Global Logistics환경에서의 Visibility 확보방안 (Visibility of Transportation in Global Logistics Environment)

  • In the process of global transportation, many value chains which have different business process, system and technology level respectively are connected to each other. To obtain end-to-end visibility of transportation, these kind of discrepancy has to be solved appropriately. In this paper, the realization of global visibility is discussed in three point of view such as 'Data Sourcing', 'System integration' and 'System Operation'. First, the data sources of global visibility are described especially from the point of enterprise applications view, and then system integration is presented using various current e-commerce technologies for example XML, EDI and so on. Finally, flexible operation of visibility function is suggested which satisfies different goals of each value chain.

  • 유라시아 대륙에는 다양한 궤간이 존재하고 있다. 이런 차이는 서로 다른 궤간의 접속점에서 화물을 환적하거나 혹은 차량 운행 조립체를 교환하여야 하는 등 철도수송 시스템의 운영에 많은 영향을 준다. 그러므로, 철도 수송 시스템의 효율성은 복잡한 하역 및 교환 기술에 관련된 궤간 극복 방법에 매우 의존한다. 본 논문은 대륙철도 연결을 통한 국제 화물 수송에서 발생되는 1520/1435mm 궤간차이를 극복하기 위한 철도 수송 시스템의 효율성 평가를 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 궤간 변경지점에서 현재 수행되고 있는 수송 시스템을 간략하게 설명하고, 교환 기술에 대한 사전 분석을 수행하였다. LCC 모델에 기초하여 리프트에 의한 대차교환 방식과 자동궤간가변 시스템의 효율성을 비교평가 하였다.

철도 건설공사 현장의 안전사고에 관한 연구 (A Study on Safety Accidents at Construction Work Sites of Railway)

  • Railway is one of popular transportation systems. Due to the safety and in time, the transportation by train is preferred to the others for a long time. However, accidents under railway construction get more serious problems than in case of the other system, because it is the largest mass transportation system. Especially, the railway construction is composed of different kinds of construction works such as civil, architect, electric and mechanic. It is closely/complicatedly connected with various workers, large machines and facilities, regulations etc. In this study the data on safety accidents are corrected during 6 years(2004~2009) and analyzed by time(year, month, week, day, a.m or p.m), place, field, type etc. Results shows that there exists remakable trends on accidents, so efficient treatments should be prepared considering this trend.

A Study on a Catenary Impedance Estimation Technique using Boosting Current Compensation Based on Current Division Characteristics of an AT Feeding System

  • Generally, an autotransformer(AT) feeding system consists of double tracks, up and down, with the trolley wire and feeder wire of the up and down tracks connected in the sectioning post(SP). Consequently, load current or fault current flows on two tracks based on catenary impedance characteristics, making it difficult to estimate catenary impedance accurately. This paper presents a technique for the estimation of catenary impedance using boosting current compensation based on the current division characteristics of an AT feeding system to improve the operation performance of impedance relay. To verify the technique, we model an AT feeding system through a power analysis program (PSCAD/EMTDC) and simulate various operation and fault conditions. Through the simulation, we confirmed that the proposed technique has estimated catenary impedance with a similar degree of accuracy to the actual catenary impedance

신교통시스템의 교차로 제어기술연구 (Study of control technical of cross load at New traffic system)

  • In comparison with different mass transportation systems, the streetcar is lower, both in speed and transportation capacity. However, it has the advantage of reducing the cost of construction, because it makes infrastructure simple, by using the road. It is proper in the city, where the population is few, to raise the efficiency of traffic. The convenience is high to passengers. On time accuracy and the commercial speed is influenced by operating condition. Generally that is organized into 21m degree in 6 quantity. All passengers in a streetcar are about 180 people. The maximum speed is 40~60km/h. When road traffic is considered, the speed can be reduced to 15km/h. To enhance the speed, the construction of a priority signaling system is necessary which is integrated with the road traffic operation information system. In order to develop a better Traffic Control System which is connected to a Traffic Control Center, a Priority Signaling System which incorporates Intersection Control Technics must be included.

