시간최적제어를 이용한 지비크레인의 흔들림제어 (Anti-Sway Control of a Jib Crane Using Time Optimal Control)

  • This paper investigates the constant-level luffing and time optimal control of jib cranes. The constant-level luffing, which is the sustainment of the load at a constant height during luffing, is achieved by analyzing the kinematic relationship between the angular displacement of a boom and that of the main hoist motor of a jib crane. Under the assumption that the main body of the crane does not rotate, the equations of motion of the boom are derived using Newton's Second Law. The dynamic equations for the crane system are highly nonlinear; therefore, they are linearized under the small angular motion of the load to apply linear control theory. This paper investigates the time optimal control from the perspective of no-sway at a target point. A stepped velocity pattern is used to design the moving path of the jib crane. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the time optimal control, in terms of anti-sway motion of the load, while luffing the crane.

Optimal Designs for Constant Stress Partially Accelerated Life Tests under Type I Censoring

  • The inferences on a series system under the usual condition using data from constant stress partially accelerated life tests and type I censoring is studied. Two optimal designs to determine the sample proportion allocated each stress level model are also presented, which minimize the sum of the generalized asymptotic variances of maximum likelihood estimators of the failure rate and the acceleration factors and the sum of the asymptotic variances of maximum likelihood estimators of the acceleration factors for each component. Each component of a system is assumed to follow an exponenial distribution.

Variation of Dielectric Constant with Various Particle Size and Packing Density on Inkjet Printed Hybrid $BaTiO_3$ Films

  • $BaTiO_3$(BT) has high permittivity so that has been applied to dielectric and insulator materials in 3D system-level package integration. In order to achieve excellent performance of device, the BT layer should be highly dense. In this study, BT thick films were prepared by the inkjet printing method. And these films were cured at $280^{\circ}C$ after infiltration of polymer resin. As a result, we have successfully fabricated not only the inkjet-printed hybrid BT film but also metal-insulator-metal(MIM) capacitor without sintering process. Changes in the dielectric constant of BT hybrid film with particle size and packing density were investigated. The dielectric constant was increased with increasing packing density and particle size. Further, the BT hybrid film using two different size particles had even higher packing density and dielectric constant.

  • This study represents effect of exhaust performance by according to active muffler valve spring. The experimental parameter were divided engine speed and torsion coil spring constant. The sound pressure level was generally low at engine speed 2000-2500rpm but That was showed the lowest at spring constant k=0.75. Flow speed of exhaust gas was showed the fast at spring constant k=0.75 but the low value was showed at k=0.97. It was contained a rather low concentration of carbon monoxide(CO) at engine speed 2000-2500rpm and k=0.81, low concentration of hydrocarbon(HC) at spring constant k=0.81 but that was high at spring constant k=0.97. A conclusion based on FFT analysis was generally low concentration value at k=0.79 and k=0.81. The temperature distributions into the muffler was shown similar conditions. Heat transfer was well spreaded at thermocouple No.8 because valve was opened.

음파가 고정액적의 증발/연소에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of acoustic wave on the evaporation/combustion of suspended droplet)

  • 본 연구에서는 대기압하에서 외부교란이 고정 연료액적(jet A-1)의 증발/연소에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험연구 결과이다. 연구결과, 탄화수소계 연료인 제트유(jet A-1)액적은 크기에 상관없이 일정한 증발률 상수 $k_{e'}$ 연소율 상수 $k_c$를 유지하였다 또한, 액적의 증발률 및 연소율 상수 $k_{e'}k_c$를 증가시키기 위해서는 적절한 음파의 주파수 및 진폭영역이 존재하였으며, $80Hz\leqf\leq100Hz, 80\leqSPL\leq110$에서 각각 외부교란이 없을 때보다 1.2~1.51배, 1.04~l.42배 만큼 증가하였다.

