  • In this paper, the solutions of TE(transverse electric) scattering problems by a conductive strip grating over two dielectric layers are analyzed by applying the PMM(point matching method) known as a numerical method of electromagnetic field. The boundary conditions are applied to obtain the unknown field coefficients, the scattered electromagnetic fields are expanded in a series of Floquet mode functions, and the conductive boundary condition apply to analysis of conducting strip. The most normalized reflected and transmitted powers having a sharp variations are scattered in direction of the other angles except incident angle. The numerical results for the normalized reflected and transmitted powers are analyzed by according as the width and spacing of conductive strip, incident angles, and the relative permittivity and thickness of the two dielectric layers. To confirm the validity of this paper, the numerical results of presented structure are shown in good agreement compared to those of the existing papers.

  • In this paper, the TM (Transverse Magnetic) scattering problems by a perfectly conducting strip grating over a grounded two dielectric layers with edge boundary condition are analyzed by applying the FGMM (Fourier Galerkin Moment Method). For the TM scattering problem, the induced surface current density is expected to the very high value at both edges of the strip, then the induced surface current density on the conductive strip is expanded in a series of the multiplication of the Chebyshev polynomials of the first kind and the functions of appropriate edge boundary condition. Generally, when the value of the relative permittivity of dielectric layers over the ground plane increased, the strip width according to the sharp variation points of the reflected power is shifted to a higher value. The numerical results shown the fast convergent solution and good agreement compared to those of the existing papers.

  • In this study, using the temperature history analysis, the influences of the conductive values of wooden form, which are specified by Korean Standard for Concrete and ACI Practice Manual for Concrete, on the temperature history were examined. And, the calculated temperature history is compared with the measured temperature history. In the examination for the influences of the conductive values of wooden form, the value recommended by the Korean Standard can more closely predict the themperature history at the points which the variation of the boundary condition should be considered.

The scattered electromagnetic fields are expanded in a series of floguet mode functions, the boundary conditions are applied to obtain the unknown field coefficients, and the conductive boundary condition is used for the relationship between the tangential electric field and the induced surface current density on the strip. The numerical results for the reflected and transmitted power of zeroth mode analyzed by according as the width and spacing of conductive strip, the relative permittivity and thickness of dielectric layer, and incident angles. Generally, according to the relative permittivity of dielectric layer increased, also the normalized reflected power of zeroth mode increased. To examine the accruacy of this paper, the numerical results of FGMM shown in good agreement compared to those of PMM.

  • In this paper, The TE(transverse electric) scattering problems by a resistive strip grating over a grounded dielectric plane with edge boundary condition are analyzed by applying the FGMM(Fourier-Galerkin Moment Method) known as a numerical procedure. For a TE scattering problem, the induced surface current density is expected to the zero value at both edges of the resistive strip, then the induced surface current density on the resistive strip is expanded in a series of the multiplication of Gegenbauer(Ultraspherical) polynomials with the first order and functions of appropriate edge boundary condition. To verify the validity of the proposed method, the numerical results of normalized reflected power for the uniform resistivity R = 100 ohms/square and R = 0 as a conductive strip case show in good agreement with those in the existing papers.

  • The three-dimensional laminar mixed convection flow between the conductive printed circuit boards. on which the heat generating rectangular blocks are uniformly distributed, has been examined in the present study. The flow and heat-transfer characteristics are assumed to be pseudo periodic in the streamwise direction and symmetric in the cross-stream direction. Using an algorithm of SIMPLER, the continuity equation. the Navier-Stokes equations and the energy equation are solved numerically in the three-dimensional domain Inside the channel. The convective derivative terms are discretized by the QUICK scheme to accurately capture the flow field. The flow and the heat transfer characteristics are thoroughly examined for various Re and Gr.

Generally, the reflected power gets increased according as the relative permittivity ${\epsilon}_{r2}$ and the thickness of dielectric layer $t_2$ of the region-2 in the presented structure gets increased, respectively. The sharp variations of the reflected power are due to resonance effects were previously called wood's anomaly, the numerical results show in good agreement with those of the existing papers.

  • We fabricated Zinc Oxide transparent conductive thin films with 2wt% of A1203 doping using rf magnetron sputtering. And we investigated electrical and optical characteristics of them which were made with conditions ; rf power 60-300W, thickness of film 3000 11000.angs.. Resistivity, carrier concentration and Hall mobility were investigated for electrical characteristics. Transmittance and optical band gap were investigated with Spectrophotometer in the wavelength range between 200-900 nm. As a result, ZnO thin film fabricated with rf power of 180W and thickness of 5000.angs. showed the best properties. At the best condition, the sample has resistivity of 1*10$\^$-4/.ohm.cm and transmittance of 95% in the visible range.
