행정박물이란 공공업무의 활동을 반영하는 유형적 증거물로서 역사적 상징적 문화적 예술적 가치를 지니는 영구기록물이며, 공공기관의 업무수행과 관련하여 생산 및 활용한 형상기록물로 행정적 문화적 예술적 가치가 높은 기록물이다. "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"에서는 행정박물을 기록물관리 범위에 처음으로 편입시키고 있으며, 기록물관리법령 제3조에서는 행정박물의 보존 및 관리체계를 법제화하고 있다. 행정박물의 관리는 형태 재질별 분류만으로는 기록으로서 행정박물의 특성을 반영하기 어렵다. 행정박물은 일반적인 기록물과 비교해 다양한 연유에서 수집되기 때문에 행정박물에 대한 기초적인 재질 조사와 적합한 보존 및 관리 방식이 필요하다. 행정박물은 문화재로서 아직 그 수요량이 많지 않으나, 국민 의식수준 향상 및 알 권리를 위한 행정박물의 공개 가능성이 증가되고 있으며, 향후 역사 및 문화의 해석을 위해 보존 활용 가능하며 근대문화유산으로서의 가치를 가질 수 있다. 우선적으로 행정박물의 보존적인 측면에서 열화를 방지하기 위해서는 각 유물별 손상등급을 부분적으로 분류, 관리하여 상태를 점검할 수 있는 표준조사카드를 만들어야 한다. 또한, 다양한 재질의 행정박물에 대한 관리 및 운영 방안을 체계적으로 확립하고 행정박물을 보존적인 측면에서 연구할 수 있는 전문 인력을 육성하여 종합적이고 선진화된 행정박물의 보존 복원 및 활용이 이루어져야 한다.

As the environmental pollution is intensified, the interest in the conservation and quality of global environment is also increasing. Interior design affects on environmental conservation as well as the quality of outdoor and indoor environment through all phases of interior design. Therefore, interior designers should do environment-friendly design. The purpose of this study was to examine the consciousness and application degree of environment-friendly interior design in actual project by interior designers. The study was conducted by a questionnaire survey. The subjects were 215 interior designers working in Seoul area. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) The 33 representative elements of environment-friendly interior design were selected and categorized into 5 fields: resources and materials, energy savings, ecological environments, indoor environments, and space effectiveness. These would be useful to carry out environment-friendly interior design projects and related researches. 2) Many interior designers didn't understand what the environment-friendly interior design is correctly, even though they were interested in it. Therefore, the educational program of environment-friendly interior design should be developed. 3) Even though interior designers thought most elements of environment-friendly interior design very important, they didn't apply them well to actual projects. This implies that alternatives for activating them are needed.

본 연구는 주택점유형태별 주택에너지의 소비 및 절약의식, 사용형태와 향후 주택에너지 절감을 위한 정책방향을 파악하고자 한다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 점유형태별로 평균값의 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자가, 민간 임대 및 공공임대 거주자는 에너지 소비 및 절약의식을 잘 실천하고 있었다. 셋째, 에너지절약행위항목에서 자가주택과 임대주택거주자의 행위에 있어서는 행동의 차이가 존재하였다. 마지막으로 향후 정책방향은 소비자 중심의 인센티브 방안이 더 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용될 것이다.

Recently, the interests in historic tourism have been growing. Historic tourism plays a great role in establishing cultural tradition in modern explanation on them, while concerning about it's increasing because of the meaning distortion in the process of restoration. In this context, we should research in case of tourism resource in Geomdan-ri. Historic tourism considering both of Development and Conservation can make interest about historic culture like that of Geomdan-ri. We understand that the making tourist attractions like historic culture resource of Geomdan-ri equipped with unique and educational facilities would give experience the living in prehistoric age for tourist. The significance of this study was as follows. It is essential that not only raising the part of positive but also minimizing that of negative based on understanding of resident recognition for effect of society, culture, environment and economics of region by tourist development plan.

The need of the life be healthy is increasing to the human life prolongation. There are lots of companies using the use of environment-friendly material as the sales strategy today. But a consumer is insufficient of the information about the environment-friendly ingredient. The level of Consciousness for the consumer standard of living and health got higher recently. And the interest about the furniture material comprising the residential space rose. I consider the consumer changing mind the safety of the conservation of the environment and mankind. Also, future of the environment-friendly material can say that is light if develop various the environment-friendly material description and accomplish the Higher Value-added of resource.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept, general framework, planning process of bioregion, and bioregional impacts on landscape planning of future and to discuss the application possibility of landscape planning. Bioregionalism is defined in the course of following: knowing the land, learning the lore, developing the potential, liberating the self. Bioregional paradigm was composed of policy system insisted on diversity and decentralization based on region and community, sustainable economy structure focused on conservation and stability, and society structure through cooperation with common consciousness in the community. A general bioregional framework was organized to be able to achieve a sustainable future with interaction for humans being, other living things, and important earth life system. Bioregional mapping should be able to explain three important aspects about how localised and sustainable cultures would exist: to define the external boundaries, to describe forces of energy, and give a hint for th productive capability. In conclusion, according to the result of reviewing the total environmental planning, bioregional paradigm, examples of projects, technique of bioregional mapping, and actions of Nongovernmental Organizations(NGOs). this study is helpful to show an applicability of bioregional planning theory in Korea

