In this paper, the concept of coordination under the setting of cooperative multiagent systems is examined. Based on the concept, a computational model in which the key constructs of coordination can be precisely defined is developed. This model can serve as a basis for developing software systems designed to support coordination in Eletronic Commerce. Coordination is viewed as management of conflicting demands on finite resources by actors or acitivities. The model views coordination as a cycle of four phases: the definition phase, the conflict resolution phase, the action phase, and the adaptation phase. Then, a formal model of coordination, both as a phenomenon and as a process is devloped. Within the context of this model, important concepts such as decomposability, informational privacy, informational decentralization, and informational efficiency are examined.

In early 20th century, This study focus on exploration of a education for office design This class is focused on planning an office space. Selection of the right places, Setting a concept room plans, and such are studied along with systematically analyzing spaces. Applying concepts, interior plans, interior elements, color and selection of materials are introduced and developed into systematical plans. And the students produce efficiently a portfolio by complementing and/or developing the visual materials and readjusting all the concept of the accomplished assignments during this course that were presented visually by applying techniques of presentation leaned majoring in interior design, in an aesthetical and creative ways.

Purpose: This study was to identify the attributes, antecedents, their consequences, and empirical indicators of rehabilitation motivation in rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods: Walker and Avant's method was used to analyze the concept. Articles published after 1990 were searched in Medline, CINAHL, NSDL, and RISS databases using "rehabilitation", "motivation" and their combination as keywords. Results: The attributes of rehabilitation motivation are: 1) certitude and trust toward rehabilitation treatment; 2) confidence in the rehabilitation process; 3) efforts and commitments to achieve health goals; 4) psychological needs to act toward health recovery. Its antecedents include: 1) rights of self-determination; 2) goal setting and goal-oriented attitude; 3) personal needs; 4) getting rewards; 5) social and family support; 6) professional behavior of healthcare providers; and 7) least risks or costs for actions taken. Conclusion: The study results could be used as a conceptual framework for developing tools to measure the motivation of rheumatoid arthritis patients.

The conceptions of generalized b-metric spaces or G_b-metric spaces and a generalized Ω-distance mappings play a key role in proving many important theorems in existence and uniqueness of fixed point theory. In this manuscript, we establish a new type of contraction namely, Ω_b(𝓗, 𝜃, s)-contraction, this contraction based on the concept of a generalized Ω-distance mappings which established by Abodayeh et.al. in 2017 together with the concept of 𝓗-simulation functions which established by Bataihah et.al [10] in 2020. By utilizing this new notion we prove new results in existence and uniqueness of fixed point. On the other hand, examples and application were established to show the importance of our results.

Recent advances in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies have led to a significant increase in metaverse platforms. Metaverses are setting a new direction for the digital world. This paper examines the phenomenon of virtual worlds that are becoming an issue these days, focusing on [Ready Player One]. One of the common features of the metaverse platform in [Ready Player One] and the platforms currently in use is the concept of open world. This is a feature that goes beyond simply moving around in a virtual world and allows users to freely reset, participate in, and control the environment. This innovative concept is a hallmark of metaverse platforms, and it is becoming increasingly important and influential. Through this study, we focused on the [open world system] of the platform in the movie and the modern metaverse platform, and suggested and studied how the scalability of the metaverse will present a turning point in the future.

