In this paper, the recent trends of conformity assessment activity which is carrying out at ISO is summarized. It is an increasing requirement of quality assurance systems that a company's engineers and technicians are able to demonstrate that they have the required level of knowledge and skill. This is particularly so since maintenance and Inspection activities are very operator dependent and those in authority have to place great reliance on the skill, experience, Judgement and integrity of the personnel involved.

Recently Conformity Assessment Scheme has greatly played a role in development of domestic industry. But it has limits in responding to change of environment surrounding standard. Therefore management environment has been changed, standard has been more important, and new treaties as like WTO/TBT have been appeared. In these respects this research tries to analyze the policy trends of developed countries and problems of domestic institutions. And it tries to propose seven plans to progress Conformity Assessment Scheme including improvement of domestic standard system on the basis of analytical implications.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between self-concept and clothing conformity. The subject of this study were 154 purposively select student at woman\`s university in Seoul city. For statistical analysis, mean, standard deviation, x²-test , pearson\`s correlation, ANOVA. Duncan Multiple Range test were used. The result form experiment were as follow. 1. The group which has the higher level of self-concept showed significant the lower degree of conformity than the group which has the lower level of self-concept. 2. A student at a woman\`s university showed significant higher degree of conformity to the group of fashion expert than the group of peer.

Standards are increasing of importance for photovoltaics. The rapid growth of production is one reason for this but standards are equally important in ensuring the quality and reliability of installed PV systems. which have a propound impact on acceptance of the technology in the expanding marketplace. Korea government (Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. KATS)make and implement a five year plans for promotion of international standardization of this field from 2004. Through these works and harmonization of PV Korea standards with international standards(international electrotechnical commission. IEC). KATS leads the technology innovations and eventually increases the international Competitiveness. Strategic collaboration with other countries is also strengthened through Korea's participation in IECEE(IEC system for conformity and certification of electrical equipment) on standards and conformity assessment. One of the major goals of the Plan is to facilitate trade between Korea and its trading partners by emphasizing harmonization of its national conformity assessment system with international norms

This study describes the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract. The purpose of this study is twofold: to analyze the seller's principal duty, comparing the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods(CISG) with Sale of Goods Act(SGA) and to provide legal and practical advice to contracting parties who consider CISG or SGA as a governing law. This paper first considers the requirements for the conformity with the contract, which means contractual requirements agreed between parties and implied requirements not agreed between parties. Following this, the exclusion of the seller's duty to deliver the goods required by the contract is described. Finally, this paper ends up giving contracting parties legal and practical advice.

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of personal values on fashion orientation. As personal values, this study adopted materialism and consumer conformity. Data were gathered by surveying university students living in Seoul metropolitan area using convenient sampling, and 325 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analyzing data, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed that fashion orientation has three factors such as fashion leadership, fashion interest, and importance of being well dressed. Path analysis showed that centrality factor of materialism spurred all three factors of fashion orientation and that happiness factor of materialism gave rise to importance of being well dressed of fashion orientation. Informational conformity also significantly increased all three factors of fashion orientation.

본 연구에서는 고정틀 정위방사선치료장비에 사용되는 치료계획시스템과 무고정틀 정위방사선치료시스템에 사용되는 치료계획시스템을 이용하여 intracranial 표적을 대상으로 치료계획을 수립하였다. 치료계획을 평가하기 위하여 RTOG-9005 규정서에서 정위방사선치료계획의 정도관리를 위하여 사용한 Planning Target Volume Coverage를 확인하고 Conformity Index(CI)와 Homogeneity Index(HI)를 구하였다. 이들 값으로부터 두 치료계획시스템에서 계산한 치료계획이 동일함을 알 수 있었다.

This study selected an outdoor RCD'S and verified behavior of change in the housing with time. Weathering tests were carried out as outdoor exposure test (90 degrees, 37 degrees) and laboratory test (xenon lamp), and the results were evaluated based on color difference, gloss, contact angle, and optical microscope. This study can provide basic data for standardization of development and performance evaluation on RCD'S housing products.

본 연구는 청소년들의 e-Learning 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한 것으로 특히, 청소년들의 동조성에 따른 차이에 초점을 두고자 하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들의 e-Learning구매에 대한 인지적 유용성에 영향을 미치는 요인들로는 교수자의 능력, 개인 맞춤 서비스, 서비스 사전탐색 용이성, 학습자간 상호작용, 그리고 서비스 재생가능성으로 나타났는데 유희성을 제외한 모든 가설들은 지지되었다. 둘째, 인지적 유용성은 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인맞춤서비스가 인지적 유용성에 미치는 영향은 동조성이 높은 집단에서 유의하게 나타났다. 넷째, 기존의 연구들은 서비스라는 점에 착안하여 서비스 품질모형인 SERVQUAL모형이나 SERVERF 모형을 적용하여 연구한 반면에, 본 연구는 오프라인과 대별되는 온라인 특성을 도출하였고, 청소년들을 대상으로 하였기 때문에, 이들을 타겟으로 하는 e-Learning 기업들에게 보다 유용한 시사점을 제시하였다고 판단된다.
