A MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR HISTORY-BASED ACCESS CONTROL

  • Access Control is one of essential branches to provide system's security. Depending on what standards we apply, in general, there are Role-based access control, History-based access control. The first is based on subject's role, The later is based on subject's history. In fact, RBAC has been implemented, we are using it by purchasing some orders through the internet. But, HBAC is so complex that there will occur some errors on the system. This is more and more when HBAC is used with other access controls. So HBAC's formalization and model which are general enough to encompass a range of policies in using more than one access control model within a given system are important. To simplify these, we design the mathematical model called non-access structure. This Non-access structure contains to historical access list. If it is given subjects and objects, we look into subject grouping and object relation, and then we design Non-access structure. Then we can determine the permission based on history without conflict.

멀티 데이타베이스 시스템에서 고장을 허용하는 트랜잭션 관리 (A Fault Tolerant Transaction Management in Multidatabase Systems)

  • 멀티 데이타베이스 시스템에서 가장 중요한 사항은 지역 자치성의 보장과 전역적 일관성을 유지하는 것이다. 전역적 일관성은 전역 동시성 제어 알고리즘과 회복 알고 리즘에 의해 유지될 수 있다. 본 논문은 지역 자치성을 보장하면서 전역적 직렬성을 만족하는 전역 동시성 제어 알고리즘과 지역 자치성을 보장하면서 각종 고장으로부터 멀티 데이타베이스를 회복할 수 있는 전역 회복 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 전역 동시성 제어 알고리즘은 상향식 방법으로 3단계 트랜잭션 처리 모델에 기반을 두고, 지역 트랜잭션들로 인하여 부트랜잭션들 사이에 간접 충돌이 발생할 때 서버에서 가상 연산을 사용하여 지역 데이타베이스 시스템에서 수행되는 부트랜잭션들의 수행 순서와 직렬화 순서가 동일하게 유지할 수 있도록 함으로써 간접 충돌 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 저 전역 모듈에서는 충돌 관계가 있는 전역 트랜잭션들에 대해서만 전역적 직렬성을 검사 함으로써 전역적 직렬성 검사를 더욱 효율적으로 할 수 있다.

방송 환경에서 갱신위주의 이동 트랜잭션을 위한 동시성 제어 방법 (Concurrency Control for Mobile Transactions consisted mainly of Update Operations in Broadcast Environments)

  • 방송은 서버와 이동 클라이언트가 무선 채널을 사용하여 효율적으로 상호작용하는 방법이며, 방송 환경은 다양한 응용들로 구체화되고 있다. 방송 환경에서 제안된 대부분의 연구들은 판독 전용 이동 트랜잭션을 주로 다루고 있으나 최근에는 이동 클라이언트에서도 갱신 트랜잭션을 수행하는 응용들이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 방송 환경에서 갱신 연산 위주로 구성된 이동 트랜잭션을 위한 동시성 제어 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 낙관적 방법으로 갱신 트랜잭션을 수행하게 되면 충돌로 인해 반복 철회되는 문제가 발생한다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 충돌 관계에 있는 트랜잭션을 분산 수행해야 하는데, 기존의 연구에서는 불필요한 철회가 발생하였다. 이에 이 논문에서는 트랜잭션을 분산 수행시키되, 초기에 발생하는 불필요한 철회를 방지할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방법은 불필요한 업링크의 사용이 없고, 이동 클라이언트의 자원을 절약할 수 있다.

물리치료사의 직무관련 근골격계 통증과 직무 스트레스 (Work-Related Musculoskeletal Pain and Job Stress in Physical Therapists)

