보육교사를 위한 웹기반 영유아 건강관리 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of a Web-based Child Health Care Program for the Staff at Child Daycare Centers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to develop a web-based program on child health care, and to identify the effect of the program on knowledge of, attitudes towards child health care, and health care practice in staff of daycare centers. Methods: The program was developed through the processes of needs analysis, contents construction, design, development, and evaluation. After the program was developed, it was revised through feedback from 30 experts. To identify the effect of developed program, onegroup pretest-posttest design study was conducted with 64 staff members from 12 daycare centers in Korea. Results: The program was developed based on users' needs and consisted of five parts: health promotion, disease and symptoms management, oral health, injury and safety, sheets and forms. This study showed that the total score of staff who used the program was significantly higher in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and their health care practice compared with pretest score (p<.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that this Web-based program can contribute to the child health promotion as well as can provide the staff with the insightful child health information. Therefore, it is expected that this program will be applied to staff of other child care settings for children's health.

  • 현재까지 경지정리 조사설계를 위한 토양조사결과 처리, 토양도 제작 분석 및 그에 따른 적절한 건설기계 선정은 모두 수작업에 의해 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 이러한 작업을 전산화하였다. 다양한 토양 분포 양상을 띠는 산간지역경지정리 조사설계 지구의 현장조사 및 실내분석 시험치에 대한 자료를 수집하여 기본도와 주제도를 작성하고, 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 이를 분석하여 대상지역의 경지정리시 사용되는 적절한 건설기계 선정방안을 제시하고 기존의 수작업 내용과 비교 검증하였다.

표준도 기반의 3차원 지하구조물 구축 방안 및 도면가공 툴 프로그램 개발 (Development of Drawing Processing Tool Program and Establishment Strategy of 3D Underground Structures based on Standardized Drawings)

  • 정부는 지하안전사고 대응 및 예방을 위해 현행 수작업 기반의 지하공간통합지도 구축 및 갱신체계를 지하구조물을 포함한 지하정보에 대해서 자동화 기반의 3D 지하정보 구축 및 갱신체계로의 전환을 위한 준공도서제출 시스템 구축사업을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 3D 지하구조물 자동화 갱신 시 필요한 표준도면 연구가 미비하여 이에 관한 구체적인 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 지하공간통합지도를 구성하는 6종 지하구조물을 대상으로 표준도 기반의 3차원 지하구조물 구축 방안을 제시하여 신속 정확한 도면데이터 작성과 체계적인 3차원 지하구조물 도면데이터 관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 지하정보 실무에 활용 가능한 3D 구축용 가공도면 툴을 개발하여, 일반 CAD 프로그램 사용자들도 쉽게 가공도면을 제작할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 도출된 결과물들은 향후 3D 지하구조물 구축을 위한 표준 프레임워크 및 실무적용 지침 수립 시 주요한 참조자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

우편주소 정보화 방안 수립에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Informatization Planning of Postal Address)

  • In this paperm we provide a plan of construction, employment and management of the Korean postal address database and discuss the design of to-be models for it. For the purpose, we adopt and modify the information strategy planning methodology to fit it into our study. We examine the managerial environments and limitations of the postal services and define the requirements as a result. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) was chosen as the best practice for a benchmarking and gap analysis with its advanced management of address information. After analyzing the current status of the postal business processes and information systems used, we classify the products and the services of USPS by the process to which they are applied and propose a deployment plan. In order to design a to-be model, we define the operating and managing functions for the address database and specify the scenario according to the functions. By managing the address database and supporting the postal services, it could be possible to make the business competitive and satisfy the customer demands.

