  • This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in quality and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and intorduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM. A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000. Also analyzed how 05 observance effects to the sale price, process effect customer complaint and on-time delibery by an oral test.

  • Under the changed market condition, The objectives of this study are to develop and test a research model specifying the relationship between customer loyalty and sale of environment-friendly food in korea. The target population of this research is consumers in seoul and some major cities. they are judged to have bigger environment-friendly food buying power and represent the future environment-friendly food consumption trend in korea. Results acquired from statistical analysis can be summarized like the following. The label-related components were important factors effecting the satisfaction and the loyalty. Also this study indicate that the customer loyalty is positively related to producer, ingredient indication, advertisement, and negatively related to price.

고속도로 휴게소에서 판매되는 식품의 세균학적 품질 (Bacteriological Quality of Foods on Sale at Resting Places of the Highways in Korea)

  • 1995년(4월과 5월), 1997년(5월과 7월) 및 1999년(1월)에 경부 .호남 고속도로 및 중부 . 영동 고속도로의 20개 ,휴게소의 김밥, 햄버거, 호도과자 및 자장면에 대한 계절별 위생 실태와 조리 형태에 의한 미생물적 안전성 시험을 실시한 결과 식중독균은 검출되지 않았으나 대장균과 많은 수의 대장균군 세균이 검출되어, 고속도로 휴게소에서 판매되고 있는 식품의 위생 실태가 매우 불량함을 알수 있었다. '95년 김밥 시료에서는 전 제품에서 대장균군(8.8$\times$10 4~6.6$\times$10 5 cells/g)과 대장균이 검출되었고,'95년 햄버거 또한 전 제품에서 대장균군(1.8$\times$10 2~4.7$\times$10 4 cells/g)이 검출되었다. '97년 시료에서는 김밥은 22곳 제품 중 16곳 제품에서 대장균이 양성이었고, 대장균군은 21곳 제품에서 검출되었다. '97년 햄버거는 14곳 제품 중 7곳 제품에서 1.7$\times$10 2~1.9$\times$10 7 cells/g의 대장균군이, 2곳 제품에서 대장균이 양성으로 나타나서 김밥과 햄버거의 위생 상태는 매우 불량하였다. 호도과자는 조사 대상 6곳 제품 중 대장균군과 대장균이 모두 검출되지 않아 위생 상태가 양호하였다. 반면 자장면은 6곳 제품 중 3곳 제품에서 7.1$\times$10 2~2.0$\times$10 3 cells/g수준의 대장균군이 검출되고 대장균은 검출되지 않았다. '95년과 '97년 김밥 시험 결과와 '99년 결과를 비교할 때 기온이 높은 계절의 위생 관리에 더욱 주의해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 김밥과 기타 식품의 세균학적 품질을 비교한 결과, 김밥 >햄버거 >자장면 >호도과자의 순으로 나타나 김밥과 햄버거와 같은 복합재료를 사용하는 식품의 경우에 더 많은 오염이 일어날 수 있으므로 조리 .가공 및 유통 과정의 엄격한 미생물절-안전성 관리가 요구된다.

Mobilizing Informal Economic Sector to Uphold Urban Institutional Resilience: A Case Study of Rawalpindi, Pakistan

  • The informal economy is a large part of the urban economy. The informal economy accounts for about half of Pakistan's GDP. This research examined nine different areas of Rawalpindi's Central Business District's business sector (CBD). A survey of 404 respondents from 16 CBD marketplaces enables a comprehensive examination of who works in the informal and formal economic sectors, how much they earn, their goals, perception of their job, and their degree of similarity to the rest of the working population. Furthermore, the statistics illustrate the pro-cyclical connections between the informal economic sector and the formal economy. The Multinomial Logistic Regression (MLR) technique is used for the analysis. The MLR results indicated the informal economic sector holds positive relation with earning members in a family, business expertise, average business sale, and negative relation with education level, satisfaction with government tax policies, household expense, and average investment in the business. From a resilience standpoint, governance is considered an intentional collective action to preserve a stable system condition. Hence, the current study recommends tax reforms and government institution reorganization to mobilize the informal sector and make effective institutional governance.

