BDMI+ 양이온을 함유한 이온성 액체로부터 흑연으로의 전기화학적 리튬 삽입 (Electrochemical Lithium Intercalation within Graphite from Ionic Liquids containing BDMI+ Cation)

  • 흑연과 1-buthyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium(BDMI)계 이온성 액체의 계면 반응을 이해하기 위하여 lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI)가 용해된 BDMI-TFSI 용액 중에서 전기화학 원자간력 현미경(electrochemical atomic force microscopy, ECAFM)을 이용하여 순환 전압전류법 전후에 있어서의 고배향성 열분해 흑연(highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, HOPG)의 표면을 in-situ로 관찰하였다. HOPG 전극에서 리튬의 가역적인 삽입과 탈리반응은 진행되지 않았으며, $BDMI^+$ 양이온의 삽입에 의한 blister의 형성 및 그라펜 층의 파괴만이 관찰되었다. 한편, $BDMI^+$ 양이온의 삽입 반응은 농도가 4.90 mol/kg인 LiTFSI-propylene carbonate(PC)를 15 wt% 함유하고 있는 BDMI-TFSI계에서는 일어나지 않았으며, 이 경우에는 가역적인 리튬의 삽입과 탈리반응이 진행 되었다. ECAFM 결과는 고농도의 PC계 용액이 solid electrolyte interface(SEI)를 형성함으로 인해 $BDMI^+$ 양이온의 삽입을 막는 매우 효과적인 첨가제임을 나타내었다.

타일 금형 라이너 및 끼움재의 열박음 공차 및 결합력에 대한 해석적 연구 (Finite Element Analysis of Shrink Fitting Tolerance and Force of Tile Mold Liner and Fitting Material)

  • Ceramic tile is widely used as a floor or interior decoration of buildings. The main processes are raw material blending, molding, drying, firing, etc., and since dimensional and quality stability are very important, they are generally molded by a dry press method. In ceramic tile molds, there is a liner that can be easily replaced in case of wear. The liner is constantly abrasion due to a continuous pressing process during tile forming, and it is required to be replaced every certain period. Even in the liner, use a wear-resistant fitting material only in areas where wear is concentrated. However, there was a risk that the fitting material was applied to large-sized tile molding due to problems such as damage to the molding machine and decrease in productivity when detached during the actual tile molding process due to weak fitting strength with the liner. Therefore, in this study, thermal-structural analysis for fitting tolerance analysis and structural analysis for fitting force analysis were performed for the shrink fit process of the fitting material.

상악측절치 수복을 위한 Cantilever bridge (STRESS ANALYSIS ON THE ALVEOLAR BONE OF CANTILEVER BRIDGES REPLACING MAXILLARY LATERAL INCISOR)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis the stress distribution induced by three unit PFM bridges and various cantilever bridges replacing maxillary latersal incisor. The simplified two-dimensional photoelastic models used for this study was contructed in the folio- wing way. CR/R ratio was designed to be 1 : 1, 1 : 1.25 and 1 : 1.5. The pontics of cantilever bridge supported by maxillary canines consisted of wrap-around type, rest-extension type, and simple type. 3-unit PFM bridge was constructed with traditional method. 1kg vertical static load was applied on the center of the incisal edge of the pontic. The stress pattern was examined and recorded by photography. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The magnitude of stress on the abutment root apex area of a traditional 3-unit bridge was the lowest. 2. The model of cantilevered pontic with a rest showed the relatively well distributed stress around the abutment tooth. The model with simple pontic generated the greatest stress concentration in the supporting structure of the abutment tooth. 3. As the height of bone level reduced, the rotational and vertical force increased around the abutment tooth. 4. The stress concentration of the 3-unit bridges occured on the root apex and stress concentration of the cantilever briage occured on the root apex and cervix area, 5. In the case of the cantilever bridge, stress concentrated distally on the root apex area of the abutment tooth and additional stress was observed mesially on the upper part of the root. Especially in the case of the simple pontic, was phenomenon was more apparent than the others. 6. Force applied to cantilevered pontic was transmitted to the adjacent central incisor through the contact surface. Stress was markedly observed on the mesial cervix area in the case of simple pontic and on the root apex area in the case of wrap-around type and rest-extension type.

