본 논문의 목적은 가상 과학 박물관 구축에 있다. 소프트웨어의 신기술을 지닌 과학적이고도 기술적인 역량에 집중된 JAVA 3D 와 VR 3D, 멀티미디어와 교육적 자료의 공헌은 가상 과학 박물관을 현실화 시켰다. 즉, 이는 고수준의 정보서비스를 현실화했다. 가상공간의 3차원 서비스와 유용한 과학 정보를 가진 교육적 자료를 제공한다. 결국에는 IT산업에 공헌한다.

2003년 7월 18일 인칠공항공사는 동북아의 중추공항(Hub-Airport)건설을 목표로 단계적으로 추진되는 인천국제공항 2단계건석사업에 필요한 전문적인 사업관리 기술을 지원 받기 위하여 KIDS 컨소시엄(건원, ITM, 도화, 공간으로 구성된 컨소시엄)과 2단계 건설사업관리 기술지원용역계약을 체결하였다. 2단계 건설사업은 250만 평의 부지조성, 제3활주로, 계류장,원격탑승동, 무인자동열차, 고속수하물처리시설, 화물터미널. 등과 필요한 시설물을 2008년 말까지 완료하는 것으로 계획되어 있으며 CM계약자는 기 구축된 공항공사의 각종 사업관리 Tool을 이용하여 공정관리를 포함한 종합사업관리, 건축/전럭시설의 설계감리. IAT/BHS 등의 설계관리. 품질 및 시운전관리 등의 업무에 국내외 전문인력을 공항공사의 사업관리 조직에 투입하여 공사직원들과 함께 사업목표 달성을 위해 매진하고 있다. 본 고에서는 인천공항공사에서 수행하고 있는 건설사업관리사례를 주요업무 중심으로 소개해 보고자 한다.

Following the global air-traffic market growth outlook, urgency of technical development is needed in responding to changes in the international air-traffic management paradigm and to prepare technology securing and spreading strategies, which are consistent with systematic aviation weather service policies and evolution direction. Although air traffic has decreased significantly due to COVID-19, normalcy is expected from 2024, as announced by IATA. According to the future air transportation market outlook and development trends of related technologies, Korea has established and implementing the next-generation air transportation system construction plan(NARAE) to secure international competitiveness and leadership in the future. Therefore, this paper describes the technical, economic background and requirements of numerical model-based aviation weather R&D projects for successful implementation of domestic NARAE plans and providing aviation safety and air traffic service efficiency. Furthermore, we proposed numerical-model-based technology development content, strategies and detailed load-map.

Metro subway construction is a field that requires a great deal of professional manpower. The aging of professionals has a negative impact on both productivity and health, owing to poor working environments, heavy lifting, underground work, and other factors. To address this issue, the government is progressively revising and enforcing health management law and regulation in the construction industry. Thus, the job stress and work ability of many professional subway construction workers, who are rapidly aging, are being analyzed to ensure their safety and improve their health. In this study, the Macpa stress index of Busan Metro Subway construction workers from Sasang to Hadan line was measured by using a Macpa measurement machine, and a work ability survey was conducted by using the questionnaire that was developed by the FIOH. The independent variables were age, years of service, job position, employment type, and occupation. While, the dependent variables were the Macpa stress index and work ability. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used because it was difficult to assume that the statistics of this study represented a normal distribution. The results showed that age, job position, and employment type affected Macpa stress index and revealed that as the age of the workers increased, their stress levels increased as well. Additionally, job position and employment type affected the work ability of the metro subway construction workers. In terms of job position, the technical engineers were under a lot of stress, and whereas the managers had the best work ability. The technical engineers were more stressed than the other workers because of a poor working environment. In terms of employment type, daily workers were under more stress and lower work ability than others.

Korean overseas construction has been on the rise, and exceeded the 2011 goal of $50 billion by securing $59.1 billion in orders. However, these orders were heavily concentrated in the Middle East (50%) and plant construction contracts (75%). This study suggests that, to maintain growth in foreign markets, Korea construction companies should enter into the high value-added investment development business and aggressively seek ways to diversify their regions of activity and construction types. To secure the entry of Korean construction companies into lucrative markets and better understand the competitive factors facing Korean construction concerns, a survey of the literature and focus group discussions targeting relevant experts were carried out. From those efforts, a list of 44 competitive factors crucial to entering and competing in the international investment development business was developed. Survey responses were analyzed by applying IPA. The results revealed that while Korean concerns compete well in engineering/technical capabilities, maintaining a cooperative relationship with contractors, and warranty/after sales service capabilities, their ability to obtain business information on the target country, to form private/public cooperative systems, and to build international human networks require immediate improvement.

