Reliability-based design optimization (RBDO) is a powerful tool for design optimization when considering probabilistic characteristics of design variables. However, it is often computationally intensive because of the coupling of reliability analysis and cost minimization. In this study, the concept of reliability mapping function is defined based on the relationship between the reliability index obtained by using the mean value first order reliability method and the failure probability obtained by using an improved response surface method. Double-loop involved in the classical RBDO can be converted into single-loop by using the reliability mapping function. Since the computational effort of the mean value first order reliability method is minimal, RBDO by using reliability mapping functions should be highly efficient. Engineering examples are given to demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method. Numerical results indicated that the proposed method has the similar accuracy as Monte Carlo simulation, and it can obviously reduce the computational effort.

본 연구의 목적은 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험의 심층내용을 탐색하고 이에 대한 개입전략을 개발하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 성폭력 상담 현장에서 3년이상 근무한 12명의 성폭력 상담자를 대상으로 심층 면접을 실시하였다. 그리고 개념도(concept mapping) 방법을 활용하여 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 대한 내용 탐색과, 그 개념 구조를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 관한 60개의 핵심 문장을 추출하였다. 이후 심층 면접 참여자와 같은 조건의 평정 참여자 19명에게 핵심 문장을 분류하고 평정하도록 한 뒤, 다차원적 척도법과 군집분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 x축의 부정적 인식차원과 심리·정서적 차원, y축의 개인 내적 차원과 행동적 차원이 나타났고, 일에 대한 몰입과 회의감, 정서적으로 동화되는 경험, 성에 대한 과민성, 남성에 대한 경계 증가, 안전감 위협이라는 5개의 군집이 나타났다. 이는 성폭력 상담자가 경험하는 성폭력 상담자 대리외상의 내용을 범주화하여 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였을 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 결과들을 토대로 그동안 국내 성폭력 상담자 대리외상에 대한 양적인 연구에 필요성이 대두 되었던 결과를 다시 확인 하였고, 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 척도 개발의 필요성을 확신하는 결과였다.

이 연구는 개념도 연구법이라는 새로운 연구방법을 소개하고 이를 활용하여 최근 이슈와 논란이 되고 있는 관찰-추천 영재 판별 시스템과 관련하여 현장에서 영재들을 지도하고 있는 영재담당교사들의 인식을 중심으로 관찰-추천 영재판별 시스템의 바람직한 방향 및 그 중요도 그리고 실행수준을 탐색해 보았다. 이를 위해 12명의 영재교사들이 영재판별에서 바람직한 관찰-추천 시스템의 방향에 대해 작성한 진술문을 산출, 종합, 분류하고 이를 기초로 다차원 척도와 위계적 군집분석을 실시하였다. 또한 여기서 산출된 바람직한 관찰-추천 시스템 관련 문항을 가지고 112명의 영재담당교사들을 대상으로 각 문항에 대한 중요도와 실행수준을 평가하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재판별에서 관찰-추천 시스템의 방향 탐색 인식에 대한 브레인스토밍 결과를 토대로 진술문을 종합한 결과 36개의 진술문이 도출 되었으며 이들 36개의 진술문에 대한 비유사성 평정 자료를 사용하여 다차원 척도분석을 실시한 결과 2차원 개념도 제작에 적합한 stress 값은 .249이었다. 개념도에 나타난 진술문의 좌표 값을 기초로 위계적 군집 분석을 실시한 결과, 영재판별에서 관찰-추천 시스템의 방향 탐색인식은 4개의 범주로 나타났다. 각 범주명은 '전문성 확보', '행정적 지원 확보', '공정성 확보', '관찰-추천제의 원칙'으로 명명되었다. 둘째, '전문성 확보'와 '공정성 확보' 범주가 상대적으로 더 중요하게 인식되고 있는 것으로 드러났으며, 모든 범주에서 관찰-추천 영재판별 시스템의 방향 탐색의 중요도와 실행수준의 점수간에 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 이 연구는 앞으로 본격화될 관찰-추천에 의한 영재 판별이 바람직한 방향으로 정착하기 위해 무엇이 필요하고 중요하며 현재는 어느 수준으로 이루어지고 있는가를 현장에서 실질적으로 영재교육을 담당하고 있는 영재교사들을 통해 알아보는데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Future wireless network aims to integrate different radio access networks (RANs) to provide a seamless access and service continuity. In this paper, a new resource denotation method is proposed in the WLAN and LTE heterogeneous networks based on a concept of spectral bandwidth mapping. This method simplifies the denotation of system resources and makes it possible to calculate system residual capacity, upon which an economic model-based network selection algorithm is designed in both under-loaded and over-loaded scenarios in the heterogeneous networks. The simulation results show that this algorithm achieves better performance than the utility function-based access selection (UFAS) method proposed in [12] in increasing system capacity and system revenue, achieving load balancing and reducing the new call blocking probability in the heterogeneous networks.