복합레진 인레이 수복시 와동형태에 따른 치아파절에 관한 유한요소법적 연구 (A THREE DIMENSIONAL FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS WITH CAVITY DESIGN ON FRACTURE OF COMPOSITE RESIN INLAY RESTORED TOOTH)

  • Fracture of cusp, on posterior teeth, especially those carious or restored, is major cause of tooth loss. Inappropriate treatments, such as unnecessarily wide cavity preparations, increase the potential of further trauma and possible fracture of the remaining tooth structures. Fracture potential may be directly related to the stresses exerted upon the tooth during masticatory function. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the fracture resistance of tooth, restored with composite resin inlay. In this study, MOD inlay cavity prepared on maxillary first premolar and restored with composite resin inlay. Three dimensional finite element models with eight nodes isoparametric solid element, developed by serial grinding-photographing technique. These models have various occlusal isthmus and depth of cavity, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 of isthmus width and 0.7, 0.85 and 1.0 of depth of cavity. The magnitude of load was 474 N and 172 N as presented to maximal biting force and normal chewing force. These loads applied onto ridges of buccal and lingual cusp. These models analyzed with three dimensional finite element method. The results of this study were as follows : 1. There is no difference of displacement between width of occlusal isthmus and depth of cavity. 2. The stress concentrated at bucco-mesial comer, bucco-disal comer, pulpal line angle and the interface area between internal slopes of cusp and resin inlay. 3. The vector of stress direct to buccal and lingual side from center of cavity, to tooth surface going on to enamel. The magnitude of vector increase from occlusal surface to cervix. 4. The crack of tooth start interface area, between internal slop of buccal cusp and resin inlay. It progresses through buccopulpal line angle to cervix at buccomesial and buccodistal comer. 5. The influence with depth of cavity to fracture of tooth was more than width of isthmus. 6. It would be favorable to make the isthmus width narrower than a third of the intercuspal distance and depth of cavity is below 1 : 0.7.

평지 보행 시 발 각도 형태에 따른 발바닥 압력 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Plantar Foot Pressure according to the Form of Foot Angle during Level Walking)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of foot angles on plantar pressure and the center of pressure (COP) trajectory length during level walking. Methods: The study subjects were 30 female university students without orthopedic diseases in the foot. The foot angle was divided into three forms (out-toeing, normal, in-toeing). The subjects practiced each type of gait, and then performed each of level walking, three times, and their averages were calculated. A plantar pressure measurement instrument was used, and the maximum force was obtained by dividing the foot into nine regions covering the anterior medial-lateral, middle medial-lateral, and posterior medial-lateral. The COP trajectory length was statistically processed by obtaining medial-lateral, anterior-posterior, and entire travel distance. Results: During normal walking, the maximum force was significantly higher in the anterior lateral than in the other areas, and the COP trajectory length was significantly shorter in the front-back and entire travel distances (p<0.05). During stair climbing. Conclusion: Walking at abnormal foot angles does not cause appreciable problems in the short term as pressure is concentrated on a specific plantar part. However, it becomes the cause of deformed foot structures and can result in musculoskeletal disabilities in the long term. Therefore, a kinesiatrics-based intervention is required to maintain normal foot angles.

