Hemophilia A is a hemorrhagic disease caused by coagulation factor VIII deficiency. In head and neck cancer surgery, especially during a reconstructive one, complications can occur. These include hematomas due to bleeding which can then lead to flap ischemia, necrosis, and impaired wound healing. There are fewer cases of reconstructive surgery in patients with hemophilia A. Here in we report, a reconstructive surgery that involved mass resection, partial glossectomy (right), selective neck dissection (right, Levels I, II, III, IV), and reconstruction at the lateral arm free flap (left) in a 25-year-old man with hemophilia A. The surgery was successfully performed without any complications after pretreatment with Factor VIII concentrate, which has not been reported earlier.

본 논문은 소매점 유형별 소비자의 상품선택행동과 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 유형별 특성을 파악하고, 전통시장의 경쟁력 강화방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 서울과 수도권 거주자를 대상으로 설문하여 IPA 분석이 수행되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전통시장의 경우 상대적으로 이용시간이 긴 반면 사용금액은 크게 작은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전통시장의 점포구성과 배치가 점포탐색을 어렵게 하는 것으로 품목별 점포의 재구성과 집중화가 필요하다. 둘째, 전통시장과 대형 할인매장, 백화점 모두 중요도에 비하여 만족도가 낮아 전통시장의 활성화를 위해서는 대형 할인매장과 동일 선상에서의 경쟁보다는 취급하지 않는 품목의 구성 또는 전문화를 통하여 고객이 생각하지 못했던 곳에서 만족을 강화하는 것이 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 소매점 유형별 선택속성에 대한 IPA 결과 상품품질에 따른 응답자의 기대치가 반영되어 대형할인마트와 백화점은 가격에 대한 신뢰성과 상품 품질우수성이 개선되어야 할 사항으로 제시되었으며, 전통상권은 저렴한 가격과 가격에 대한 신뢰, 상품품질우수성이 강점으로 파악되었으며, 시설적 측면의 항목들은 개선사항으로 나타나 시설현대화 사업의 지속적 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the conservation management direction about cultural landscape of the traditional villages in the area of Huizhou through the importance-performance analysis. The results of the survey on the importance - performance of 261 people who had many visits to various cultural landscapes of Huizhou villages such as Hongchun, Sidichun etc. are as follows. It was appeared that the item of 'good air' is the highest level of importance and satisfaction and is best condition. The item of 'historical conservation' is the high level of importance, but the level of satisfaction is low, so continuous improvement is necessary. The item of 'Old garden conservation' has high satisfaction but low importance, so it needs to improve its importance through subsequent improvement. The item of 'Keeping of old cemetary and old tower' has low importance and satisfaction but it is above average, so continuous maintenance is needed. The items of 'Preservation of stone gate' and 'Preservation of famous man's birth house' all have slightly higher satisfaction and lower importance. Both items are highly satisfied with their importance, so they should avoid excessive efforts and maintain the present status. Satisfaction with the item of 'water environment and water quality' was the lowest, and the problem of the present condition is the most serious, and a major improvement is needed. The importance and satisfaction of 'Commercial development of old villages' was the lowest among all items. This item is causing serious problems and should provide an overall improvement way to drastically improve the importance and satisfaction. Concentration is necessary to improve the environment of the whole villages, to protect the ecological plants and animals in old villages, to transfer and improve the culture of old villages, to maintain sustainability of the villages, and to protect old temple and old rock in old villages. As the level of satisfaction with sustainability is the lowest in the part of 'Concentrate here', there is a great concern about sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on sustainability and concentrate on sustainable development.