Using the concept of a g-monotone mapping we prove some common fixed point theorems for g-non-decreasing mappings which satisfy some generalized nonlinear contractions in partially ordered complete quasi b-metric spaces. The new theorems are generalizations of very recent fixed point theorems due to L. Ciric, N. Cakic, M. Rojovic, and J. S. Ume, [Monotone generalized nonlinear contractions in partailly ordered metric spaces, Fixed Point Theory Appl. (2008), article, ID-131294] and R. P. Agarwal, M. A. El-Gebeily, and D. O'Regan [Generalized contractions in partially ordered metric spaces, Appl. Anal. 87 (2008), 1-8].

The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept, general framework, planning process of bioregion, and bioregional impacts on landscape planning of future and to discuss the application possibility of landscape planning. Bioregionalism is defined in the course of following: knowing the land, learning the lore, developing the potential, liberating the self. Bioregional paradigm was composed of policy system insisted on diversity and decentralization based on region and community, sustainable economy structure focused on conservation and stability, and society structure through cooperation with common consciousness in the community. A general bioregional framework was organized to be able to achieve a sustainable future with interaction for humans being, other living things, and important earth life system. Bioregional mapping should be able to explain three important aspects about how localised and sustainable cultures would exist: to define the external boundaries, to describe forces of energy, and give a hint for th productive capability. In conclusion, according to the result of reviewing the total environmental planning, bioregional paradigm, examples of projects, technique of bioregional mapping, and actions of Nongovernmental Organizations(NGOs). this study is helpful to show an applicability of bioregional planning theory in Korea

Continuous-path motion control such as resolved motion rate control requires online solving of the inverse differential kinematics for a robot. However, the solution space of the inverse differential kinematics related to Jacobian J is not well-established. In this paper, the solution space of inverse differential kinematics is analyzed through categorization of mapping conditions between joint velocities and end-effector velocity of a robot. If end-effector velocity is within the column space of J, the solution or the minimum norm solution is obtained. If it is not within the column space of J, an approximate solution by least-squares is obtained. Moreover, this paper introduces an improved mapping diagram showing orthogonality and mapping clearly between subspaces, and concrete examples numerically showing the concept of several subspaces. Finally, a solver and graphics user interface (GUI) for inverse differential kinematics are developed using MATLAB, and the solution of inverse differential kinematics using the GUI is demonstrated for a vertically articulated robot.

The color gamut mapping method that is used for enhancing the color reproduction quality between PC monitor and printer devices is adopted for display quality enhancement. The high definition display devices operate at the clock speed of around $70\;MHz\;\sim\;150\;MHz$ and permit several nano seconds for real-time processing. Thus, the concept of three-dimensional reduced resolution look-up table is used. The required hardware can be greatly reduced by look-up table resolution adjustment. The proposed hardware architecture is successfully implemented in ASIC and also successfully adopted in display quality enhancement purposes.

In an asymmetrical speed channel environment like asymmetric digital subscriber line, the up-link bandwidth is normally smaller than the down-link bandwidth, which will lead to extremely low utilization of down-link bandwidth when current P2P video transmission is applied. To overcome this, a new fast P2P video transmission method applied in an asymmetrical speed channel environment is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the many-to-one concept, the proposed method uses a new multipeer aggregation technique to enhance the utilization of down-link bandwidth. In addition, an adaptive peer assignment algorithm is also introduced in order to minimize the overall transmission time. Experimental results show that by using our proposed method, the utilization of down-link bandwidth is significantly improved, and the overall transmission time is greatly reduced.

We investigate the generalized Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability in p-Banach spaces for the following functional equation which is two types, that is, either cubic or quadratic: 2f(x+3y) + 6f(x-y) + 12f(2y) = 2f(x - 3y) + 6f(x + y) + 3f(4y). The concept of Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability originated essentially with the Th. M. Rassias' stability theorem that appeared in his paper: On the stability of the linear mapping in Banach spaces, Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., 72 (1978), 297-300.
