In recent years there are so many medical informations that surgeons should know to handle or analyze their large amount of surgical cases. Proper use of computer system offers new opportunities for the storage and manipulation of their hospital informations. But little is reported about which system, is appropriate, how much can we do with such a system, or what kind of work can be done with that, especially in the area of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery section. Authors designed a computer-based patient file management system using 16 Bit AT IBM personal computer and dBASE IV program, and developed a coding system for the diagnosis and operation name, which offers the basis for the classification of the surgical patient data. And the result of some experiences which was got from the total surgical cases of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Section, Seoul District Armed Forces General Hospital during past 5years, was described.

본 연구는 서울시의 도시환경과 관련된 다양한 자료들을 전산정보화 함으로써 효율적인 서울시 환경관리 체계 수립과 환경정책 지원을 위한 의사결정시스템으로서 환경정보시스템의 구축 방안 마련을 위한 기초연구의 성격을 가진다. 연구결과로서 서울시 환경정보화 현황이 분석되었고, 두 차례에 걸친 업무분석을 통해 분야별로 서울시 환경정보화 대상업무가 도출되었다. 서울시 환경정보시스템의 모형 개발과 관련하여, 업무분석 결과와 상위 계획의 검토를 거쳐 서울시 환경정보화의 목표가 설정되었으며, 서울시 환경정보시스템 구성의 기본방향 하위시스템 기능 둥이 도출되었다. 그리고 이러한 시스템의 구축을 위한 실행방안 및 연차별 추진방안 등 추진전략과, 운영조직 및 사업추진조직 둥의 추진체계를 포함하는 서울시 환경정보시스템 구축추진방안이 제시되었다.

The setting of protective relays, which is critical to the power system security and reliability, requires a huge volume of data processing and repetitive calculation. Since it has been performed by relay engineers manually, it is vulnerable to human errors, its computerization has been pursued, in which the efficient management of the data is the key to the success. The database for power system protection must accommodate not only the power system network data but also a variety of protective devices. Also its information should be able to be viewed and updated with easy by operators and by computer programs. This paper describes several existing database designs for power system protection, their advantages and disadvantages. Also this paper has identified the required function and designed the database for the KEPCO power system data structure for the benefit of the relay setting process, etc..

최근 들어 미국과 한국 등에서 연달아 도입되고 있는 전자 소송시스템은 급격하게 기업경영환경을 변화시키고 있으며, 전자적으로 자료를 관리해야 하는 기업의 경우 상당한 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다. 미국의 경우 2006년부터 민사소송에 전자소송시스템을 도입하였으며, 한국의 경우 소송 문서제출부담의 감소, 소송비용의 절감, 소송절차의 신속성, 투명성제고 등을 목적으로 2011년 5월부터 전자민사소송시스템을 운영하였는데 이에 대한 대비는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 전자소송시스템의 도입이라는 것은 사법환경을 획기적으로 변화시키는 것이므로, 이 시스템의 도입이 기업의 경영환경에 미치는 영향을 면밀히 분석하고 소송시스템의 변화에 따른 기업 경영환경의 변화를 면밀히 주목해야 할 필요성이 있다.

Computerization has been applied in most areas of health care in recent years. But computerized standardized nursing care plans have not yet been adequately developed even though they can significantly contribute to an improvement in the quality of nursing care. Therefore, this study was done to develop computerized nursing care plans. For this purpose, the study had the following objectives ; 1) to develop a computerized program for standardized nursing care plans which include defining characteristics, relating factors, expected out-comes and nursing interventions 2) to test applicability of the computerized pro-grams to the actual clinical situation of the clinical nurse. Application of the system development life cycle by davis was used as the study methodology. There are five stages in this method : strategy planning development, system analysis, system design, system practice and system evaluation. The first four steps in this methodology were used in this project. Two clinical nurses were selected to apply this computerized program in the clinical situation. The results of the study are as follows ; 1) Ten standardized nursing care plans including defining characteristics, relating factors, expected outcomes and nursing interventions which had been proven to have validity in the clinical setting were computerized using the Foxbase Program. 2) These programs were applied to the actual clinical situation by two clinic친 nurses working at Severance Hospital. For further study, continuous revision should be done by the users. Evaluation related to the utilization of the program should also be done.