암반 등급 변화에 따른 터널 내공 변위 거동 특설 (Characteristics of Tunnel Convergence Behaviour based on Variation of Rock Mass Rating)

  • 터널 시공 중 막장관찰과 계측자료는 굴착으로 인하여 발생하는 지반 및 주변 구조물의 안정성 평가를 위한 가장 중요한 정보이다. 특히, 발파 굴착으로 이루어지는 NATM 공법에서 막장관찰과 계측은 다음 막장의 굴착 및 지보설계를 위한 핵심자료로 활용이 된다. 하지만, 국내에는 암반분류 결과와 계측결과의 관계에 대한 연구가 많이 부족하여 굴착 및 지보설계에 제대로 활용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 막장관찰에 의한 암반분류 중 국내외에서 가장 많이 사용되는 RMR 분류법과 내공변위 계측결과의 분석을 통해 지질상태의 변화가 터널의 거동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 내공변위의 계측위치와 계측 시점에 따른 변위 측정 편차를 변위 함수를 이용해 보정하였으며, 이를 통해 내공변위의 영향선과 지반조건의 관계를 고찰하였다. 또한 변위 함수 파라미터와 초기변위 발생비율 등 내공변위와 관련된 다양한 요소들의 지반조건에 따른 변화양상을 파악함으로써 막장관찰 및 내공변위 계측을 통한 지반 평가의 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

중대재해처벌법 시행에 따른 안전보건경영시스템 개선방안 연구 - H건설사 중심 (A Study on the Safety and Health Management System Improvement Plan according to the Implementation of the Serious Accident Punishment Act - Focused on H Construction Company)

  • 연구목적: 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따른 건설사 안전 관리 시스템 개선 방안을 제시한다. 연구방법: H건설사에서 이행 중인 중대 재해 처벌 법 대응 방안에 대한 안전보건관리체계를 안전보건진단을 통해 실무중심의 재해 예방활동의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 중대재해처벌법과 안전보건경영시스템의 연계로 재해율 감소 효과 및 안전보건경영 체계의 고도화 등이 분석되었고 중대재해처벌법 시행 전·후의 안전 활동 종합결과 분석을 통한 안전보건경영시스템 개선방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따른 사업주의 의식 개선, 재해예방을 위한 투자 확대, 재해예방활동의 정량화 등을 통한 실질적인 성과측정의 효과가 발현되었다.

Reading Activity impact on the Engineering Management Learners' Efficiency in Research Presentation

  • One of the activities that are almost used by instructors to assess the undergraduate learners (students) performances in the teaching and learning system is performing researches. It's most probably that learners prepare a presentation for the research, through which they conduct their ideas to the audiences (the instructor and their colleagues). Recently, a phenomenon was monitored regarding the research preparation process practiced by the learners, that the majority go directly to the websites, in which they could easily find tons of attractive and ready-made information that fill the gaps of their heavy homework gained from several courses. It's a convenient activity for learners to go through this easy path to fulfil their duties, but the issue is that the output of such path is so weak. The gained information in this case is so shallow, loose, and could easily been evaporated after a while. There is a need to examine the impact of a missing skill in the current learners' generation: the reading practice. It's noticed that library visits to read books were strongly decreased compared with what was happening in the older generations, where the piece of information was hard to collect, but in the same time, is hard to be forgotten. As a part of the teaching and learning process, and through a college of Engineering, this study will introduce results of the comparison between the outputs of the two methods of collecting information: through the web, and through the traditional book reading. This is to highlight the importance of reading through an experiment applied on one section of students who were asked to prepare a research from a certain chapter of their textbook, and compare that with a prior research they had prepared from the websites. The results were impressive and reflected the importance of the missed reading activity.

How to automatically extract 2D deliverables from BIM?