축력과 휨 모멘트를 받는 RC 부재의 CFRP 시트 보강에 따른 성능 평가 (Evaluation of Performance of CFRP Sheet Reinforcement on RC Members Subjected to Axial Load and Flexural Moment)

  • 일반적으로 RC 보 부재는 휨 부재로서 휨 하중에 대해서만 고려하여 설계된다. 하지만, 실제 건축물에서는 부재 간의 연속성으로 인해 축력과 휨 하중을 동시에 받게 된다. 이로 인해 RC 보 부재의 휨 강도는 증가하지만, 변위는 감소하며, 균열은 주로 보의 중앙부에 집중되게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 축력과 휨 하중을 동시에 받는 RC 보 부재에 탄소섬유시트를 이용한 보강에 따른 휨 성능을 실험적으로 평가하였다. 탄소섬유시트는 부재의 중앙부에 감싸 보강을 하였으며, 축력과 휨 하중을 부재에 가력하였다. 축력의 크기와 탄소섬유시트 보강에 따른 철근콘크리트 부재의 파괴 형태, 휨 강도, 처짐 및 연성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 축력의 증가에 따라 최대 휨 강도의 상승이 발생하였지만, 연성은 최대 64%까지 감소하였다. 탄소섬유시트 보강을 통해 휨 강도는 최대 27% 증가하였으며, 휨에 의한 보의 최대 처짐은 8% 감소하였으며 연성은 최대 43% 증가하였다.

교정용 미니스크류를 이용한 하악 전치 함입 시 변위양상의 3차원 유한요소분석 (3-D FEA on the intrusion of mandibular anterior segment using orthodontic miniscrews)

  • 교정용 미니스크류를 이용하여 하악 전치의 함입이 가능하다고 알려져 있으나 분절의 크기에 따른 예측가능한 이동 양상에 대하여 보고된 바는 미미하다. 본 연구에서는 하악 4전치와 6전치 분절 모델에서 미니스크류와 훅의 위치를 달리하여 함입력을 적용하였을 때 응력분포와 초기 변위 양상을 분석하고자 하악 전치와 치주인대, 치조골에 대한 3차원 유한요소 모델을 제작하여 미니스크류 및 호선상 훅의 위치에 의해 결정되는 힘 벡터에 따른 치아의 3차원 각 평면에서의 변위량 및 von Mises 응력분포 양상을 비교하였다. 하악 4전치 분절에서는 함입력의 위치에 무관하게 공히 치관의 전방 경사가 발생하였으며 측절치 원심의 미니스크류와 후하방 힘을 가한 경우 경사 정도가 최소인 것으로 나타났다. 6전치 분절의 함입 시 견치 전방에 위치한 미니스크류에 의해 역시 상당한 치관의 전방 경사 및 순측치경부 치근막에 von Mises stress가 집중되었으며 견치 후방에 위치한 미니스크류와 중절치-측절치 간 훅에 의한 힘에 의해 순수한 함입에 가까운 치아 변위 및 치근막 전체에 균일한 von Mises stress의 분포가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 하악 전치의 함입이 요구되는 과개교합 증례에서 견치 원심측의 미니스크류와 중절치-측절치 간 훅을 이용한 후하방 힘에 의해 예측가능하게 하악 6전치의 순수한 함입을 유도할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

띠형 섬유보강재의 폭과 설치간격에 따른 변형률 분포 및 인발강도 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Strain Distribution and Pullout Strength based on Width and Horizontal Spacing of Geosynthetic Strip)

  • 본 연구에서는 블록식 보강토옹벽에 적용이 가능한 띠형 섬유보강재에 대하여 대형인발시험을 수행하였으며, 시험결과를 바탕으로 지반 내에 포설된 보강재의 인장변형 및 유발인발력을 분석하였다. 또한 전체면적법과 유효면적법을 이용한 인발강도를 평가하였다. 최대인발력은 보강재 폭 및 수직응력 조건에 관계없이 끝단 인발변위가 15mm 이내에서 발현되었다. 그리고 보강재의 설치간격과 관계없이 인발력과 끝단 인발변위 관계에 의한 인발거동은 유사한 것으로 확인되었다. 띠형 섬유보강재의 인발에 의한 변형은 보강재의 폭과 관계없이 선단부에 집중되어 선단부분에서 큰 인발력이 유발된 것을 확인하였다. 이는 수직응력 조건에 따른 마찰저항 보강재의 결속력이 인발저항에 매우 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 띠형 섬유보강재는 인장특성이 고려된 유효길이에 따른 평가가 이루어져야 보다 합리적인 설계가 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

