  • We have developed Logic Design Training Kit for studying, actual training, designing of FPGA(Xillinx) or CPLD(ALTERA CPLD), the Digital Logic Device. This training kit has 12 matrix keys, RS232 port for serial communication and uses LED array. six FND(Dynamic), LCD as display part. That is standard specification for digital logic training kit. Special point of this kit is that we make two logic device trainig kit. This two logic device kit have more smaller and simple architecture because only uses one chip. That chip already includes a lot of functions that need for training kit, such as : complex logic circuit needed the two kind of logic devices, 16 way of system clock deviding function, serial communication interrupt....etc. We called that one chip is Center Bridge Chipset ; Xillinx FPGA Spartan2. User can select between using one device of FPGA or CPLD, or uses both them. Because of, Center Bridge Chipset has profitable architecture. it can work as Logic Device's networking with Master-Slave connection When using both logic devices.

  • A Robust controller is designed for cascaded nonlinear uncertain systems that can be decomposed into two subsystems; that is, a series connection of two nonlinear subsystems, such as a robot manipulator with actuators. For such systems, a recursive design is used to include the second subsystem in the robust control. The recursive design procedure contains two steps. First, a fictitious robust controller for the first subsystem is designed as if the subsystem had an independent control. As the fictitious control, a nonlinear H(sub)$\infty$ control using energy dissipation is designed in the sense of L$_2$-gain attenuation from the disturbance caused by system uncertainties to performance vector. Second, the actual robust control is designed recursively by Lyapunovs second method. The designed robust control is applied to a robotic system with actuators, is which the physical control inputs are not the joint torques, but electrical signals to the actuators.

  • Recently LCD panels have becom very important components for portable electronics. In the high density interconnection material, ACF's are used to connect the outer lead of the tape automated bonding to the transparent indium tin oxide electrodes of the LCD panel. ACF consists of an adhesive polymer matrix and randomly dispersed conductive balls. In this study, we analyzed Failure Mode / Mechanism of ACF which is identified Conductive ball Corrsion, Delamination, Crack and Polymer Expansion / Swelling. In ALT(Accelerated Life Test), we select primary stress factors as temperature and humidity. As time passes by, an increase of connection resistance was observed. In conclusion, we have found that high temperature / humidity affects the adhesion.

  • A general procedure for the design sensitivity analysis of structural dynamic problems has been presented in frame of the FRF-based substructuring formulation. In the procedure, the direct differentiation method is used for the sensitivity formula. For a system response function, the proposed method gives a parametric design sensitivity formula in terms of the partial derivatives of the connection element properties and the transfer matrix of the subsystems. The derived design sensitivity formula is applied to a numerical example. The comparison of sensitivities derived by the proposed method and the finite difference method shows that the proposed method is efficient and accurate.

  • Since most disturbance observer (DOB) approaches have been limited to minimum-phase systems (or systems having no zero dynamics), we propose a new DOB structure that can be applied to non-minimum phase systems. The new structure features an additional system, which is called as V-filter, whose role is to yield a minimum phase system when connected with the plant in parallel. In order to design the V-filter systematically we first consider a class of linear systems that can be stabilized via PID controller. By inverting the controller's transfer function, we can simply construct the filter. A convenient way of designing V-filter is presented by using an iterative linear matrix inequality (LMI) algorithm. With an illustrative example the simulation result shows that substantial improvement in the performance has been achieved compared with the control system without the DOB.

  • The basic systems of spatial structures such as shells, membranes, cable-nets and tensegrity structures have been developed to create the large spaces without column. But there are some difficulties concerning structural stability, surface formation and construction method. Tensegrity systems are flexible structures which are reticulated spatial structures composed of compressive members and cables. The rigidification of tensegrity systems is related to selfstress states which can be achieved only when geometrical and mechanical requirements are simultaneously satisfied. In this paper, the force density method allowing form-finding for tensegrity systems is presented. And various modules of unit-structures are investigated and discussed using the force density method. Also, a model of double-layered single curvature arch with quadruplex using supplementary cable is presented.

  • In this paper, under the assumption of the symmetry point spread function, antireflective boundary conditions(AR-BCs) are considered in connection with the fast truncated Lagrange(FTL) method. The FTL method is proposed as an image restoration method for large-scale ill-conditioned BTTB(block Toeplitz with Toeplitz block) and BTHHTB(block Toeplitz-plus-Hankel matrix with Toeplitz-plus-Hankel blocks) linear systems([13, 17]). The implementation and efficiency of the FTL method in the AR-BCs are further illustrated. Especially, by employing the AR-BCs, both the continuity of the image and the continuity of its normal derivative are preserved at the boundary. A reconstructed image with less artifacts at the boundary is obtained as a result.

  • Cable and membrane structures can be classified as a unstable structure in the view point of shape determination process. An unstable stucture at the initial state generally cannot take a role as the resistance for the external force. Therefore, there should be a stabilizing process to get the stable state of a structure and it is necessary to visualize the shape finding from unstable state to stable state. In this paper, a numerical method of stabilizing procedure for the link structures is presented. The structures are assumed to have rigid movements and thus only changing of the topology of member is considered during the analysis. The generalized inverse matrix and the principle of minimum potential energy are used in the process. Illustrative examples are presented and the results show good convergence.

Even if expense is increased according as importance of concrete that have variety of design because do such social background and connection is emphasized, development of color concrete is pressing. Therefore, in this research, examined concrete physical & chemical characteristics by use of acid agent as part of research to embody diverse surface color of cement material. Here, embodiment of various color by unique color that stained hydrate has as that Color Concrete forms stained oxide that react with hydrate within concrete spreading stained agent that contain acid and metallic-ion in matrix that have cement ingredient on the surface is available.

  • In this paper, seismic energy response of inelastic steel structures under earthquake excitations is investigated. For this purpose, a numerical procedure based on nonlinear dynamic analysis is developed by considering material, geometric and connection nonlinearities. Material nonlinearity is modeled by the inversion of Ramberg-Osgood equation. Nonlinearity caused by the interaction between the axial force and bending moment is also defined considering stability functions, while the geometric nonlinearity caused by axial forces is described using geometric stiffness matrix. Cyclic behaviour of steel connections is taken into account by employing independent hardening model. Dynamic equation of motion is solved by Newmark's constant acceleration method in the time history domain. Energy response analysis of space frames is performed by using this proposed numerical method. Finally, for the first time, the distribution of the different energy types versus time at the duration of the earthquake ground motion is obtained where in addition error analysis for the numerical solutions is carried out and plotted depending on the relative error calculated as a function of energy balance versus time.
