After participating in the 2nd, Asian Civil Engineering Conference which is subjected by Japan, a trip of site during construction recent was done. The country Is being developed to use effectvely by the methods of aqua-line, truss suspersion bridge. double deck bridge, etc. The Japanese engineers have a pride to do their best for the construction In the given environment. 1 want to notify that our civil engineers must have the responsibility to develop the technical engineering, to make the useful country and to resolve the environmental problem via the oversea experience like as.

As a method of anti-fire construction in forest region it is proposed to build fuelbreak(vegetated firebreak). Fuelbreak can separate the large area conifer forest into smell parts combined with natural firebreaks. Fuelbreaks can prevent forest fire effectively and also have other functions benefiting the forest ecosystem and environment. 3 kinds of construction skills are introduced for the silviculture technique to build fuelbreaks. And it is proposed to build the firebreaks network in national scale.

It seems to possible to construction of Asian Highway that will connect 32 nations of asian total 45 nations. Asian 32 nations will be connected by Asian Highway Project. and Since 1965,this project had been discussed four times to when ESCAP managed this project. The construction industry is an industry heavily dependent on manpower, and high-quality skilled workers are needed to ensure smooth construction. However, workers who entered the construction industry did not acquire professional skills or receive other education through apprenticeship education. In this study, the necessity of professional functional education and education plan were analyzed and presented in order to cultivate quality functional manpower.