전남지역 농촌마을의 단지형 조성 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Phenomena of Performance for Rural Villages in Cheon Nam Provincial Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the actual condition on the provision of rural new villages which are provided by public sectors such as rural modernized village, advanced rural village, happy village and rural new town in Cheon Nam provincial area. This study perform literature survey, research articles and data to analyze and classify. In the case of rural modernized village multiple regression analysis is carried out to look at the relationship of constructed lots with supplied lots. The outcome of the study show that the average size of new rural village is $32,497m^2$ and $52,542m^2$ in the case of rural modernized village and advanced rural village respectively, furthermore it shows that quiet large amount of villages are not sold as a proportion of 48% which is lower than nation-wide ratio of 55%. This study suggests the reasons for low sale of new villages and change of government rural village policy and process from public based planning to private based planning.

성인여성의 파운데이션 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adult Women′s Foundation Buying Behavior)

  • This study was intended to grasp the actual condition of adult women's wearing foundation garments for the Korean adult women in their 20s to 40s. For this purpose, questionnaire research was conducted for 639 adult women in their 20s to 40s living in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. As for the reason for the purchase of foundation garments, It was found that the highest proportion of the responding adult women would buy brassieres when they were needed because the old ones were threadbare, followed by the purchase of brassiere when they caught their eyes in shopping around. As for the reason for the purchase of girdles, the highest proportion of the responding adult women could buy girdles when they were needed because their old ones were wornout, and next when bargain sale began at the department store or the large shopping center. The highest proportion of the responding adult women thought the source of information on foundation garments as the window display, followed by magazine. The adult women in their 30s collected information on foundation garments through the window display when buying brassieres or girdles. As for the product evaluation criteria of foundation garments, the highest proportion of the responding adult women thought highly of the feeling of wear in brassieres and girdles, followed by dimensions in brassieres and bodily correctability in girdles. As for the place of buying brassieres or girdles, the responding adult women showed it to be the department store. followed by the discount store and the well-known agency.

  • This study examined the present condition and characteristics, spatial composition of the Atarasimura through field studies about the Atarasimura of Miyashiro, Saitama pref. in Japan. The results of this study are as follows. First, Atarasimura is the citizen farm of Miyashiro which promotes regional activation, community consciousness and the interchange of residents. Second, cultivation area and the miscellaneous scrub transforms the area into a park-like one, protecting a natural environment and making a beautiful landscape. Atarasimura is expected to enhance the studying effect of the children and young people. Third, the direct sale of agricultural products leads to the increase of income and resident employment opportunities. Fourth, the plan of future regional facilities must be made within a legal system and a systematic program for region making. In addition, the system of rational participation and cooperation between administration and local residents is important.

  • Model house play an important role in the sale of apartments. However, model house can create social and environmental problems. Virtual reality's (VR) use for the creation of model house has been studied as a possible counter measure to these problems. Existing models don't satisfy consumers' queries. A virtual model house can give the experience of seeing a real home through simulation. Also, a virtual model house can allow a home buyer to change the furniture on display or the color of the walls to reflect the consumer's taste in the construction. The internal present condition system using absorption style virtual reality and open style virtual reality are the indispensable tools that are going to take the place of the current model home. A virtual model house is more profitable than a physical model house because of reduced costs and time savings. In addition, a virtual model house can offer new kinds of information that a physical model home can not. This study's purpose is to discuss the desired direction of the virtual model house in this crucial and dynamic period of development.

소비자의 상표충성도, 경쟁상표의 가격, 그리고 가격할인이 의류제품의 상표전환에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumer's Brand Loyalty, Competitor's Brand Price, and Discount on Brand Switching toy Apparel Products)

  • The purpose of this study was intended to investigate influence of consumer's brand loyalty, competitor's brand price and brand switching intention in condition of discount sale of casual apparel products. The data for the study was obtained through the use of an experimental design which was $2{\times}[2{\times}2]$ mixed factorial design. The subjects were 730 college students. The data were analyzed by cluster analysis, ANOVA, simple interaction analysis and simple main-effect analysis. The following results were founded: First, The results indicated that the 3-way interaction effects among consumer's brand loyalty competitor's brand price and discount on brand switching of casual apparel products. Second, the results indicated that the 3-way interaction effects among consumer's brand loyalty competitor's brand price and discount on consumer preference of casual apparel products. These results indicated that low brand loyalty group on casual products showed high preference and high brand switching on competitors brand when competitor's brand price was lower than preferred brand price and discount type was absolute frame. High bran loyalty group on casual apparel products preferred and switched high competitor's brand when discount type was absolute frame.
