This study aimed to investigate how EFL learners perceived English writing tasks and teachers' written feedback. The subjects were 82 mixed major college EFL students aged 19-24; the majority were freshmen females. Based on the scores estimated from the essay evaluation test, they were placed into two groups (proficienand less-proficient writers) and responded to an in-class questionnaire. The results indicated that: (1) regardless of writing proficiency, a large number of the students felt that they were just fair writers, which could be derived from low confidence and high anxiety; (2) grammar and vocabulary were perceived as the main features that determined good EFL writers and also prevented the students from performing the writing task successfully; (3) they believed that teachers' feedback contributed to the development of their English writing skills because it helped them apprehend what to improve or avoid in the future, acquire better English usage, and correct their errors; and (4) the proficient writers were more willing to correct errors themselves after being provided clues than the less-proficient writers. Implications of the findings for EFL classrooms are discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a tool to measure job stress related to occupational characteristics of infection control nurses. Methods: The tool was developed through the steps of literature reviews, preparatory questions, and a test of validity and confidence. The participants were 212 infection control nurses from 145 Korean hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficients, item analysis, factor analysis. Results: Through factor analysis, 38 items in four domains and nine factors were derived. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient of the final instrument was .95. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the measurement tool is reliable and valid to measure the job stress of infection control nurses.

Evaluation of uncertainty is an ongoing process that can consume time and resources. It can also require the service of someone who is familiar with data analysis techniques. Therefore, it is important for laboratory personnel who are approaching uncertainty analysis for the first time to be aware of the resources required. International inclination of measurement filed to guarantee the traceability and confidence of measurement results discards the error concept and instead analyzes the measurement uncertainty. In this paper, we analyzed the elements of measurement uncertainty on surface roughness test which are the important things in mechanical parts test. Repeat the test by 3 men, the measurement uncertainty could be calculated.

The purpose of this study were to identify the characteristics of incontinence in adult women and to identify it's relating factors, physiology, evaluation and treatment related urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence is a common health problem for adult women. And the symptoms of urinary incontinence are causes of discomfort, shame, loss of self-confidence and result in sufferers to withdraw from social life. But many do not report this problem until they have had the symptoms for a long time. So physical therapy protocol for assessment, treatments, educational programs should be implemented in primary care setting. In conclusion, this study revealed that self·care agency may be a important that it would be necessary to promote quality of life in urinary incontinence women.

The persistence of jaundice beyond the first 2 weeks of life require further investigation and this can be determined if the conjugated bilirubin levels are greater than 1.5 mg/dL or greater than 20% of the total bilirubin level. There is a diverse differential diagnosis for the cause of neonatal cholestasis due to hepatobiliary disease including biliary atresia, which eventually leads to liver cirrhosis if uncorrected before 60~80 days of life. Long-established initial studies include abdominal ultrasonography, hepatobiliary scintigraphy and liver biopsy, but better diagnostic methods are needed. Promising new options are described including MRCP (magnetic resonance cholangiography), ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiography), and PCC (percutaneous cholecysto-cholangiography). Though no single test can differentiate biliary atresia from other neonatal cholestasis with confidence, a combination of diagnostic methods is usually consistently beneficial. By excluding biliary atresia as early as possible, the risk of unnecessary explolaparotomy with intraoperative cholangiography is decreased. Further evaluation would be required for the diagnosis of neonatal cholestasis after excluding biliary atresia.

The cumulative function of the noncentral t distribution calculate power in testing equality of means of two normal populations and confidence intervals for the ratio of population mean to standard deviation. In this paper, the evaluation of the cumulative function of noncentral t distribution is applied to the neural network consists of the multi-layer perception structure and learning process has the algorithm of the backpropagation. Numerical comparisons are made between the Fisher's values and the results obtained by neural network theory.

Since diet is an essential component of the treatment for diabetic mellitus, a progressive educational plan was designed to educate diabetic children for the proper selection of their foods. Seven suspicious children were chosen according to the previous oral glucose tolerance test and present blood glucose levels (fasting and postprandial 2 hours). The education program includes the basic nutrition study, learning of the five basic food groups. familiarization with the food exchange lists. calorie calculation and menu planning, and follow-up evaluation by checking every day -food intake. The duration of the education was five weeks. The levels of fasting blood glucose and postprandial -2 hours blood sugar of the seven children were significantly reduced after the 5-weeks education:FBS:from 92-125mg% to 67-80mg%, pp-2hours BS: from 130-169mg% to 69-90mg%. The children have felt much better with profound self-confidence after to program . Their oral glucose tolerance test levels were also significantly decreased after the 5-weeks education in comparison with those of one year ago.

In this paper, we have proposed a separable nose cap and its opening device to protect a seeker's window from aerodynamic heating and to decrease the drag force on missile body. The nose cap should be promptly deployed to secure the view field of seeker when it is needed. This cap consists of two nose cap structures and separation devices such as pyro puller and pusher. The performance of pyro puller was fully verified through analyses and several kinds of operating tests. We can obtain a sufficient confidence level of the pyro puller through many operating tests under various environments.

With the serial observation data and the tidal records at Busan and Izuhara from 1966 to 1973, the geostrophic current velocity and its relation to the difference of mean sea level of both sides were studied in order to estimate indirectly the average current velocity from the tidal observations. The results shows that the current velocity is estimated by the relationship V=4.016(H-98.3) with the 95% confidence limits of V 4.2 cm/sec. Ther relationship between the observed current velocity and the simultaneous daily mean sea level difference shows a similar result, V=4.717(H-99.6). The two equations were applied to the evaluation of annual variations of current velocity from the average monthly mean sea level data of both stations.

This paper presents an analysis of the contents of job for the sensory inspection on the basis of the probability theory, and the new determination for an index(d') of the testing power precision in carrying out sensory inspections. Also presented are the evaluation method of determining the ability of inspector by presuming the confidence interval for the average record of inspector, and the computation method for the index (de') of the testing power precision required as the goal-value in accordance with quality character, process inferior ratio, and required AOQ.
