The continuous aging of the domestic construction industry and the shortage of human resource are no longer a problem for the future, but must be solved for the survival of the domestic construction industry, given the characteristics of the labor-intensive construction industry and the continuing negative image of young people toward the construction industry. It is undoubtedly a prerequisite. This study is aimed to tackle the fundamental problem of the construction labor shortage faced by the domestic construction industry by comparing and analyzing the case of MMC technology development in the UK, which has been preparing fast-track response measures for the past 5 years to solve the labor shortage problem, and the case of Buildability technology development in Singapore, which is seeking mid- to long-term countermeasures for about 20 years. Also, This research provides the initial research & development roadmap for Korean Countermeasures Strategy.

The construction industry has also enolved according to the changes and requirements, therefore it coms to manage the relationships with customers. However, the customer management in the construction industry has not been quite genuine, since it has been mainly oriented for public relations and advertisements of companies. The genuine customer management should not only systemize customer data but also provide strategy to utilize it through managing relationships with customers as well as customer themselves. In this research, I have focused mainly on Model House. Marketing is very important planning & coordination to project. And I know that the development power of new product and promotion strategy as to customer needs and wants. The key factor in housing industry is the analysis of customer's needs that key success factor is execution of action plan to our customer. His success in business is in result of satisfaction for our high quality customer. Therefore the CRM system is add to customer satisfaction and increase earning power to a business

Exemplary contracts of construction management (CM) including highway projects have been carried out in the civil engineering area over the past ten years. However, practical and administrative challenges as transitional circumstances have been revealed in the different participants of supervision, inspection and construction management. Thus, it is important to internally overcome problems and negative perception encountered in civil engineering, and to promote the efficiencies in construction cost and quality. In addition, external efforts should be put to market opening, globalization, and technology development for competitiveness and high value industry. While it is critical to establish the concrete CM system by collaborating with various participants, proven architecture and system have not been provided because of incorrect measurement of CM accomplishment, overlap of responsibility between CM and supervision, and slow deployment in construction field. This paper analyzed the current CM practices and business environments, and presented the possible solutions for strategy improvement of CM in the owner's view point.

To carry out the evaluation of performance of railway product/system, 3 step verification process(design review-lab test-field test) should be done. In advanced countries, for the effective field test, test-only-oriented track have been constructed and used. In Korea, government announced "The construction plan of railroad test track" at 2009.06. This paper will summarize 'need of test track', 'technical meaning of test track', 'current status of foreign test track', 'fundamental plan and process strategy of Korea Railroad Test Track'. It is no need to say that the wisdom of all railroad related people is required for the successful construction and usage of Korea Railroad Test Track.

2005, National railway was converted from government enterprise form to public corporation form. Korail is facing in necessity to equip new manpower operating system to achieve public enterprise's part and two purposes called profit creation according to conversion to construction system. Accordingly, railway construction work began services for formation diagnostic and job analysis to construct management formation of new paradigm, personnel management course manpower operation system of the job value priority. This dissertation is research for direction establishment of human resource management(HRM) of railway construction work. Examined problem of current personnel management system with trend of HRM paradigm for this. And presented various strategy to construct greeting executive system of job putting first in person putting first and strengthens formation capacity.

Bridge construction is almost complete in many countries. Thus, the government and highway agencies change their focus from constructing to maintaining. Effectively maintaining bridges require predicting their lifespan using a system reliability viewpoint. Likewise, maintenance models based on the system reliability concept should be developed. Thus, this study developed maintenance models for preventive maintenance and essential maintenance using system reliability and lifetime distributions. The optimal maintenance strategy for an existing bridge was obtained using the developed maintenance models.

The city environment construction of China is facing many difficulties and challenges. Through the concerted exploration in the recent years to find the way of improving city environment that is suitable to Chinese situation, the result is to plan and construct a complete green space system, supplement the defective conditions by the system's superiority and produce the integrated effectiveness. The article dissertates on the composition of green space system, some important issues in the planning and construction and corresponding measures. The fact illustrates the effectiveness of city green space system in solving the city environment problems. However it needs some research and continues improving.

The purpose of this study is to explore and categorize the rhetorical strategies of text construction in research articles and to provide data for academic writing education for foreign graduate students. This study analyzes 30 research articles by Korean writers from Korean language and Korean language education fields, and categorizes the rhetorical strategies according to the roles of the writer as a RA form composer, a manager of research content, and a communicator. On the basis of the strategies, this study analyzes 18 term papers of foreign graduate students and inspects their weaknesses in using the rhetorical strategies. Based on the results of analysis, this study suggests rhetorical strategy education for KAP learners that emphasizes validity and clarifies argument along with attracting readers.