  • This study investigated the relationships between Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), contributing factors, and the occupational stress of physical therapists. Self-reported questionnaires were given to 180 physical therapists in Gangwon Province. Variables examined included the prevalence of pain sites related to WMSDs; pain intensity; pain pattern; and job stress, which is thought to involve the physical environment; job demand; insufficient job control; interpersonal conflict; job insecurity; organizational system; reward system; and occupational culture. Among physical therapists, work-related musculoskeletal pain commonly affected the low back (30.1%), shoulder (29.3%), and wrist (12.2%). The sites of work-related musculoskeletal pain treated medically were the low back (22.8%), shoulder (19.8%), neck (12.7%), and wrist (12.1%). "Repeating the same work constantly" was suggested to be the major cause of the pain. The younger therapists were significantly more likely to feel high job stress due to the physical environment (p<.05), job demand (p<.05), and organizational system (p<.01). Women were more likely to feel greater job stress related to job demand, insufficient job control, the organization system, and job rewards. Men were more likely to feel greater job stress related to job insecurity. Weak positive relationships were observed between work-related musculoskeletal pain and job stress, which is thought to involve the physical environment; job demand; insufficient job control; interpersonal conflict; job insecurity; organizational system; reward system; and occupational culture. Physical therapists appear to be at higher risk of WMSDs because 80.1% of the physical therapists studied experienced work-related musculoskeletal pain. To reduce the risk, we need intervention strategies such as preventive education, ergonomically designed medical equipment, a psychosocial approach to work conditions, improved mechanical conditions related to therapeutic patterns, and an institutional infrastructure with sufficient personnel and scheduling.

한의학과 중의학에 대한 국가정책 비교연구 (Comparative Study of the National Policies for Korean Oriental Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine)

  • The structure of medical profession is composed of multiple relations among state, patients, and medical professions. There are conflicts between the nation and medical professions because the nation controls the monopoly of medical professions through medical policies. Patients make relations with medical profession as medical consumers. And medical professions compete each other in order to gain the control of the medical market. This paper attempts to review the dynamic relations between the nation and medical professions. The medical professions and the nation are in conflict about the control of the autonomy of medical professions. The medical professions want to exercise the monopoly rights in their own area and, on the other had, the nation wants to prevent problems that might result from the monopoly by regulations and to have the control over the national operation. Given this, the common view of medical sociology is that the nation and the medical professions are in constant conflict. The arguments that the present medical sociology has on the relationship between the nation and medical professions can be summarized like these: first, the nation is the authenticator of medical system; second, the nation is a medical provider and consumer; and, third, the nation is a mediator of regulations and conflicts. Based on the above mentioned relations between the nation and medical professions, this paper attempts to see how the nation, which is one component of the medical structure, make influences on Korean Oriental doctors and Traditional Chinese doctors. So as to do this, the changes in medical policies and promoting policies for Korean Oriental medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed. Finally, the differences in national policies of Korean Oriental medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine are compared.

이질형 통합 데이타베이스 시스템의 전역 트랜잭션을 위한 병행수행 제어기법 (Concurrency Control for Global Transaction Management in Integrated Heterogeneous Database System)

  • 이질형 통합 데이타베이스 시스템은 비정형 데이타를 비롯하여 관계형 데이타베이스 시스템의 정형 데이타에 이르기까지, 지역적으로 여러곳에 산재해 있는 유용한 정보를 통합하여 일관된 인터페이스를 통한 접근을 제공하는 통합 데이타베이스 시스템이다. 통합된 데이타 자원들은 서로 다른 질의 처리 능력을 제공할 뿐 아니라, 지역 자치성(local autonomy)요구사항 때문에 전역적 트랜잭션 처리를 위한 지역 시스템의 상호 협조 운영이 불가능하여, 전역적 직렬성(global serializability)을 만족하는 전역 트랜잭션 관리기의 설계가 없다. 본 논문에서는 이질형 통합 데이타베이스 시스템의 전역 트랜잭션 관리 문제점 중에서 가장 잘 알려진 간접충돌의 문제를 해결하기 위해, 전역 무결성 제약사항의 특징을 이용한 전역 트랜잭션 모델을 정의한다. 전역 트랜잭션 모델을 기반으로 지역-로킹 연산과 이에 다른 프로토콜을 제안하고, 제안된 프로토콜이 전역 트랜잭션을 보장함을 증명한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안된 지역 -로킹 병행수행 제어 방법은 보다 현실적인 간접충돌의 범위를 정의함으로써, 기존의 제안된 방법보다 높은 병행성 정도(concurrency degree)를 보장함을 지역 접근에 대한 경쟁률 분석을 통해 살펴본다.

