Taxonomic confusion has been presented within freshwater crayfishes of the genus Cambaroides since Starobogatov published morphological definition and revision of the group in 1995. He suggested that Cambaroides should be revised: the C. dauricus, contained three species C. dauricus, C. wladiwostokiensis, and C. koshewnikowi; the C. schrenckii with two. species C. schrenckii and C. sachalinensis. Also Straovogatov did not take into account the previous data. of crayfish distributions. In order to. clear up the confusion, the taxonomy of crayfish sampled from Mongolia, Russia, China, and North Korea was reassessed. Starovogatov's key could not lead to the correct identification. Also, detailed observations of apical robe of the male first pleopod did not support the taxonomy on the genus Cambaroides proposed by Starobogatov in 1995. However, some local variations of morphology exist in rostrum, pleuron, and telson of Asian crayfish. Future studies should be concentrated on whether there are geographical clines of morphology or if taxonomic subdivision is necessary.
This study analyzed the early retired employees who stayed in company no longer than 3 years based on a certain company's personality evaluation result data. The predicted model was analyzed by dividing into two categories; the manufacture group and the R&D group. Independent variables were selected according to the stepwise method. A logistic regression model was selected as a prediction model among various supervised learning methods, and trained through cross-validation to prevent over-fitting or under-fitting. The accuracy of the two groups were confirmed by the confusion matrix. The most influential factor for early retirement in the manufacture group was revealed as "immersion," and for the R&D group appeared as "antisocial." In the past, people concentrated on collecting data by questionnaire and identifying factors that are highly related to the retirement, but this study suggests a sustainable early retirement prediction model in the future by analyzing the tangible outcome of the recruitment process.

Objectives: Women experience more stress in middle age than in other periods of their lives. Therefore, health management programs that enable middle-aged women to cope with and manage stress are needed. This study investigated the psychological effects of a meditation-focused forest therapy program among 53 middle-aged women living in urban areas in Korea. Methods: Participants were divided into 2 groups: one group underwent the program for 3 days in a forest, followed by 3 days in an urban environment, and the other group underwent the program for 3 days in the urban environment, followed by 3 days in the forest. The psychological effects of the forest therapy program were evaluated using the Profile of Mood States-Brief (POMS-B). Differences in mood state before and after the program conducted in the forest (experimental group) and in the urban environment (control group) were evaluated using the paired-samples t-test. Results: The program in the forest significantly reduced tension, depression, anger, fatigue, and confusion among the domains of the POMS-B. The program in the urban area significantly reduced tension, but not depression, anger, fatigue, or confusion. Conclusions: Meditation-focused forest therapy programs are expected to contribute to promoting psychological health and enhancing the quality of life of middle-aged women.
The ability to recognize human emotions by computer vision is a very important task, with many potential applications. Therefore the demand for emotion recognition using not only RGB images but also thermal images is increasing. Compared to RGB images, thermal images has the advantage of being less affected by lighting conditions but require a more sophisticated recognition method with low-resolution sources. In this paper, we propose a Divide and Conquer-based CNN training strategy to improve the performance of facial thermal image-based emotion recognition. The proposed method first trains to classify difficult-to-classify similar emotion classes into the same class group by confusion matrix analysis and then divides and solves the problem so that the emotion group classified into the same class group is recognized again as actual emotions. In experiments, the proposed method has improved accuracy in all the tests than when recognizing all the presented emotions with a single CNN model.

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mood states and concentration of students when they see the natural scenery indoors throughout the Free Semester Program (FSP) of middle school. The subjects were total 180 students comprised of 60 students in the group viewing natural scenery, 60 students in the group viewing urban scenery and 60 students in the control group from the first year of middle school located in Daejeon, and the experiment was carried out from September 3 to October 30, in 2018. The results showed that tension, depression, anger, fatigue and confusion were decreased and vigor was increased significantly in group viewing natural scenery compared to group viewing urban scenery and the control group. Ratings of 'pleasant,' 'natural,' and 'calm' were increased and concentration was also improved significantly in the group viewing natural scenery compared to the group viewing urban scenery and the control group. This indicates that positive effects can be anticipated on the improvement of mood states and concentration by developing indoor program viewing natural scenery for people who have difficulties in outdoor activities.
Although Monty Hall dilemma is used in many areas including philosophy, economics, and psychology, it is used in the current mathematics textbooks only as a material for reading or one of probability questions. The present study tries to explore students' understanding of Monty Hall dilemma through a class case. In this study, a group of high-school students participated in group activities, in which they read an argument about Monty Hall dilemma, and tried to resolve it through small-group and whole-class discussions, and then studied the conditional probability. The analysis supports the studies in psychology that intuitive understandings on probability do not change easily, and that counter-intuitivity in Monty Hall dilemma induces confusion and offers a basis for discussions among students. Similar results are anticipated when other dilemmas on probability are used.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore emergency room nurse's work experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Data were collected from 15 registered nurses working in the emergency room between October, 10th and December 15th, 2020, through focus group interviews and in depth interviews. Collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results: The study derived four categories and eight themes. The four categories are 'sense of cringing with fear', 'nursing in chaotic situation', 'lonely struggles', and 'career growth as a nurse'. Emergency room nurses experienced fear and confusion in the COVID-19 pandemic, but overcame the crisis and had positive experiences of professional growth as a nurse. Conclusion: To protect emergency room nurses from infectious disease and improve their professional quality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic appropriate education and healthcare resource should be provided. It is necessary to reflect clinical worker's opinions and improve the delivery system of guideline to reduce confusion in the field and develop practical infectious disease control guideline. Furthermore, better working conditions, appropriate rewards and social and mental support should be provided for nurses in emergency room.

Purpose: This study was to verify the effects of spiritual care module education programs by applying it to nurses. Method: The study employed a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design in a quasi-experimental basis. Subjects were 93 nurses (46 in an experimental group and 47 in a control group) with more than two years clinic experience, attending a bachelor program of K University, in I city, Korea. The program consists of courses with 2.5 hours per week for seven weeks. Result: Scores of spiritual needs and spiritual nursing competence increased significantly in the experimental group. The score of spirituality and spiritual well-being also increased in the experimental group, but not significantly. Conclusion: The spiritual care module education program was considered to be an effective nursing intervention education course. Nurses educated with this program seemed to perform better nursing interventions for subjects facing difficulties or confusion by helping them restore and cope with those problems by themselves. Therefore, it is recommended that spiritual care module education should be settled as a regular course of nursing college with consideration to the corrections and supplements mentioned in this study.