In const routing working life tables, age-specific activity rates and life tabole popula- titoto which represents contemporary condi-tions of moortality in Korea au'e the basic' maltoerials. We have derived the age-specific rates foorm economically active population survey, whoich were conducted by the Bureau of Statistics, Economic Planning Borard of the Korean government. Working life tables are constructed for men wtable these materi- als in the year of 1970, 1980 and 1988 by a modified Wolfbein-Wool's method. Some of the findings may be summerized as follow : 1) A central part of constructing working life table is calculation of stationary' economic active population, which represents the number of men in the stationtary population extoected to be in the labor force at each age group in the life span. The stationary economic active population by age have generally a universal pattern, where they rise sharply in the early twenties, approach its' peak in the thirties decline thereafter. at first graolually and then more rapidly at an advanced age. Korean men show the same general pa ttern of age distribution of stationary eco-- nomic active population with sharp increase hegining from the age interval of 20 to 24, reaching to maximum level at older age. The population. however, presumably, increased substantially due to increaseing school atte endance rates. Another difference exiSts in the youngest age groups, that is the activity rate in the year of 1988 is lower than that of Japan. The table shows an analysis of changes in the age distrihution of labor force between 1970, 1980 and 1988. 2) It was shown an analysis of changes in the age distribution and cause of separation from labor force. The entrance rate to labor force has increased from 18~\5 persons to 299 persons per 1000 head of stationary population between that of 1980 than that of 1988 for Korean men in 20~24 age group. The entrace rate to labor force shows a rapid entrance appearance concentrated on the 15~24 age group. The separation rate from labor force by retirment in Korea in the year of 1988 shows a great difference of the about four times as much as that of Japan. 3) The functions of table illustrate the patterns of working life of males in Korea in 1970, 1980 and 1988. The average remaining number of economically active years, e at age 15 in 1988 is 46.39 which is 2.12 years of increase compared with that of at age 15 in 1970,1980 and 1988 are 43.90,44.27 and 46.39 respectively, showing steadily increase dur- ing the past double decade the increase in the length of economically active life various age may be considered to have come both from extention of general life expectancy and from increasing entrance rate to economic activity in high age that of working is far greater in 1988 than that of 1980. The gaps between expectation of life and average remaining years of economically active widened due to rapid improvement of mortality level in Ko- rea. This observation together with the population pressure by the appearance of a group of younger population implies that constant increase of economically inactive population among older age group.

확공을 이용한 지압형 앵커의 인발거동 특성 연구 (The Study of Pullout-Behavior Characteristics of The Ground Anchor Using Expanded Hole)

  • Ground anchor expands the hollow wall of settled part and has the structure which resists the designed tensile load by the bearing pressure generated by the wedge of the anchor body pressing in the expanded part. Such ground anchor has been recognized for stability and economicality since 1960s in technologically advanced nations such as Japan and Europe, and in 1970s, the Japan Society of Soil Engineering has established and announced the anchor concept map. The ground anchor introduced in Korea, however, has the structural problem where the tensile strength is comes only from the ground frictional force due to expansion of the wedge body. In an interval where the ground strength is locally reduced due to fault, discontinuation or such, this is pointed out as a critical weakness where the anchor body of around 1.0m must resist the tensile load. Also, in the installation of concrete block, the concentrated stress of concrete block constructed on the uneven rock surface causes damage, and many such issues in the anchor head have been reported. Thus, in this study, by using the expanded bit for precise expansion of settled part, the ground anchor system was completed so that the bearing pressure of ground anchor can be expressed as much as possible, and the bearing plate was inserted into the ground to resolve the existing issues of concrete block. Through numerical analysis and pullout test executed for verification of site applicability, the pullout-behavior characteristics of anchor was analyzed.