  • Although the construction industry is changing from a 2D-based to a 3D BIM-based management process, 2D drawings are still used as standards for permits and construction. For this reason, 2D deliverables extracted from 3D BIM are one of the essential achievements of BIM projects. However, due to technical and institutional problems that exist in practice, the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM requires additional work beyond generating 3D BIM models. In addition, the consistency of data between 3D BIM models and 2D deliverables is low, which is a major factor hindering work productivity in practice. To solve this problem, it is necessary to build BIM data that meets information requirements (IRs) for extracting 2D deliverables to minimize the amount of work of users and maximize the utilization of BIM data. However, despite this, the additional work that occurs in the BIM process for drawing creation is still a burden on BIM users. To solve this problem, the purpose of this study is to increase the productivity of the BIM process by automating the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM and securing data consistency between the BIM model and 2D deliverables. For this, an expert interview was conducted, and the requirements for automation of the process of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM were analyzed. Based on the requirements, the types of drawings and drawing expression elements that require automation of drawing generation in the design development stage were derived. Finally, the method for developing automation technology targeting elements that require automation was classified and analyzed, and the process for automatically extracting BIM-based 2D deliverables through templates and rule-based automation modules were derived. At this time, the automation module was developed as an add-on to Revit software, a representative BIM authoring tool, and 120 rule-based automation rulesets, and the combinations of these rulesets were used to automatically generate 2D deliverables from BIM. Through this, it was possible to automatically create about 80% of drawing expression elements, and it was possible to simplify the user's work process compared to the existing work. Through the automation process proposed in this study, it is expected that the productivity of extracting 2D deliverables from BIM will increase, thereby increasing the practical value of BIM utilization.

물 수요관리를 위한 물 사용실태 및 물 절약 설문조사 (Survey on water utilization status and saving mind for water demand management)

  • The results of the survey on water utilization status, the wasted water factor, the awareness, and the education and promotional activities of water saving in Daejeon City are as follows: The percentage of using tap valve with a closure was 66% when showering. 74% of water was used with closing the tap valve when washing faces with no water needed, it was still considered that there existed a wasting water. The most wasting reasons of water were found to be shower, bath, and laundry in order. In the awareness of practicing tap water saving, 9.1% of respondents acted actively, 53.4% of them were trying to practice it, and more than 63% had a positive awareness. In the contents of practicing saving water, locking water when soaping while showering, non-laundry of small quantity, and using cups when brushing teeth were top priorities. About 50% of the reasons for saving water was to practice purely saving water, when saving for economic help was excluded. The level of water saving awareness was not high when considering that the ratio of usage without water saving equipment and installation, and using method was relatively high when moving in. In order to make usage of water saving equipment more common, it was deemed necessary to provide information on the purchase of water saving equipment and to promote and educate the efficiency of saving of related products. More than about 90% of the respondents responded that water saving education or promotional activities had an effect of improving water saving awareness. The most effective method of education and promotional activities was found to be 40.4% by mass media activities, and 21.7% by promotions through mobile devices.

웹기반 굴착 영향도 예측 및 위험도 평가 시스템 개발 (Development of web-based system for ground excavation impact prediction and risk assessment)

  • 최근지반굴착 공사의 증가로 인해 지반침하사고 발생 가능성은 점점 높아지고 있지만, 지하안전관리에 관한 특별법 제정 등 제도적인 강화에도 불구하고 지반침하사고를 근본적으로 예방하는 것은 매우 어려운 실정이다. 도심지 지반굴착의 여러 사례를 살펴보면, 굴착 전에 다양한 정보를 활용해 예측했던 지반침하 거동특성은 시공 중에 확인된 결과와 무시할 수 없을 정도의 차이를 보이고 있다. 이러한 원인은 지반조건의 변화, 지반침하 예측방법의 한계, 설계와 착공 시기의 계절적인 차이, 현장여건을 고려한 공법의 변경 및 기타 다양한 사유에 의한 장기간의 공사 중지 등의 현장 여건 변경이 주요 원인으로 고려될 수 있다. 이에 대응하기 위한 방안으로, 다양한 시공정보를 통한 안전관리시스템 도입을 예를 들 수 있으나 아직까지는 굴착으로 인한 영향 및 위험도를 예측할 수 있는 시스템은 부재한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 도심지 굴착사업의 설계·시공에 있어서 지반침하와 주변 구조물에 미치는 굴착 영향도를 사전에 예측하고 위험도 평가를 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였으며, 과거에 획득된 현장계측 데이터를 통해 현재 및 장래 지하수위와 침하량 등을 예측할 수 있는 시계열 분석기법과 지반공학 데이터 시각화(Geotechnical Data Visualization, GDV) 기술을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 웹기반 평가시스템을 통해 과거에 획득된 데이터를 이용하여 현재 및 장래 지하수위 변화 및 침하량 예측 등 굴착으로 인한 위험도 예측 및 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