  • In this study, to identify the ineffectiveness of inter-connected system of cargo volume between the Pusan Port and inland areas and also to make more rational suggestions, the following conclusions were drawn by analyzing Container Cargo Traffic from BCTOC to Off-Dock CY: 1. There existed about 30% to 50% reduction in the container transport times when the container transport vehicles were operated during the off-peak period to alleviate the traffic congestion due to mixed traffic. 2. There appeared to be more economic when Off-Dock DY's scattered around the City of Pusan were unified in one ODCY Unit at YangSan, and the Exclusive Overpass Freeway System for the container transport vehicles were constructed and operated on the existing Urban Freeway from BCTOC ti this ODCY Unit (Expected to make about 230 billions Won in net present value by NPV method).

운송 경로 손상을 고려한 트랜스포터의 최적 블록 운송 경로 계획 (Optimal Block Transportation Path Planning of Transporters considering the Damaged Path)

  • Nowadays, a transporter manager plans the schedule of the block transportation by considering the experience of the manager, the production process of the blocks and the priority of the block transportation in shipyard. The schedule planning of the block transportation should be rearranged for the reflection of the path blocking cases occurred by unexpected obstacles or delays in transportation. In this paper, the optimal block transportation path planning system is developed for rearranging the schedule of the block transportation by considering the damaged path. $A^*$ algorithm is applied to calculate the new shortest path between the departure and arrival of the blocks transported through the damaged path. In this algorithm, the first node of the damaged path is considered as the starting position of the new shortest path, and then the shortest path calculation is completed if the new shortest path is connected to the one of nodes in the original path. In addition, the data structure for the algorithm is designed. This optimal block transportation path planning system is applied to the Philippine Subic shipyard and the ability of the rapid path modification is verified.

응급의료 이송정책에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Emergency Medical Care Transportation Policy)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 응급의료 이송정책을 구성하고 있는 병원 전 단계인 응급환자 발생에서 현장의 응급처치 단계, 환자의 이송단계, 통신망 구축단계 등의 상호 유기적인 협조체계의 기틀 속에서 119구급대원을 대상으로 직무와 관련된 일반적인 내용을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, 발생된 문제점으로는 구급대원들이 의료분쟁에 휘말리지 않도록 제도적 장치를 마련하여야하고, 그리고 응급 구호장비의 현대화, 구급전문 요원의 확보, 적절한 인력배치가 이루어져야 되는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 응급의료 이송체계를 현실적 환경에 적합한 모형으로 개선하기 위하여 구조와 기능적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 그 정책 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Recent Construction and Transportation R&D projects are larger in size, investment scale has been increasing rapidly. However, the results of Construction and Transportation in R & D are papers, patents and other results. So, the application record of R&D in the construction field is very lacking. In particular, Construction New Technology's ratio in the midst of R&D's results are about 2.29%. Therefore, this study suggested program that R&D's results has been connected Construction New Technology. The introduction of the new system has greatly increased Construction New Technology and the results of excellent &D will be applied in construction field. So, Cost-reduction and technology's improvement are expected.

차세대 V2X 시스템과 그 전송 거리 분석 (Study on Next Generation V2X System and Its Transmission Range)

  • 본 논문에서는 최신 커넥티드 카 기술에 적용되는 IEEE 802.11p 표준에 기반한 현세대 및 차세대 V2X (vehicle to anything) 시스템에 대해 분석하고 차세대 V2X 시스템에 적용될 수 있는 채널 접근 기술을 제시한다. 제안하는 기법은 차세대 무선랜 표준의 직교 주파수분할 다중 사용자전송 환경에서의 다중 사용자 전송기법을 차용하여 IEEE 802.11p 기반차세대 표준에 적용하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 IEEE 802.11p 표준 기반 시스템과 제안하는 시스템 간의 그 전송 거리 및 지리적 네트워크 면적 성능을 측정함으로써 제안하는 기법에 의해 해당 요소들이 어느 정도 개선될 수 있는지를 보이며, 이를 통해 얻어낸 본 연구의 실험 결과는 제안하는 기법들이기존 V2X 표준 및 시스템의 성능을 개선시키는 데에 매우 적합함을 보인다. 또한, 본 논문은 제안하는 기법을 포함한 차세대 V2X 채널 접근 기법에 대한 분석 방법과 실험 결과를 함께 제공한다.
