Related to the on-going "Train Control System Project of Pilot Line Construction for Urban MAGLEV Train", activities by each phase shall be conducted to achieve SIL4 level and obtain safety certification from the Independent Safety Assessment(ISA), based on the IEC standards((IEC 62278/62279 and IEC 62425) for the first time in Korea. This thesis describes the introduction of IEC standards, system assurance activities (such as plan, analysis, test, verification and validation) in compliance with requirements management and project life-cycle and relations with the safety assessment activities; and certification activities (such as document reviews and audits) through system RAMS activities, software quality assurance activities and safety assessment, for the purpose of achieving a successful safety certification at the time of completing the project as system assurance activities including software and safety certification activities in order to acquire the safety certification for train control system which does not exist at all in domestic cases. It is believed that overall system safety assurance activities in this project will contribute to develop more upgraded products of the domestic train control system on the quality and safety point of view, find overseas markets and establish a bridgehead in the future.

Current Internet system of the entrance exam information to the university that is depending on searching key to solve the overloaded p개blem in the network and DB server or other tools to support HTML edit, haven't satisfied user's wants by supplying uniformed searching system. So this thesis will establish EEIS(Entrance Examination Information System) to prevent database overload phenomena when many users request a great amount of data at the same time and improve the decrease of speed and overload problem in DB server. EEIS play a role of bridge between outside client and DB server by placing VVS(Virtual View Server) between web server and DB server. By that method this system give users several usefulness in convenience and variety by supplying realtime data searching function to user EEIS also give inner system manager more efficiency and speed in control the management system by solving those problem. This system is design and implementation to satisfy user's desire and give them more convenience and bring up the confidence of university that adopt this system at the end.

영상압축 기술의 발달로 시작된 멀티미디어 시장의 성장은 방송 환경이 아닌 IP 네트워크 환경으로까지 영역이 확대되고 있다. 이는 IPTV 서비스라는 형태로 나타나고 있으며 기존의 방송환경이 아닌 IP 환경에서 방송, 통신, 전화의 트리플 서비스(Triple Service)를 제공한다. 현재 IPTV 서비스에 사용되는 IPTV 셋탑박스(Settop Box)는 수신 제한 기능에 고정된 키를 사용하고 있어 관리와 운용에 자원이 낭비되는 측면이 있다. 이는 MPEG-21의 REL(Right Expression Language)과 XML 전자서명을 활용하여 유동적인 IPTV 셋탑박스 운용이 가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 REL과 XML 전자서명을 사용하여 소비자의 수신 제한 권한이 관리 가능한 IPTV 서비스를 위한 수신 제한 키 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

치열한 유통 경쟁하에서 유통업체 특히 백화점은 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 이업태, 가령 극장이나 서점 등과 복합 엔터테인먼트 쇼핑몰을 구성한다. 그러나 특이할 점은 극장이나 서점에서 서비스실패를 경험한 고객들이 그 서비스실패에 대한 보상을 백화점에 요구하는 경향이 있다는 것이다. 심지어 고객들은 극장이나 서점이 백화점과는 다른 서비스전략, 인적자원관리, 운영전략 등을 구사한다는 것을 알고 있을지라도 극장이나 서점 등에서 경험한 서비스 실패에 대해 백화점에 보상을 요구한다. 왜 이런 현상들이 벌어지며 어떻게 이런 현상을 설명할 수 있을까? 본 연구는 복합엔터테인먼트 쇼핑몰내의 고객 불평행동에 대해 귀인이론과 공정성이론을 통해 설명하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 귀인지각과 공정성지각이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 통합모델로 제시함과 아울러 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

얼마전 판교 근교에 위치한 흙막이 가시설 공사에서 가시설 구조물이 붕괴하여 인적 물적 피해가 발생한 사례가 있다. 그러한 사례가 발생되었음에도 불구하고 현재 흙막이 가시설 구조물 붕괴를 미연에 감지하고 조기 대응하는 방식을 자동화 시스템으로 도입 할 것에 대하여 시공사에서 미온적인 태도를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 대표적인 이유는 제한된 예산과 계측의 불신임이 가장 큰 이유로 알려져 있다. 비록 지반 시설물에 대하여 현재 센서기반 자동화 계측 시스템을 일부 도입하고 있으나, 현재 운영되고 있는 대부분의 시스템은 계측데이터를 분석하고 시설물 내부 위험을 평가하여 관리주체에 보고 하는데는 상당한 시간이 소요되고, 긴급하게 시설물 이상여부를 보고해야 하는 상황에 자동화 계측시스템이 경고 전파를 적절하게 발휘하지 못하는 경우가 비번하게 발생한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존 지반관련 자동화 계측의 경고전파체계에 관한 문제점을 살펴봄으로써, 보다 적절한 경고전파 시스템을 제안하며, 제한된 시스템은 국부 단일 계측 설비에 적용 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 지반구조물 안전관리에 활용 연계 될 수 있도록 표준 프로토콜 및 네트워크도 제안하고자 한다.