Designs and Comparison of Step and Constant-Stress ALTs for Acceleration Factor and Lognormal Lifetime Distributions

  • This paper considers designing the simple (2-level) constant-and step-stress ALTs minimizing the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimator of the accelaeration factor, which is defined as the ratio of the 100qth percentile at use stress to that a specified stress, for items having lognormally-distributed lives. It is assumed that (i) the log-linear relationship exists between the stress and the mean log life, (ii) the standard deviation of the log life is constant, and (iii) the cumulative exposure model holds for the effect of changing stress. For the constant-stress ALT the low stress and the sample proportion allocated to low stress are determined and for two modes of stress loading of step-stress ALTs, the low-to-high and high-to-low, the low stress and the stress change time are determined. For selected values of the design parameters the optimum plans are figured, two modes of step-stress ALTs and the constant-stress ALT are compared to each other, and the effects of the incorrect pre-estimates of the design parameters are investigated.

  • 다중부호 배직교 부호 변조(Multi-code biorthogonal code keying: MBCK)는 배직교(biorthogonal) 부호화기의 출력 코드워드를 합산하여 전송함으로 전송 신호의 크기가 일정하지 않기 때문에 고선형 증폭기의 사용을 요구한다. MBCK의 전송 신호의 크기를 일정하게 유지하도록 만드는 부호화 방안이 제안되어 있는데, 정 진폭 부호화에 사용된 잉여 비트들은 수신기에서 비트오율 성능 개선을 위해 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 정 진폭 부호화된 MBCK(MBCK with Constant Amplitude Coding:CA-MBCK)의 대역폭 효율을 개선시키기 위해 CA-MBCK와 쌍직교위상변조(Quadrature-Quadrature Phase Shift Keying:$Q^{2}PSK$)를 결합하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 출력 신호의 크기를 일정하게 유지하며 백색 가우시안 잡음 환경에서 CA-MBCK와 동일한 비트오율 성능을 보이면서도 대역폭 효율은 개선되었다. 또한 CA-MBCK에서 정 진폭 부호화에 사용된 잉여 비트를 이용한 에러정정 알고리즘을 제안된 시스템에 적용하여 비트오율 성능이 개선됨을 모의실험을 통해 제시한다.

크랭크스로 단조강의 피로수명의 확률분포 추정 (Estimation of Probability Distribution of Fatigue Lives in Crank Throw Forged Steel)

  • Because of the severe service environment of the large marine vessel, the fatigue strength and its evaluation play an important role in design and maintenance of marine crankshaft. The aim of this work is to investigate the probability distribution of fatigue lives in crank throw forged steel and to develop the methodology for estimation of the probabilistic design fatigue strength. Detailed studies were performed on the constant amplitude axial loading fatigue test. The experiments were controlled by stress ratio of -1 and 15Hz frequency for each stress level. The considerable variability of fatigue life was observed in each stress level under rigidly controlled constant fatigue testing conditions. The fatigue life of crank throw forged steel was well followed the log-normal and Weibull distribution. In addition, it can be used for the estimation of probabilistic design fatigue strength by using the proposed methodology.

디젤 미연소 검댕(Soot)이 디젤엔진오일의 유전상수변화에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Soot on Changes in Diesel Engine Oil's Dielectric Constant)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of diesel soot contents on the deterioration of engine oil in terms of the changes in the dielectric constants of diesel engine oils. Therefore, it is figured out the level of oil deterioration by investigating how are the dielectric constants of diesel engine oils changed according to changes in diesel soot contents. The measured data will be able to be used as the reference data to judge the level of oil deterioration induced by diesel soot when the previously developed oil deterioration sensor will be applied at diesel vehicles in the future.

시메티딘이 설프이소미딘의 약물동태에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cimetidine Pretreatment on the Pharmacokinetics of Sulfisomidine Administered Intravenously in Rabbits)

  • These paper was attempted to investigate the mechanism of increased blood level of sulfisomidine by cimetidine pretreatment pharmacokinetically. Especially, effect of cimetidine pretreatment on both renal clearance and biliary clearance of sulfisomidine was studied in rabbits. The results are as follows. The blood level of sulfisomidine administered intravenously in dose of 25mg/kg was elevated significantly by cimetidine pretreatment. Relative bioavailability and biological half-life were increased significantly by cimetidine pretreatment. Overall elimination rate constant ($betha$) and distribution rate constant ($K_{13}$) of sulfisomidine were decreased significantly by cimetidine pretreatment. The renal and biliary clearance of sulfisomidine were decreased significantly compared with those of control rabbits by cimetidine pretreatment. The results may be also related to the inhibition of sulfisomidine metabolism enzyme activity or reduction of blood flow in the liver.
