The Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) (the Act) is a unique form of statutory regulation for the building and construction industry, which gives virtually all industry participants a statutory right to, and a means of recovering, payments for work done under a construction contract. The research aim is to examine current trends in adjudication applications and determinations under the Act. The research reveals: (a) that the adjudication process is encouraging parties to resolve disputes as to payment (b) that there is low level of awareness and understanding of the provisions of the Act, particularly amongst subcontractors; (c) that claimants making small claims experience a high rate of success at adjudication; and (d) that the indirect cost of adjudication is becoming problematic.

Urban transit system consist of complex system such as vehicle, signal, train control equipment, railway facilities, electricity facilities, station facilities and information & communications facilities. In this paper, we are develop specifications light-way lighting appliance for efficient construction. Analyzed wide application and connection regulation. Also, flickering circuit Presented separation, arrangement, mounting instruction. Incandescent lamp occurs much heat. Therefore, establishment of enough electric light interval is required. Voltage of discharge lamp does by below 300v, and provide so that a person is not can may touched.

By the rapid technological advance and social needs, demand of Multi Function Facility is on the increase. The multiplex is an alternative of them. In case of fire, special function of facility nay result in terrible accident. Therefore, literature and regulations survey on the multiplex were enforced, Multiplex facilities in Daejeon City were surveyed, and reformation of regulation and structural system were suggested in this study.

연구목적: 본 연구의 핵심 문제는 국내 발파 작업에 대한 구체적인 소음규제 기준이 없다는 점이다. 현재 국내의 발파작업 소음규제 기준이 별도로 제정되지 않고 일일생활소음 기준인 70데시벨에 10데시벨 보정하여 80데시벨의 소음규제 기준을 갖고 있다. 대조적으로 많은 외국에서는 발파작업에 특별히 맞춰진 별도의 소음규제 기준을 갖고 있다. 이에 국내외 발파작업 소음규제 기준을 비교하여 국제적인 합리적 발파소음 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 국내외 소음규제 기준을 비교 분석한 것으로 유추할 수 있다. 현행 국내의 발파작업시 소음규제 기준과 미국, 영국, 호주, 일본 및 중국 등의 발파작업시 소음규제 기준에 관한 데이터 수집 및 분석을 한다. 연구결과: 국내 건설현장의 발파작업시 소음규제 값은 별도로 제정되지 않아 발파소음의 특정, 특성에 적절하게 맞춰져 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 해외의 경우 발파작업시 소음규제 값에 대해 생활소음 규정 등을 일률적으로 적용하는 것은 보다 안전하고 효율적이며 친환경적인 발파공법을 적용할 수 있도록 현실적인 소음규제 값을 제정 하였다. 결론: 국내외 비교 연구한 내용과 같이 합리적인 발파작업시 소음규제 값을 제정하여 발파안전 기준을 잘 준수하여 효율적이며 경제적이고 친환경적인 발파공법의 도입을 방해하지 않고 널리 채택되기를 바란다.

안전점검과 관련된 규정 중 '건설기술진흥법'과 '시설물의안전관리에관한특별법'은 건설공사 시 안전에 관한 내용의 기술과 동시에 유지관리 측면에서의 안전점검에 관한 사항을 규정하여 건설산업의 사고예방을 담당하고 있다. 실질적인 근로자의 안전 확보를 담당하고 있는 규정이면서, 고용노동부의 안전점검과 관련된 유일한 규정이라 할 수 있는 '산업안전보건법 제32조 재해예방전문지도기관의 지도기준'과 '건설업산업안전 보건관리비 계상 및 사용기준'에 따라 건설공사 착공시 관련 기관은 계약과 동시에 준공 시까지 안전점검을 받도록 하고 있다. 그러나 발주기관에 따라 관리 정도의 편차가 심하여 소규모 민간 발주 공사현장은 안전점검이 형식적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 세부규정도 없어 안전점검 대가는 지속적으로 하락하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제주지역에서 실질적으로 이루어지고 있는 안전점검의 현황을 조사하여 공사금액별 구분 비교하고 적정한 대가를 각각의 건설 관련 법에 근거하여 산출하고자 하였으며 나아가 세부 규정에 관한 개선방안을 제시하였다.
