In this paper, acoustic reflection microscope system has been built for the purpose of detecting subsurface defects in materials and demonstrated for nondestructive testing application. 100 won coin, aluminuim, ceramics, and IC component employed as experimental samples and acoustic reflection microscope was operated in the focused and defocused mode at a frequency of operation of 3 MHz. It has been found that acoustic reflection icroscope has the resolution of 500 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and it has been an excellent tool for nondestructive testing.

In this study, we concerned the steel cap and head part arrangement of PHC pile structure to complement existing construction process which have the defects such as highly hazardous circumstance for safety concerns and retard a term of works. The steel cap developed for supplement the stiffness between extend foundation and contact section of PHC pile that is based on structural theory. The experiments have been performed to evaluate the characteristics of behavior between head part of PHC pile using steel cap and extend foundation.

우리나라는 2004년 시범사업을 시작으로 현재까지 10개 지자체에서 3차원 국토공간정보를 제작완료 하였으며, 추가적으로 많은 지자체에서 구축 중에 있다. 현 3차원 국토공간정보 구축지침은 2005년 3차원 공간정보구축 시범 사업의 연구결과를 기반으로 2006년 구축방법론과 관련 규정을 작성하였다. 그러나 지자체 3차원 국토공간정보 구축에 현 지침의 적용 결과, 3차원 공간정보 제작방법, 표현 정확도 등에서 많은 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 무결점 3차원 국토공간정보 구축을 위하여 기 수립된 구축지침의 문제점을 분석 도출하여 3차원 국토공간정보 구축항목의 재정립 및 제작방법의 표준화된 기준을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 3차원 국토공간정보 개선방안은 표준화된 양질의 3차원 국토공간정보의 구축 및 활용에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

For the purpose of reducing defects (cracking) in topping concretes cast as artificial greening layer base, synthetic macro fibers were mixed. The flexural strength of synthetic macro fiber mixed topping concretes was tested via comparing its performance with current topping concrete. According to the results of the testing, topping concrete with adjusted mixing ratio after mixing with 1kg of synthetic macro fiber showed approximately 15% higher flexural strength compared to the current topping concrete.

The purpose of this study is to propose the efficient improvement in the lawsuit to request the guarantee against defect. This study points out several problems about related act and subordinate statue and judgement by analyzing the character of contract in apartment house, related laws and regulations, appraisals and judicial decisions. This study deduces the necessity of the establishment of the specification and the breakdown cost for repair and maintenance work to provide the standard for the detached judgement.

Moisture condensation leading to defects that occur repeatedly in the winter, and recognize the same method, the problem of the other buildings in the same area again and again, a vicious cycle that occurs due to the temporary lack of systematic research and processing way of coping has been recurring. In this study, as warming progresses, more inside the air-conditioned summer season due to an increase in the ambient temperature of the condensation phenomenon to happen about summer wall condensation phenomena are expected to analyze the case of a building to prevent condensation and for insulation designs are proposed.

This study started to confirm and prove for the applicability of the dry-process waterproofing system to cover the defects of the wet-process waterproofing system according to weather circumstance, foundation condition and maintenance, etc. This process has triple combined waterproofing system using asphalt sheet, metal sheet, engineering plastic film. It is not influenced by the concrete's crack as the foundation of the roof according to the movement of the building because the waterproofing system is designed for maintaining good quality by absorbing the stress of contraction and expansion that is occurred by the variation of temperature. Ali components used in this process can be recycled environmentally. The superiority of this process proved and reconfirmed through with the investigation of about 130 fields, around 30,000nf for two years.

This study is an Investigation on the Watertightness Properties of Rain-Block System on the Sliding-Roof Joint of Large-Span Membrane Structures. In this experimental, we test the watertightness performance of joint part of sliding door in roof of large span membrane structure(for pilot project) under environment of rain and wind. A shape of rain water blocking systems of joint part in sliding door verifies the defects and effects of water leakage prevention in precipitation with the wind conditions. For obtaining watertightness of large span membrane structures, it is necessary quality of joints and performance, and quality of membrane material of a retractable roof as well as a closed roof. Also, for obtaining quality in joints, it is essential to make a watertightness guideline for design of large-span membrane.

Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses. Article 36 (Liability for warranty Repair Defects), Article 37 (About Repair Defect, etc), and its implementing ordinances, Article 36 (Term of warranty liability) Article 37 (Defect criteria), Article 38 (procedure of Repair defect), Article 39 (type of warranty liability), Enforcement Rule Article 17 (Certifiation of warranty liability). On the basis of the upper Decree, In spite of Standard and forms of 'Completion of Repair Defect' was exist, it was hard to receive 'End of Confirmation' in practice. The purpose of this study is to propose basics in order that Practitioners can apply problems and improvements about Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses.

Recently, as the living standards of residents in apartment houses continued to improve, the dispute of post management have also increased. one of the Issue, Concrete Cracks comprised high percentage of dispute. Especially, between criteria the cost of repairing defect and the judgement of defect isn't clear, they are a lot of dispute in this regard. Even though lots of the criteria about Inter-layer crack is existed by judging defects, In a court, they are judging their own criteria about Inter-layer crack. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze Defect Judement Standard both MOLIT and Court, and to provide the Improvement for Defect Judgement and Repair Method of Inter-layer concrete crack.