2011년은 유엔(UN)이 지정한 '세계 산림의 해'이다. 최근 들어 산림은 환경, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 우리 사회 제 분야에서 그 가치와 기능이 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 기후변화에 따른 지구환경문제가 국제적인 아젠다로 부각되면서, 산림은 지구온난화의 주범인 이산화탄소에 대한 유일한 흡수 원으로서 그 가치가 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 또한 산림은 생태관광자원의 주요한 구성요소의 하나로서 현재 생태관광객이 널리 이용하는 자원이기도 하다. 게다가 한국의 경우 국토의 60%이상을 차지하는 산림은 국민들한테 아주 좋은 생태환경을 제공함과 동시에 국민들의 생태관광지에 대한 환경보전의식도 제고를 가져왔다. 따라서 환경에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 보전가치가 우수한 산림생태지역을 방문하는 관광객이 매년 큰 폭으로 증가함과 동시에 정부에서도 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 반면에 생태환경은 관광지를 개발하는 과정과 결과에서 부적절한 개발로 오히려 손상을 받게 되는 경우가 더 많으며, 생태관광객의 높은 환경의식과 엇갈려 실패를 보는 경우도 존재한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 생태관광객의 환경에 대한 관점이나 의식 등에 관한 연구가 미흡하여 지속가능한 생태관광개발에서 생태관광지와 관광객사이에 초점을 맞추지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 산림생태관광의 지속가능한 발전을 위하여 산림자원을 이용한 생태관광객과 그들의 환경의식을 정의하여 관광지에 대한 매력성, 만족 및 관광 후 태도에 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지 실증적으로 규명함으로서, 관광객의 입장에서 어떠한 생태관광지를 선호하는지를 파악하는데 그 중점을 두었다. 연구결과 산림생태관광객의 높은 자연보호의식은 관광지 매력성, 만족 및 관광 후 태도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석되었고 환경오염의식은 관광지 매력성 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 해석되었다. 이에 따라 우리는 지속적인 생태관광지 개발과 생태관광 프로그램을 작성함에 있어서 관광객의 자연보호의식 전환 및 생태관광객의 심리적 반응을 중심으로 진행되어야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

본 연구는 생태관광 개발과 지속적인 발전에 있어 가장 중요한 요소 중의 하나인 주민참여 부분에 대한 연구로서 지역 생태관광 개발에 있어 우선 고려되어야 할 주민참여 방법과 선행 해결과제들을 조사 분석하였다. 조사는 국내 산촌지역으로 자연환경이 우수하고 접근성이 좋아 개발가능성이 높은 지역을 선정하여 현지 방문조사를 실시하였다. 장기 부재중인 주민을 제외하고 각 지역에 거주하고 있는 190명의 주민을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 지역주민들은 생태관광 개발에 대해 긍정적이며, 관광개발계획 수립단계부터 적극적인 참여를 원했다. 또한 생태관광 개발에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 자연환경보전을 전제로 한 지역경제 및 개인소득의 증대로서 이를 위해서는 가장 먼저 관련 법 제도적 정비와 함께 지역주민에 대한 교육이 선행되어야 한다고 나타났다.

This thesis chiefly to investigate and study about the historic transition of the dress and ornament which is based on the costume of the folk dance. The folk dance is devide into the styled of the Court and common people I. Investigated and studied on the description of Hak-mu (the crane), Ryun-wha-dae (the lotus blossom) and chu-yong dance (a mask drama) which are the typical models among the folk dance on the view of the scale and history of playing. This research materials are made on abstract of Ak-Hak-Gyae-Bum (the pattern of the music which was compiled by Sung-hyun on the King of Sung-Jong of Yi-dynasdty) and selected from the conservation material and playing in the National Classical Music Bureau nowadays. I am sure the understanding the style of common people is to investigate and research the folk dance which is specified and conserved by cultural property control Bureau. Generally Bong-San mask dance is the typical mask drama on the view of the scale and transmitted, which occupies the wide range of the folk dance. So I selected it as the research material. I am interested in the historic origin and the structure of the dress and ormant conserved till the nowadays and so can catch the hidden conception about the colour and concern of religion in the Korean peculiar living consciousness. From this point, the study of the classical folk costume is activated in this part and I hope this poor article will become a small assistance for another study.

본 연구는 쓰레기 처리문제와 관련하여 분리수거, 감량화, 재활용 등에 적극적으로 참여해야 할 주부소비자를 중심으로 환경보전의식과 환경보전행동을 살펴보고 관련된 변인들을 분석해 봄으로써 환경보전에 대한 소비자의 책임감과 올바른 환경관을 고취시키고 나아가 환경교육프로그램의 개발과 환경정책에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 주부의 환경보전의식 수준은 평균 4.25(5점만점)로 높게 나타났으며, 연령과 주거형태에 따라서만 유의한 차이를 보였다. 환경보전행동 수준은 평균 3.56으로 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 연령, 학력, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 분리수거함이 존재할 경우, 반상회에 참여함에 따라 높게 나타났으며 변화추구에 소극적이고 적극활동형, 전통주의형, 합리주의형, 현실안정형의 성향이 높은 주부일수록 환경보전의식 및 행동이 높게 나타났다. 또한 주부의 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도는 평균 3.97로 비교적 높게 나타났으며 연령, 학부, 분리수거함의 존재, 주거형태가 아파트와 단독주택인 경우에 관심도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 주부의 환경보전의식 및 행동과 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도간에는 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 주부의 쓰레기 처리에 대한 관심도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 환경보전운동에의 참여행도, 환경교육, 적극활동형, 변화추구형, 재활용행동으로 나타났다.
