We examined the mediating effect of the consistency of the values of organizational members on the relationship between the values of IT enterprise executives and organizational performance. Hypotheses 1, 2, and 3, which were set up to achieve the purpose of this study, were verified as follows. First, Hypothesis 1 proposed that the values of management will have a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, Hypothesis 2 proposed that the values of management are likely to have a positive effect on the consistency of the values of organizational members. Third, Hypothesis 3 proposed that the consistency of the values of organizational members will have a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. We found that the consistency of the values of organizational members has a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. Hypothesis 3 was adopted. Fourth, the consistency of the values of the organizational members proved that the organizations with high consistency of values performed well by mediating the values and organizational performance of management. In other words, according to the values of the management, we can improve an organization's sustainability management system by increasing the value of organizational performance and the values of organizational members. Therefore, we must establish plans that can be shared systematically and strategically about the values of management. In addition, the consistency of the values of organizational members has a direct or indirect influence on improving organizational performance. Therefore, we need to systematically derive and improve various factors that can increase the consistency of the values of organizational members in terms of strategic human resource management, such as organizational vision, core values, talent awards, selection process, and motivation. Therefore, the greatest significance of this study is in its theoretical and practical implications for increasing the sustainability management system by using the influence of the executives' can do to further improve the organizational performance.

Fourth, hypothesis 4, the value consistency of the members of the organization, had a mediating effect between the organization performance on value management. The results of this study were all adopted research hypotheses. Therefore, management's values have a significant impact on the theoretical and practical aspects by showing the relationship between organizational members' value consistency and organizational performance. In the future, the necessity of further research on management's values and member's value consistency through various fields for organizational performance has emerged.

Gelatinization characteristics of 111 glutinous rice varieties were evaluated by Rapid Visco Analyzer. Gelatinization viscosity of glutinous rice tested varied with ecotypes or varietal groups: indica, japonica, and Tongil type. Indica rice showed the highest average value of initial pasting temperature. The average values for peak, hot, and cool viscosities were highest in Tongil-type rice, and lowest in japonica rice. Japonica showed the lowest breakdown and consistency, but the highest setback value. Indica was lower in alkali digestion value (ADV), and shorter in gel length after gelatinization thanjaponica and Tongil-type. Glutinous rices tested could be divided into six groups by cluster analysis based on their gelatinization characteristics. Group I-A was mostly early maturing japonica varieties while I-B was mostly indica and Tongil-type rices. Groups II-A and II-B were consisted of very early maturingjaponica, and III-A and III-B included medium or medium late maturingjaponica varieties. Group III-A showed the lowest average values of peak, hot, cool, and consistency viscosities, and also in breakdown and setback ratios. Group I-B revealed the highest values in peak, hot, cool, breakdown, and consistency viscosities. ADV was low in groups I-A, I-B, and II-B, and gel consistency was not different among the six varietal groups. Principal component analysis using seven traits related with gelatinization produced four effective components, and the first and second components were highly correlated with all the gelatinization characters evaluated.

Unlike using a single sonar platform, using two different sonar platforms can lead to a considerable increase of acoustic aperture in Passive Ranging Sonar(PRS). Values measured from two sonar platforms shall be consistent in order to allow us to rely on such improved aperture. However, obtaining consistent values from a towed array and a frank array is not always simple due to the heading error occurring at towed array. The objective of this paper is to verify a new criterion analyzing the consistency in the measured values of towed array and frank array through computer simulations.

This paper is concerned with the strong consistency of the least squares estimators for the nonlinear regression models. A simple and practical sufficient condition for the strong consistency of the least squares estimators is given. It is also discussed that the extension of the strong consistency to a wide class of regression functions can be established by imposing some condition on the input values. Some examples are given to illustrate the application of main result.

시간경로 유전자 발현 자료는 마이크로어레이 실험을 시간에 따라 관측한 대용량의 자료로 유전자 발현 수준을 동시에 파악할 수 있다. 하지만 실험 과정이 복잡하여 다양한 원인들에 의해 결측값이 자주 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 시간경로 유전자 발현 자료에 대한 결측값을 추정하는 방법으로 패턴 적응 최근접 이웃(pattern consistency index adaptive nearest neighbors; PANN) 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 국소적 특징을 반영하는 적응 최근접 이웃(adaptive nearest neighbors; ANN) 방법과 관측 시점간 유전자 발현의 일치 정도를 고려하는 패턴일치지수를 결합시킨 것이다. 제안한 PANN 방법의 효능을 평가하기 위하여 두 가지의 실제 시간경로 자료들을 사용하여 몬테카를로 모의실험(Monte Carlo simulation study)을 시행하였다.

본 논문은 CEO의 가치관, 컨설턴트의 역량, 근로자와의 가치일치성이 전략컨설팅 성공과 성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사, 연구하였다. 설문을 통한 180부의 자료로, 요인분석, 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석을 실시하였고 최종 연구 모형에 대한 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는, 혁신성과 관리역량은 가치일치성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고. 가치일치성은 완성도와 활용도에, 완성도와 활용도는 만족도와 경영성과기여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

동부앙금(6~9%)을 연속가열법과 순간가열법으로 각 온도(80, 85, 90, 95$^{\circ}C$)에 도달시키고 20분간 유지시킨 다음 호화액의 흐름성질을 회전점도계를 이용하여 회전속도 6~180rpm, 측정온도 6$0^{\circ}C$의 조건에서 분석하였다. 호화액은 항복응력을 가진 의가소성 유체의 성질을 보였고 각 전단속도에서의 전단응력값은 순간 가열호화액이 연속가열호화액 보다 컸다. 순간 가열호화액은 농도와 가열온도에 관계없이 연속 가열호화액보다 항복응력과 점조도 지수값이 컸고 흐름지수 값은 작았다. 점조도 지수의 대수값은 농도와 가열온도와 정의 상관관계 (p<0.05)를 보였다. 동일한 농도에서 순간 가열호화액은 연속 가열호화액보다 가열온도에 따른 점조도 지수의 대수값의 증가 속도가 컸다.

To develop an efficient and cost effective on-line method to determine the stock consistency a study on the relationship between the turbidity and transmittance of stocks and their consistency was carried out using a system consisted of a dynamic drainage jar, pump and turbidometer. Results shooed that the wavelength of 525 nm was most effective for measuring turbidity. As the consistency increases the turbidity increases, and their relationship can be depicted in the second order equations. On the other hand the relationship between consistency and transmittance can be described in exponential equations. From these equations the consistencies of stock samples can be determined using the measured values of turbidity or transmittance.

본 논문에서는 최종 변이영상의 정확도를 높이기 위해 영상의 특징점을 이용한 적응적 가변 정합창 방법과 교차 일치성 검사의 신뢰도를 높이는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 적응적 가변 정합창 방법은 색상정보를 이용하여 영상을 분할하고 분할된 각 영상의 특징점을 찾아 그 특징점들의 유무에 따라 정합창의 크기를 적응적으로 가변시키는 방법이다. 또한 제안한 교차 일치성 검사 방법은 최적의 변이와 차상위 최적의 변이에 대한 비용함수 값들을 비교하여 비용하수 값 자체가 너무 크거나 두 비용함수의 차이가 너무 적은 경우를 찾아내어 처리하는 방법이다. 제안한 두 방법에 대한 Middleburry에서 제공한 네 가지 실험영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과 적응적 가변 정합창 방법은 최대 18.2%의 오차율을 감소시켰다. 또한 제안한 교차 일치성 검사는 최대 7.4%의 신뢰도를 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다.