  • Every products, which made by mass production, is not identical in their size but have variations in some intervals specified by tolerance dimensions. Tolerances play major role in standardization of part and its quality, and also make a huge impact on manufacturing cost. The optimal condition for tolerances is giving the values as loose as possible for low production cost while satisfying quality specification, which usually demand tight control of tolerances. Tolerance analysis is necessary to get an optimal solution for this conflict situation. This paper have studied tolerance analysis for universal joint assembly of vehicle steering system and tried to find useful results of the study for product design and quality control.

학령기 아동의 스트레스 대처행동의 상황간 일관성 및 내외 통제소재에 따른 대처행동 (The School-Age Children's Copings: Cross-Situational Consistency and Internal/External Locus Control)

  • This study was to investigate cross-situational consistency in copings and copings according to an internal/external locus of control. The subjects were 489 the sixth grade children selected from seven elementary schools in Seoul. The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation and ANOVA Major findings were that (1) Correlations among corresponding copings across stress situations-such as parents, friend-alienation, friend-conflict, and loaming related stress situations- ranged from r=.27 to r=.67, reflecting cross-situational consistency in copings. (2) Generally, children with an internal locus of control used more active coping behaviors, but used less passive and aggressive coping behaviors than children with an external locus of control in stress situations.

간호사의 직무특성과 개인의 성격이 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of job Characteristics and Personal Factors on Work Stress, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • The present study examined the causal relationships among nurses' job environment /job characteristics(work overload, lack of autonomy, professional role conflict, interpersonal relationships), maturity, job stress, job satisfaction and turnover intention by constructing and testing a theoretial framework. Based on Katz and Kahn's (1978) theory of organizational open system and Kahn, Wolfe, Quinn, and Snoek's (1964) theory of stress, nurses' turnover intention, job satisfaction and job stress were conceived of as outcomes of the interplay between personal characteristics and work environment. Personal aspects associated with outcome variables included professional knowlege and skill, and maturity(challenge, commitment, control, responsibility). The work environment factors involved work overload, lack of autonomy, professional role conflict, and interpersonal relationships (social support). Three university hospitals located in Seoul were selected to participate. The total sample of 443 registered nurses represents a response rate of 96 percent. Linear structural relationships (LISREL) technique was used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to the data and to examine the causal relationships among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently, revealing considerable explanatinal power for job stress and job satisfaction. The explanatory power of turnover intention was relatively lower than those of stress and satisfaction. In predicting nurses' stress, satisfaction and turnover intention, the findings of this study clearly demonstrated that professional role conflict might be the most important variable of the all the environmental variables and personal characteristics. The results were dis-cussed, including directions for the future research and practical implications drawn from the research were suggested.

영유아와 초등학생 자녀를 둔 여성 근로자의 직장-가정 갈등이 가정 및 직장생활만족에 미치는 영향 :가족친화제도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Work-Family Conflict on Family and Job Satisfaction of Working Mothers :Focused on the Moderating Effect of Family-Friendly Benefit)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교이하 자녀를 둔 여성근로자가 가족친화제도를 쉽게 이용할 수 있는지 살펴보고, 가족친화제도 이용용이성여부가 직장-가정 갈등이 가정 및 직장생활만족에 미치는 부정적 영향을 완화할 수 있는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성관리자패널조사(Korean Women Manager Panel) 6차 자료를 이용하여 초등학생 이하의 자녀를 가진 538명의 여성근속자의 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 직장-가정갈등과 직장생활만족과의 관계에서 가족친화제도의 유형인 시간유연성제도, 경력유연성제도, 근로자지원제도 모두 유의미한 조절효과를 보였다. 가정생활만족에 조절효과를 나타낸 것은 경력유연성제도가 유일했다. 유능한 여성근로자들이 경력을 단절하지 않고 자녀를 양육하며 일할 수 있도록 가족친화제도를 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 환경확산이 필요하며 이를 위해 기업과 정부차원의 적극적 지원을 제언하였다.