본 연구에서는 알루미나 나노 템플레이트(anodic alumina oxide; AAO)를 이용하여 신속하면서도 효과적으로 나노입자 및 바이오물질을 분리, 농축할 수 있는 나노필터 소자를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 나노필터 소자는 유체의 주입 및 흐름이 가능한 미세유체채널(microfluidic channel)을 PDMS에 패터닝하였다. 위아래로 형성된 PDMS 미세유체채널 사이로, 다양한 크기의 나노 다공을 형성하고 있는 AAO 막을 삽입하여 크기에 따른 나노입자 및 바이오 물질을 분리할 수 있었다. 위아래로 PDMS 유체채널과 AAO 분리막을 집적하고, 최종적으로 아크릴레이트 플락스틱(acrylic plastic)으로 전체 소자를 고정하여 나노필터유체소자를 제작하였다. 완성된 나노필터소자를 이용하여 나노입자의 농축효율 및 은나노입자가 뭉쳐져있는 필터존(filtration zone)으로부터 뎅기 바이러스(dengue virus)를 표면증강라만(surface enhanced Raman scattering)분석법에 의해 검출할 수 있었다.

Fat composition of beef, taken here to mean marbling, can be manipulated by time on feed, finishing diet, and breed type. These three factors also strongly influence the fatty acid composition of beef. Both the amount of marbling and the concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) increase with time on feed in grain-fed and pasture-fed cattle, but much more dramatically in grain-fed cattle. High-concentrate diets stimulate the activity of adipose tissue stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD), which is responsible for the conversion of saturated fatty acids (SFA) to their $\Delta{9}$ desaturated counterparts. Also, grain feeding causes a depression in ruminal pH, which decreases those populations of ruminal microorganisms responsible for the isomerization and hydrogenation of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). The net result of elevated SCD activity in marbling adipose tissue and depressed ruminal isomerization/hydrogenation of dietary PUFA is a large increase in MUFA in beef over time. Conversely, pasture depresses both the accumulation of marbling and SCD activity, so that even though pasture feeding increases the relative concentration of PUFA in beef, it also increases SFA at the expense of MUFA. Wagyu and Hanwoo cattle accumulate large amounts of marbling and MUFA, and Wagyu cattle appear to be less sensitive to the effects of pastures in depressing overall rates of adipogenesis and the synthesis of MUFA in adipose tissues. There are small differences in fatty acid composition of beef from Bos indicus and Bos taurus cattle, but diet and time on feed are much more important determinants of beef fat content and fatty acid composition than breed type.

본 연구는 현재 우리나라 컨테이너터미널에 적용가능한 친환경 운영기술 요인들을 도출하고, 관련 실무자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통하여 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술들에 대한 항목별 중요도와 만족도의 차이를 Importance-Performance Analysis로 검증함으로써 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술에 대한 향후 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술 평가항목들 중 '빈이동 최소화'가 가장 중요한 요소로, '전기식 TC'가 가장 만족한 항목으로 분석되었다. 20개의 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술 항목들은 '터미널 안벽시스템', '터미널 야드시스템', '터미널 접안지원 시스템'의 3개 요인으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과들은 향후 우리나라 친환경 컨테이너터미널에 관련한 운영 정책수립 및 관리지침에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

To constrain the values of the model parameters for the cosmological models involving the time-decaying $\Lambda$ term, we have computed sets of theoretical predictions for the N-m relation of galaxies as well as the CMB angular power spectrum: three types of variation, viz., ${\Lambda}{\propto} T^{-1},\;a^{-m}$, and $H^n$ are thereby assumed following Overduin & Cooperstock (1998), although we concentrate here on the discussion of the results obtained from the first type. Our results for the N-m relation indicate that the observed excess of the galaxy counts N in the faint region beyond the blue apparent magnitude 24 can be reasonably well accounted for with the value of ${\iota}$ in the range between 0.2 and 1. Furthermore, a comparison of our computational results of the CMB spectra with the observational data shows that the models with a mild degree of the $\Lambda$ term decay, viz., with the value of ${\iota}{\le}$0.4, are favorable. In this case, the age of our universe turns out to be larger than or equal to 14 Gyr, the lower limit inferred from some Uranium datings.

