궤도-교량 상호작용을 고려한 콘크리트 슬래브궤도 부설 교량의 단부 사용성 검토 (Investigation of serviceability of bridge deck ends on concrete slab track-installed bridges considering track-bridge interaction)

  • Deformations of bridge deck ends on abutments or on transition between bridge decks can cause extreme deformations on track. Especially, since slab track is fixed onto the bridge deck slab on concrete slab track-installed bridges, deformations of bridge deck ends directly affect the track behavior, and thus these interactions can bring about the premature failure of rail fastenings or other deteriorations to lower the serviceability. In this study, a foreign standard to evaluate forces on track components caused by the track-bridge interactions and the serviceability of bridge deck ends is investigated, and for the real bridges, the serviceability of bridge deck ends according to several parameters of bridge and track is analyzed. It is found that arrangements and spring coefficients of bridge bearings, as well as distance between bridge bearing and last rail support, support spacings, rail support spring coefficient, are very important parameters.

철도콘크리트 슬래브 궤도상의 균열과 TQI 상관성 분석 (Correlation Analysis Between Crack and TQI in RC Slab Track)

  • 최근 철도궤도 건설 전 구간에서 자갈도상이 아닌 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도가 시공되고 있다. 이는 자갈도상의 특성상 지속적인 유지보수가 필요하다 보니 늘어나는 유지관리비용을 감당하기 어려워지게 되어 결국 대안으로 선택한 것이 콘크리트 슬래브인 것이다. 그러나 콘크리트의 수화열 반응과 온도 수축균열등의 영향으로 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도상의 유지관리 문제점이 점점 증가하고 있어 이에 대한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 궤도틀림을 평가하는 TQI값의 특성과 균열이 TQI에 미치는 현황관계를 조사하였으며 TQI값과 슬래브 궤도상의 균열진전과의 관계분석을 통해 이 값들의 상관성 정도를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 궤도틀림만을 분석하여 유지관리 의사결정에 반영하는 현행방법의 문제점을 보완하고 균열을 고려한 평가지표의 개발 필요성을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 고속선 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도시스템에서 레일패드의 피로효과에 따른 영향을 분석하는 데에 있다. 이에 3차원 해석모델 및 실내시험을 통해 도출된 레일패드의 피로효과(경화, 스프링계수 증가)가 고속선 궤도의 역학적 거동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도의 적정 탄성력 확보여부를 의미하는 레일패드의 적정스프링계수 산정에 관한 연구의 일환으로 고속철도 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도에 적용된 레일체결시스템에 대한 실내시험을 통한 레일패드의 정적스프링계수를 산정하고 체결시스템에 대한 피로시험을 통해 도출된 피로효과가 고려된 레일패드의 스프링계수 변화를 해석모델에 적용함으로써 향후 고속선 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도운영에서의 열차 주행안정성 확보 및 합리적인 궤도유지관리를 위한 기초데이터를 확보하고자 한다.

  • In 1st Phase Kyeong-Bu High-Speed Line, to lessen the impact in the transition zone between concrete slab track(in tunnel) and ballasted track(on embankment), the ballast bonding method has been adopted. However, in this area, in the beginning of the operation, unsupported sleepers are found, and the track deterioration and damage of concrete sleepers have occurred. In this paper, the status and causes of unsupported sleepers are discussed and several repair measures are proposed.

  • The Permanent Way consisting of rails and sleeper laid on ballast is a technically and economically viable solution. After two decades of targeted research and development activities Slab Track turned out to be a reasonable option on special fields. Slab Track proves that especially under extreme condition and loads - they reliably help stability and a long service life of track. Technical and experimental solution of slab track are particularly underlined. This paper presents a few Results of the experiments of SFRC slab tracks under fatigue load.

자갈궤도와 콘크리트궤도에서의 하중재하에 따른 노반거동 비교 (A Comparison of Behavior of the Roadbeds of Ballasted & Concrete Track with the Cyclic Loading)

  • 국내에 적용하고 있는 궤도시스템은 크게 자갈궤도와 콘크리트궤도로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 콘크리트궤도와 자갈궤도의 노반 거동현상을 실험적으로 비교하였다. 실 대형 실험결과 하중 분산은 자갈궤도의 경우 연성포장구조, 콘크리트궤도는 강성포장구조의 형태로 하중이 분산되었으며 하중배분율은 약 30%:20%:15%로 자갈궤도보다 폭 넓게 분산되었다. 열차하중에 대한 노반에서 발생된 토압은 약 30kPa 이내로 기존 실차주행시험결과와 유사한 결과이며 자갈궤도에 비해 약 4배 정도 작게 발생하였다. 또한 반복하중에 대한 콘크리트궤도의 지중입자속도는 약 0.3cm/sec 이내로 자갈궤도보다 8배 정도 작게 측정되었다.

  • This study developed and investigated a precast slab track system partially reinforced with glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) rebars in the transverse direction, which mitigated the loss of track circuit current by reducing magnetic coupling between the rails and steel reinforcements. An electric analysis was conducted and the results of the analysis verified that the GFRP rebars mitigate the reduced current strength produced by electro-magnetic induction. In the study, a three-dimensional finite element method and flexural experiments were used to study the mechanical behavior of the proposed slab track.

도상흡음재의 재료성능 시험결과에 관한 고찰 (A Study on material performance tests of track noise absorber)

  • The construction of concrete slab track system is increased recently because the system has advantages which are maintenance free and so on. However, the noise level on slab track is 3 db(A) higher than the one on ballast track since most of noise is reflected on slab track. Currently, concrete slab track systems has been designed for Gyungbu high speed line stage 2 and Honam high speed line. For those tracks, noise absorbing blocks are considered. Therefore, test methods and proper criteria for structural performance and reduction efficiency of noise absorbing blocks are required. In this study, tests were performed according to established test methods and criteria in previous study and the results have done comparative analysis.

  • The concrete track on bridge should be designed to effectively cope with the behavior of the bridge superstructure. For this purpose, in general, shear keys are designed to be installed at a certain intervals on the bridge deck, and the track slab is cast on these shear keys to transfer the load induced by the relative displacement between track and bridge. In this study, to apply the precast concrete slab track on bridge, a shear key structure and its effective installation method are presented. Also, the structural behavior of this shear key has been evaluated by the laboratory mock-up test.
