화학기상응축 공정에서 TiO2나노입자 특성에 미치는 반응온도와 전구체 농도의 영향 -Part II 분말형성에 대한 반응인자적 분석 (Effects of Temperature and Precursor-concentration on Characteristics of TiO2 Nanoparticles in Chemical Vapor Condensation Process -Part II: Analysis of Particle Formation Estimated by Reaction Factors)

  • Characteristics of $TiO_2$nanoparticles controlled by precursor flow rate and reaction temperature in chemical vapor condensation process were interpreted in the view of decisive reaction factors, i.e. supersaturation ratio, concentration of vapor molecule, collision frequency and rate, and residence time, which directly affect the particle size and size distribution in CVC reactor. As results, the increases of precursor flow rate and reaction temperature induced the increase in the average sizes of $TiO_2$ nanoparticles in CVC reactor by acceleration of coagulation growth due to the increase of collision between $TiO_2$vapor molecules and particles. The effects of reaction factors on the characteristics of$TiO_2$nanoparticles were discussed with considering particle formation process in CVC reactor under given process parameters.

  • Several new spiro compounds were synthesized via one-pot ternary condensation of isatin, malononitrile and each of thiobarbituric acid, barbituric, 3-methyl-pyrazolin-5-one, 1-phenyl-3-methyl-pyrazolin-5-one, acetylacetone, benzoylacetone, ethyl acetoacetate, phenacyl cyanide or ethyl-cyanoacetate dimer. Structures and reaction mechanisms were reported and supported via a second synthetic route.

  • The condensation of several aromatic/heteroaromatic aldehydes with 2-aminothiophenol catalyzed by silica sulfuric acid under microwave irradiation afforded 2-arylbenzothiazoles in high yields and short reaction times under solvent-free conditions. The major advantages of the present method are good yields, ecofriendly, reusable catalyst, mild and solvent-free reaction conditions.

  • Part 1 provides a theoretical introduction of the hydrolysis mechanism, while Part 2 introduces other types of reaction mechanisms after hydrolysis in elastomer and PA66 composites. We reviewed the condensation reaction, which occurs after hydrolysis in bi-functional alkoxy silane (TESPD & TESPT), and investigated its effects on the mechanical properties of the composites. We also reviewed activators such as zinc soap, which enhances the mechanical properties of silica-silane-filled elastomer composites. The interaction parameter of silica-silane-filled elastomer composites [αC (alpha C)] were also discussed. The effects of hydrolysis on the mechanical property changes in plastic composites were compared and reviewed.

2-Methyl-4-methoxydiphenylamine 합성을 위한 촉매반응의 최적화 (Optimization of Catalytic Reaction for Synthesis of 2-Methyl-4-methoxydiphenylamine)

  • Fluoran계 감열색소의 중간체인 2-Methyl-4-methoxydiphenylamine(MMDPA)을 합성하는 촉매반응의 반응기구를 규명하고 반응조건을 최적화하였다. 반응물질로서는 2-methyl-4-methoxyaniline(MMA), 3-methyl-4-nitroanisole(MNA), 그리고 cyclohexanone의 혼합물을 사용하였으며, 5 wt % Pd/C를 촉매로 사용하였다. 반응실험은 reflux condenser가 부착된 개방형 slurry reactor에서 진행시켰으며, 생성물은 GC/MS와 NMR에 의해서 분석하였다. 반응조건을 최적화 시킨 결과 xylene용매 속에서 0.01 gmoles MMA 투입기준으로 MMA : MNA : cyclohexanone = 1 : 2 : 150의 반응물조성, $160^{\circ}C$의 반응온도, 0.5 g 촉매량 조건에서 8~10시간 경과 후 90 mole %의 MMDPA수율을 얻을 수 있었다. MMA와 cyclohexanone간의 축합반응에 의해 생성된 중간생성물의 탈수소화 반응단계가 총괄반응을 율속함을 알 수 있었다. MNA를 MMA와 함께 반응물에 투입함으로써 hydrogen transfer반응에 의하여 총괄반응속도와 MMDPA수율이 증대되었다. 반응물에 과량으로 투입된 cyclohexanone은 MMA와의 축합반응을 촉진시키는 역할을 하였다.

  • Foam reaction injection molding (FRIM) is a widely used process for manufacturing polyurethane foam with complex shapes. Numerical model for polyurethane foam forming reaction during FRIM process has been intensively investigated by a number of researchers to precisely predict final shapes of polyurethane foams. In this study, we have identified a problem related with a previous theoretical model for polyurethane foam forming reaction. Thus, previous theoretical model was modified based on experimental and computational results.

  • α, β-불포화 케톤 유도체를 실리카-황산 촉매 하에서 비용매 교차 알돌 응축 반응법을 이용하여 합성하였다. 합성 수율은 90% 이상이었으며, 사용된 촉매는 회수 가능하였다. 합성돤 화합물들의 물리화학적인 특성은 IR, NMR, Mass 등의 분광학적 분석 방법을 이용하여 결정하였다. 케톤 생성물에 미치는 치환기 효과는 측정된 분광 데이터와 Hammet 치환기 상수간의 상관관계로 표현되는 다중 상관계수 방정식에 의하여 잘 설명될 수 있었다.

  • Chloral hydrate와 置換 benzene類의 縮合에 依한 殺蟲劑로는 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis(p-chloro phenyl) ethane, 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis(p-methoxy phenyl) ethane, 1,1-di chloro-2,2-bis(p-chloro phenyl) ethane 等 主로 bis compounds가 實用化되고 있다. 그러나 置換 phenol類에 있어서는 chloral hydrate의 mol 比를 높이면 dioxane型의 化合物이 生成되고 上記한 bis compounds처럼 殺蟲能을 가졌으리라고 豫測되므로 2,4,5-trichloro phenol과 chloral hydrate를 縮合하여 生成物의 構造를 檢討하였던바 5,6,8-trichloro-2,4-di-trichloro methyl-benzo-1,3-dioxane임을 確認하였으며 反應條件과 [귤응애] 및 [복숭아 흑진딧물]에 대한 殺蟲能을 檢討하였다.