Mark Twain's works are very good texts for students' understanding of American literature and culture deeply and comprehensively, However, professors teaching Mark Twain could be confronted with several problems: how to teach vernacular language in his works; how to deal with the massive volume; how to teach various issues systematically. This article aims to present a way to solve these problems, based on my experiences of teaching Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court in novel classes. One of good methods of discussing the various issues systematically in his works is focusing on his contemporary dominant discourses and his critiques on them. In teaching Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, the black discourse is the comtemporary dominant dicourse to concentrate on. I tried to discuss various issues in my classes, mainly relating them to exploring how Twain was contained in his contemporary black discourse and how he resisted it at the same time. The representation of the blacks in the work is a good example to show this. To what extent Huck can have human relationship with Jim is an important question to contest his interaction with his contemporary discourse. In my paper I examine various issues and problems I was faced with in the classes. In teaching A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, the crucial discourses are industrialism and modernity. Here, what must be paid attention to is that although industrialism is a part of modernity, it is convenient to deal it separately from the issue of modernity. Twain was dominated by those discourses, but he criticized them on the other hand. Various issues can be discussed, related with the question how much he was contained in the discourse of modernity and how much he criticized it. Students' understanding of this work and his contemporary dominant discourses can be enhanced by discussing his ambivalence toward modernization, democracy. and the Medieval feudalism.

This study is to discuss the content of Posangkimun on the whole and to report the understanding of Seokgok Lee Gyujoon on western civilization. Through the overall analysis of Posangkimun, it is found the following facts: 1. Posangkimun aroused interest of academic circles as it covered theories of western civilization. Most of the introduction to western civilization contained in the book is related to astronomy and geography. Seokgok criticized all the western theories on revolution of the earth, astronomy, continents and oceans on the ground that these theories were not congruous with the teaching of the Oriental sages. 2. Seokgok found the reasons why the West had led the East from 'nationalism' of the West. The nationalism mentioned here were more similar to 'democracy' in modern sense, or rather 'democratism'. What is specially noteworthy is that he did not find the reasons of western advancement from the spiritual issues not from the machine civilization. In this way, Seokgok could avoid the fallacy of throwing away traditional ideas to concentrate in western machine civilization. 3. The content of Posangkimun shows that Seokgok was a person with a very conservative view. Notwithstanding his inclination, he had good knowledge about western theories, most of which were gathered from newspapers and magazines at that time. It means that newspapers and magazines should be treated with more importance when studying Korean intellectuals in late Joseon period or during the time of Japanese forced occupation.

본 연구는 방한 관광객을 대상으로 항공사 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이에 방한 일본인과 중국인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 속성과 각 선택 속성들 간의 순위를 살펴보았다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 운송 서비스, 부대 서비스, 기내 서비스, 기본 서비스의 4가지 요인을 도출하였으며, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중 영역, 유지 영역, 저순위 영역, 과잉노력 지양 영역의 항목들을 도출하였다. 항공사 선택속성에 대한 IP분석 결과 가장 노력하고 집중해야 할 I사분면, 집중영역은 의사소통의 편리함, 기내 승무원 친절도, 선호좌석 배정 등으로 나타났다. II사분면 유지영역은 중요도와 성취도가 모두 높은 영역으로 항공편 스케줄, 정확한 수하물 처리, 상용고객 우대제도, 탑승 라운지, 제휴서비스, 항공사 이미지, 기내방송 등으로 나타났다. III사분면 저순위 영역은 중요도와 성취도 모두 낮은 영역으로 노선 다양성, 승무원 유니폼, 항공 요금, 기내식 맛과 질 등으로 나타났다. IV사분면 과잉노력 지양 영역으로 중요도는 낮으나 성취도가 높은 영역으로 이에 해당하는 속성은 신속한 탑승수속, 좌석의 편안함, 항공기 기종과 연식으로 나타났다.
