This paper presents the results of analysis for the Flexible Computer Integrated construction(FCIC) system to adapt CALS on the construction industry- Acquisition and supply process of the system are represented by IDEF0 function models and FCIC information systems are briefly described in this paper. The model presented here used as a reference for the development of CALS system.

According to the domestic construction business will continue stagnant, many domestic construction companies are expanding their business into foreign countries. As results, building design guidelines including HVAC design for foreign countries considering the regional climate conditions are needed. Also, green building design strategies to minimize the heating and cooling load are key issue to win a contract in construction business in the world. In this study, peak heating and cooling loads were calculated for the representative cities in the world : Seoul, St. Petersburg, Singapore and Mecca. The analyzed building was a typical high-rise office building and the building envelope properties, indoor heat gain, residence and operating schedules were same in all cases. Only the weather conditions were different by cases.

The aim of this article is to determine the influence of factors on the capital structure of construction companies listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The data of the article were collected and calculated from the financial statements of 54 construction companies listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2019. With the application of E-view software in quantitative analysis to build panel data regression model (panel data), the article has built a regression model to determine the relationship of intrinsic factors affecting the capital structure of construction companies listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange. In the study, dependent variable is capital structure, determined by the debt-to-equity ratio. Profitability, coefficient of solvency, size, loan interest rate, structure of tangible assets, and growth are independent variables. The results showed that the two factors of growth and firm size positively affect the capital structure, the profitability factor has the opposite effect on capital structure. Factors of short-term debt solvency, average loan interest rate and tangible asset structure have no correlation with capital structure. The findings of this article are useful for business administrators, helping business managers make the right financial decisions to make capital structure decisions in their own conditions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze IT infrastructure of Korean apparel industry in order to enhance business effectiveness and customer's satisfaction in information society with global networks. For this study, the questionnaires were distributed to 57 apparel industries in Korea. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, multi regression analysis. The results of this study are as follow: First, Considering the apparel industry, construction of information system is essential for assistance of information policy and utilization of information. Understanding of e-business policy affects profits of suppliers. Second, Apparel industry with higher information policy has higher productivity with flexibility. Third, Apparel industry which has close relationship with suppliers has better customer support. Flexible scheduling and production line are important factors for quick response of customer's order and need.

In order to construct a successful electronic commerce system, three main essential factors must be satisfied to obtain the best effective outcomes. The three main essential factors are as follows : economic factor, effectiveness factor and convenient factor. In order to understand the role of these three factors, one must have some insight knowledge about security to assist him to implement these three factors in his construction of an electronic commerce system. This paper analyses a implementation mechanism of security systems based on the SET 1.0 standard for electronic commerce systems, thus providing an effective plan for the construction of a security system in the SET-based electronic commerce field. This paper helps to analyse the elements of security vulnerabilities in the SET 1.0 standard implementation and also helps to understand the SET 1.0 protocol.

With the advent and proliferation of the Internet, Electronic Commerce(EC) on the Internet has become one of the most rapidly growing area and has been the subject of much research lately. EC is commercial transactions using computers in virtual environment through computer networks. The computer system deals with various ranges of things such as products, services, and information on EC. In this paper we describe the construction methods of web site based on the personalization, Also, we present the personalization technology and architecture of the P-Commerce proposed in this paper. Finally, we describe the methods constructing EC site using P-Commerce solution.

본 논문은 인터넷에 연결된 여러 형태의 플랫폼 상에 장착되어 있는 다양한 응용 프로그램 통합을 지원하는 e-비즈니스 응용 프로그램 통합(eAI) 프레임워크를 제안한다. 연결된 응용 프로그램은 프레임워크를 구성하고 있는 워크플로우 시스템에 의해서 구동되고 조정되면서 특정 비즈니스 목적을 달성하게 된다. 프레임워크 구성을 위해서 5개의 하위 프레임워크 구성 모듈이 도출되었으며 도출된 각 모듈의 기능과 역할이 정의되었다. 도출된 5개의 하위 모듈은 비즈니스 프로세스 설계 툴, eAI 플랫폼, 비즈니스 프로세스 변환 모듈, UDDI 연결 모듈, 그리고 워크플로우 시스템을 포함한다. 제안된 프레임워크 환경에서 기업 내$\cdot$외부 응용 프로그램들은 방화벽에 구애되지 않고 손쉽게 통합될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템의 구현을 위한 워크플로우 시스템의 확장에 대해서 비교적 자세하게 기술하였으며, 구현된 eAI 프레임워크를 사용한 응용 프로그램 구현을 통하여 제안된 프레임워크의 유용성을 확인하였다. 완전한 기능을 갖춘 eAI 솔루션은 이 프레임워크에 추가적인 기능을 점진적으로 추가함으로써 구현 가능하다.

XML(eXtensible Markup Language)은 인터넷과 e-비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 전자상거래의 보급 속도에 따라 XML의 활용도가증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 전자상거래시에 교환되는 전자문서의 보다 안전한 보안서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. XML정보보호기술 중 XML키 관리 규격(XKMS)은 다양하고 복잡한 기능의 전자상거래 애플리케이션에서 전자문서의 서명을 검증하거나 암호화하는 공개키를 관리하는 프로토콜을 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반 보안서비스 특성에 착안하여 안전한 전자상거래를 위한 XML키 정보서비스(X-KISS)에 대한 분석과 표준안에 근거한 서비스 참조 모델을 제시하고, 기반 되는 서비스 컴포넌트를 구현하여 서비스 모델링을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 참조 모델은 식별정보가 주어졌을 때, 필요로 하는 공개키 위치와 식별자 정보, 공개키 연결 기능을 제공한다. 구현한 클라이언트 서비스 컴포넌트의 요청 및 검색 쓰레드의 비율을 제한하여 실시간 키 검색에 대한 컴포넌트의 최소 성능을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 서비스 모델링은 향후 국내 e-비즈니스 프레임워크 구성 시 표준적 인 보안 모델을 구현할 수 있는 지침을 제공할 것이다.