유비쿼터스 개념은 이미 우리나라 공공도서관에 적용되고 있고, 유비쿼터스 기술은 RFID 시스템과 모바일 서비스에 집중되어 있다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하여 우리나라 공공도서관 중 RFID 시스템이 구축된 15개 공공도서관의 관리자 집단과 RFID 시스템을 이용한 경험이 있는 259명의 이용자 진단을 대상으로 그 구축 및 운영, 시스템의 효율성, 이용의 만족도 기술적 윤리적 문제 등을 설문 분석하였다. 이와 함께 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있는 20개 공공도서관을 대상으로 그 구축 현황과 운영상의 문제점 등을 설문 분석하였다. 그 분석 결과를 토대로 하여, 본 연구는 우리나라 공공도서관에서의 RFID 시스템과 모바일 서비스의 활성화 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

This study checks the conceptual definition of domestic book curation which is still in the beginning stage, the necessity of developing service and business, domestic and overseas case of relevant service. Further, the problem of book recommendation service and the difficulty anticipated in the embodiment of service are investigated together and the business model as new IT service is suggested to supplement them. Specifically, the collection of book information and customer information (interest and purchase pattern) and the procedure of mining the collected information and the process of embodying visualization was presented in the sector of service in the first place. Then, the technical transfer of developed solution and the construction cost and the method to impose commission over contents sales are presented in the sector of business. Diverse social and economic effects are expected to realize by developing and utilizing such services, namely, promoting the distribution of excellent book which were kept in dead storage so far due to lack of marketing support, recommendation readers the proper books which are convenient and necessary.

정부는 선진외국을 중심으로 진행되고 있는 CALS의 개념을 국내 건설산업에 적용하여 건설산업의 선진화 및 국가경쟁력을 확보하고자 건설CALS의 핵심부분인 CITIS체계 개발에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나, 아직 가상헙업공간으로서의 기능이 부족하고 현장 적용을 통한 기능개선 띤 기반확산 노력이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설 CITIS체계의 지속적인 적용을 위한 기반조성 띤 성능개선을 위한 시도로서 프로젝트 참가자간의 정보교류 및 협업을 지원하기 위한 가상기업 개념을 정립하고 이에 기반한 CITIS 개선모델을 제안하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 일선 도로건설현장을 대상으로 실증시험 사업을 수행하여 건설 CITIS의 효과를 검증하고 가상기업으로서의 CITIS가 갖추어아 할 시스템 성능개선 방안을 도출하였다.

최근 우리가 살고 있는 정보화 사회의 가장 중요한 화두 중 하나로 "스마트"가 떠오르고 있으며 통신 및 사회간접자본 분야 등을 포함한 사회의 여러 영역이 이 주제로 빠르고 접근하고 있다. 국내에서는 전력분야에서의 우선접근이 비교적 성공적인 평가를 받고 있으며 물공급 분야는 이제 막 그 첫발을 내 딛고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 "스마트 워터 그리드" 서비스를 위한 프레임? 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 절차로, 우선 국내외 관련 연구가 조사되었고, "스마트 워터 그리드" 서비스를 구성하는 4 기술요소가 정의 되었다. 4 기술요소분야 각각에 대해 프레임? 모델링이 수행되었고 그 결과로 각각에 대한 TRM이 제시된다. 또한 4 요소영역을 아우르는 전체 서비스에 대한 종합적 TRM이 제시되고 본 논문에서 제시되는 프레임? 모델과 유사 모델을 비교하면서 차별성 있는 연구내용의 전개와 두 모델의 연계컨셉이 정의되었다. 엔터프라이즈 통합모델, 즉, 매크로 레벨부터 마이크로 레벨 적용과 서비스를 온전히 커버하기위해 필요한 두 모델의 합체운영 컨셉과 이러한 상호연계성 위에서 작용하는 마이크로 레벨 모델의 현실화를 통해 물관리분야에서의 스마트화 구현에 현 논문이 다소간 기여하기를 기대한다.