To rapidly respond to uncertainties in the business environment whilst remaining competitive, every organization needs to be able to successfully introduce and manage organizational change. Cognizant of the role of information systems (IS) as an enabler of organizational change, many organizations have paid attention to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for successful organizational change primarily because of their change-driving forces across organizations. In this study, we focus attention on the role of readiness for change in the ERP systems adoption. Readiness for change described as views about the need for organizational change is posited to be and antecedent of two expectancies about the need for organizational change is posited to be an antecedent of two expectancies about the system. performance expectancy and effort expectancy, which lead to actual system use. In order to further establish th relevance of readiness for change as a determinant of two expectancies, computer self-efficacy is considered to be other key predictor as well. In addition, this study proposes that the personal characteristics of organizational commitment and perceived personal competence play roles of important determinants of readiness for change. Based on data gathered from the users of the ERP systems, structural equation analysis using LISREL provides significant support for the proposed relationships. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed along with limitations.

The increasing popularity of the Internet has led to the emergence of online service delivered by websites. Given large investments in these websites, it is important to retain existing customers in online service contexts. In order to understand how website information and system attributes may influence perceived usefulness of using the websites, customer satisfaction, and ultimate continuous usage behaviors, we develop a model to integrate user satisfaction with technology acceptance. Furthermore, this integration is sharpened through the synthesis with research on continuous usage of online service based on customer satisfaction. We then test the model using a sample of 236 respondents who have used one of the most popular Internet blog and community service in South Korea within the last three months. The analysis results suggest that website information and system attributes play key roles in forming continuous intention of the service and perceived playfulness serves as an important moderator toward customer satisfaction. Our model is more likely to help link website design and invesment decisions to the strategy for retaining existing customers in the context of online service.

New product development has been a key element fur organizational evolution. The bulk of research about new product strategy has focused solely on new product development function itself. This paper investigates cross-functional elements in new product development. More specifically, we suggest that there must exist a fit between new product strategy and value chain strategy. It means that, in order to support new product development activity, there must exist a relevant value chain strategy. We consider three types of integration - internal integration, customer integration, and supplier integration - as strategic elements of value chain strategy. For the case of new product strategy, we consider market newness and product technology unfamiliarity as strategic elements. We also consider two types of learning characteristic, i.e., \\\"fast-adaptive learning\\\" and \\\"slow-adaptive leaning\\\" as control factor. Learning characteristic represents firms organizational capability related with organizational learning. For example, fur fast-adaptive learning case, the effect of integration appears early in time. System dynamics simulation is employed to verify our research framework. The results exhibit that there must exist cross-functional relationships between value chain strategy and new product strategy in order to shorten total development time.al development time.

Past and current customer behavior is the best predicator of future customer behavior. This paper introduces a procedure on personalized defection detection and prevention for an online game site. The basic idea for our defection detection and prevention is adopted from the observation that potential defectors have a tendency to take a couple of months or weeks to gradually change their behavior (i.e. trim-out their usage volume) before their eventual withdrawal. For this purpose, we suggest a SOM (Self-Organizing Map) based procedure to determine the possible states of customer behavior from past behavior data. Based on this representation of the state of behavior, potential defectors are detected by comparing their monitored trajectories of behavior states with frequent and confident trajectories of past defectors. The key feature of this study includes a defection prevention procedure which recommends the desirable behavior state for the ext period so as to lower the likelihood of defection. The defection prevention procedure can be used to design a marketing campaign on an individual basis because it provides desirable behavior patterns for the next period. The experiments demonstrate that our approach is effective for defection prevention and efficient for defection detection because it predicts potential defectors without deterioration of prediction accuracy compared to that of the MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron) neural network.

데이터센터는 지속적으로 IT 서버의 안정적 운영을 위해 실내 환경을 관리하고 있다. 서버가 과열로 동작영향을 받지 않도록 많은 에너지를 항온항습 기능에 투자하고 있다. 기축 데이터센터들은 건축 특징, 운영 방법에 따라 에너지 효율 격차가 크게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 기술을 이용하여 기축 데이터센터의 현재 에너지 사용효율을 확인하고, 교체, 업그레이드 필요성을 판단하는 진단시스템 기술을 구현하였다. 해당 측정 정보는 IoT 센서를 통해 수집되며, 수집된 데이터는 클라우드 시스템에서 다양한 머신러닝 알고리즘에 입력되어, 에너지 비즈니스에 지표를 도출한다. IoT를 이용하여 구현한 진단 시스템은 설치, 데이터 수집, 분석에 3주이내의 시간 소요로, 기축 데이터센터의 에너지 효율향상에 많은 기여를 제공할 수 있다.
