ICJVs provides an excellent platform of in-action learning for construction organization and suggests that good outcomes in learning could be reaped by a company who has a clear learning intent from the beginning and subsequently take corresponding learning actions during the full process of the joint venture.

Objectives: A learning organization was designed and implemented on the basis of the selection criteria and essential elements of knowledge translation theory. Methods: The learning organization was designed on the basis of biosafety harmonization criteria and risk management strategy and was implemented as the learning organization for biosafety management by the National Institute of Health, Korea Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. The effect of knowledge translation in the research institutions by evidence-based policy was verified. Results: The result of applying the knowledge translation theory involving all stakeholders showed a positive reaction in establishing and implementing biosafety management strategy and embodied risk assessment criteria and evoked sympathy with the necessity of learning and using of expert knowledge about risk assessment and risk management. All stakeholders initiated voluntarily action toward new human-network construction and communication between similar organizations. The learning organization's capability expanded the base of knowledge translation. Conclusion: These results showed that a learning organization could enhance the autonomous safety management system by diffusion of knowledge translation.

최근 건설프로젝트는 점차 대형화, 복잡화 되어가고 있으며 그에 따라 관리하여야 할 항목 또한 늘어났으며 발주자 조직 역시 축소되었다. 이에 따라 국내 건설산업에도 다양한 사업관리방식이 도입되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 건설사업관리의 도입은 시행착오로 인한 혼라, 제도의 불합리성으로 인한 관리주체의 역할중복으로 인하여 비용증가 등의 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 그리고 건설프로젝트는 그 특성상 매 프로젝트마다 각자 다른 특성을 가지고 있으며 프로젝트의 발주자 조직 역시 다양한 특성을 지니고 있다. 하지만 건설사업관리에 있어서 이러한 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있으며 획일적인 사업관리 방식만이 적용되어지고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 특성과 발주자의 특성의 분석을 통하여 해당 프로젝트에 특화될 수 있는 CM업무 위탁모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 프로젝트, 발주자 능력, 발주자 요구사항을 파악, 분석하여 중점관리대상의 선정, CM의 서비스항목, 발주자의 역할정의를 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to present the problem of the introduction and management and the method of activation of the team organization in college administrative systems through the theoretical study about the team systems and the actual proof study already introduced and operated in colleges and enterprises. The scopes of the subject of theoretical study are the concept of team systems, the type of systems, the strategy of introduction and management, the problem of management and the tactics of activation. The scopes of the theoretical study are the field of systematic structure and that of introduction and management. In order to activate the team organization of college administrative systems, we must study three points such as empowerment, construction of learning team and the method of personal management. For the sake of conducting the team organization efficiently, we must consider four fields. They are as follows: First, considering the continual efforts for reorganization is the most important precondition. Second, the device of supplement related with introduction of systems such as evaluation of merits, promotion and budget must be prepared as soon as possible. Third, in order to introduce the systems, the improvement of systems is needed. Fourth, it must be accompanied by redesigning the whole business process. Especially, in the introduction of team organization, it is important above all to introduce suitable constitution or situation of business. And making a constant effort and preparation for solving problems is essential to successful management of team organization.

한국 건설산업의 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트 적용을 위해 유럽, 미국, 일본 등 선진국의 프로젝트 매니지먼트 지식체계를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 프로젝트 매니지먼트 지식체계의 이론적 배경 기반에는 '전략'의 '실행' 연계가 중요한 공통 이슈로 대두되며, 개별 프로젝트에서 복합 프로젝트를 관리 경영하는 통합 기반의 '프로그램 매니지먼트'와 선택과 집중을 하기 위한 '포트폴리오 매니지먼트'를 연계한 전략기획을 강조하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국 건설산업의 전략 실행을 위한 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트 적용의 기본틀을 구축하고 현재 한국건설산업에 적용하기 위한 실천방안으로 1) 조직의 전략 실행을 위한 '이념과 철학' 구축으로 글로벌 경쟁력 혁신 2)조직의 문화와 구조를 고려한 전략적 '환경' 구축, 3) 조직의 실현 가능한 목표를 달성할 수 있는 전략적 '비전' 제시, 4)이러한 전략과 연계된 포트폴리오 매니지먼트를 통한 '투자', 5) 포트폴리오를 통한 프로그램, 프로젝트 매니지먼트 '실행' 그리고 마지막으로 이들의 통합체제 구축과 운영으로 '성과' 획득을 할 수 있도록 한국 건설산업의 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트를 적용한 지속 가능한 발전 방안을 제시하였다.