This paper purposes to examine the setting aside and the refusal of enforcement of arbitral awards and their implications for practitioners. The aim of challenging an award before a national court at the seat, or place, of arbitration is to have it modified in some way by the relevant court, or more usually, to have that court declare that the award is to be disregarded (i.e. "annulled" or "set aside") in whole or in part. If an award is set aside or annulled by the relevant court, it will usually be treated as invalid and accordingly unenforceable, not only by the courts of the seat of arbitration but also by national courts elsewhere. This is because, under both the 1958 New York Convention and the UNCITRAL Model Law, the competent court may refuse to grant recognition and enforcement of an award that has been "set aside" by a court of the seat of arbitration. The New York Convention set out various grounds for refusal of recognition and enforcement of an arbitration award. The provisions of the Model Law governing recognition, enforcement or setting-aside of awards are almost identical to those set out in the Convention. Especially, the New York Convention and the Model Law state that an arbitral award may be refused and set aside if a national court of the place of arbitration finds that the award is in conflict with the public policy of its own country. Each state has its own concept of what is required by its "public policy". It is possible to envisage, for example, a dispute over the division of gaming profits from a casino. In many states, the underlying transaction that led to the award would be regarded as a normal commercial transaction and the award would be regarded as valid. Indeed, it is a consistent theme to be found in the legislation and judical decision of many countries. If a workable definition of "international public policy" could be found, it would provide an effective way of preventing an award in an international arbitration from being set aside and refusal for purely domestic policy consideration.

This paper intends to analyze the role expansion of characters, which was an important factor in setting the worldview in storytelling. With the development of media, the way of setting the worldview began to change. At the center of these changes are 'Transmedia' and 'Metaverse', which have recently been receiving attention. With the development of trans media, where the intersection and convergence of media is actively attempted, characters are breaking free from their innate limitations, crossing various media, and performing various activities in new stories. In addition, in the metaverse, an extended concept of the real world, avatars play a role in constructing and expanding the metaverse world as users and creators. By analyzing these changes, we would like to deal with the phenomenon in which character setting, which was used as an element in orthodox world view setting, replaces the world view.

Recently, discussions on strengthening publicness have emerged to solve social service problems. Its importance is also emerging, but there is not enough discussion about the significance and importance of publicness. Therefore, in this study, the concept of social service publicness, which was presented in previous studies, was categorized and examined, and the future tasks were sought by restructuring the concept of social service publicness. Social service publicness can be variously understood as the concept of organic union in terms of the publicness of the subject, the publicness of the process, and the publicness of the content. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss it from an overall and broader perspective than the existing concept of publicness. In addition, empirical verification and typological studies of publicness can be a useful way to understand the current publicness. Furthermore, social service publicness needs to materialize realistic meaning through a process of discourse rather than a simple conception. It is meaningful in that it attempts to define the elements of social service publicness from a new point of view and suggests future research directions in previous studies in the field of social welfare.

Contemporary society demands the ability to cope with the change competitively to the designer which is being accelerated of change and various media are emerging. The web design field which is one of the core design industry field of the contemporary society is needing the conversion from manufacturing technology specialization into creative design development composition. Generally, creative design development ability can be learned by studying. So, creativity development education is needed to develop creative design. Creative thought training is perceived as the core condition for competitive design and the education method for this is being proceeded multiply. But the study for design concept is lacking concretely. By this, this paper is to study the model which helps setting the design concept deduction creatively by instigating new ways of thought. The concept development process suggested in the study procedure systemizes the course for creative web design concept deduction and expects it to be utilized in design development to reinforce competitiveness.

In recent years, over 100 trails were created in Korea, and Jeju Olle and Jiri Mt. Doolle trail are the most familiar and successful trails in Korea. The research aimed to find relationship between fair tourism and long distance trails. In the first step, we investigated the concept of fair tourism, and deducted 8 key-words; 1)local participation 2)resource sharing 3)provision of unique social, cultural resources 4)sovereignty of local culture 5)small_scale, low impact, eco-friendly 6)sustainable infrastructure 7)revitalize local community 8)comprehensive accommodation of a diverse tourists. Through the analysis of 3 representative sites of long distance trails, we tried to find out the distinct characteristics of fair tourism of the selected sites with evaluating criteria that was provided by UNEP and related organizations. The finding of the study could contribute to defining concept of fair tourism, and by doing so, attribute in setting up a framework of designing and planning of long distance trail under the concept of fair tourism that diverse parties could co-benefit, including local community, local government and tourists.