중소기업의 정보화 영역은 생산정보화, 경영관리자동화, 네트워크화의 3가지 요소로 구분된다. 본 논문은 경영정보시스템을 이용하는 경영관리자동화를 주로 다룬다. 기능적으로 보면 생산, 판매, 인사, 회계 등 4개의 분야로 크게 나누어지나 대부분의 중소기업은 생산과 판매에 더 많은 주안점을 둔다. 따라서 이 두 개의 핵심 기능을 중심으로 객체지향방법론에 기반하여 통합된 정보시스템이 구축된다. 본 논문이 제안하는 단계별모델의 중요한 하나의 단계인 이 통합시스템은 단순화와 집중화의 원리를 수용했을 뿐만 아니라 객체지향패러다임을 이용하여 모듈화 및 친숙화를 구현하였다.

These days international trade has been converting to e-Trade formation. At this point, Korea has been striving for the trade facilitation; reducing logistics cost and improving foreign competitiveness by computerization operations of the maritime transportation that logistics and customs clearance are involved. However, due to the substantial characteristic of logistics service, the necessity of flexible and various logistics service development using internet has been strongly suggested. In particular, the logistics service which could share documents related to international physical movement between shippers and logistics organization. In this regard, this study carried out interview to explore the problems of physical distribution service and to suggest development direction of e-logistics service. The reason why this survey carried out is that most of users want more effective e-logistic service that could diminish successively real expense decrease. After analysis of survey results, this paper presents the basic development direction and emphasis development subjects. Therefore, the basic direction is presented from four viewpoints; customer-oriented approach, service-oriented approach, total approach and step-by-step implementation. Furthermore six development subjects; web-based standard module development for small and medium forwarders, development of standard logistics ERP system, collaboration model between KTNET and KLNET, system improvement for real users, on-demand system building for SMEs and connection with legacy system have been required.

현재 어업의 행정관리는 종이서류의 형태로써, 장기보관에 의한 훼손과 분실의 우려를 겪고 있다. 또한 새로운 정보를 갱신하고자할 때 많은 인력과 시간이 낭비되고 있으며, 일관되지 못한 좌표체계를 사용하여 정확한 어업권 위치확인에 혼란을 유발하고 있다. 본 연구는 전국어장의 표준화된 전산시스템 구축을 위해 전국 면허어업권의 55%를 점유하고 있는 전라남도를 대상으로 목포시 등 14개 연안 시 군의 어업권 영역을 GIS 기반의 어장도 DB 및 시스템을 구축하고, 어업관련 여러 행정업무의 전산화를 구현하여 사용자의 신속한 업무처리 및 어민들의 이용편의성을 증대하기 위한 연구로써, 향후 타 시스템과 연계가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

인터넷의 보급으로 인해 기업의 전산화가 발전함에 따라, 바이러스, 전산망 침해 등 정보화의 역기능도 크게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 오늘날, 기업 보안의 중요성이 매우 강조되고 있다. 이렇게 보안의 중요도가 높아짐으로 인하여 보안 솔루션도 함께 발전하고 있다. 보안 솔루션은 기존 단일 체제에서 통합 보안 관리 시스템으로 발전하고 있으며 통합보안관리 시스템에서 중요한 것은 각 보안 솔루션의 기능과 정책 의 적합한 설계이다. 기존의 보안 정책은 외부의 침입으로 부터의 보안을 중요시 해왔으나 현재는 내부의 보안도 그 중요도가 높아지고 있다 이를 위하여 새로운 구조의 통합 보안관리 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 침입탐지차단 시스템을 활용하여 내부보안을 강화한 통합 보안 관리 시스템을 제안, 구현하였으며. 내 외부의 IP와 ID접근을 실험하여 그 결과를 분석하였다.

In today's competitive business environment it is a necessary condition for a company to produce high-quality product for its survival and growth. That is the case in the auto-part industry as well where the international standards, ISO/TS 16949 certification, are required by customers to adopt mandatory. This study presents a successful implementation of quality management system(QMS) in a major auto-part manufacturer in Korea, utilizing SAP's QM(qualaity management) module and a mobile office system. The QMS brought the company "A" a variety of benefits such as real-time availability of product-inspection data, speedy decision-making, reduction in time required for defect-handling, ease of vertical integration of business partners in supply chain, and ease of business process standardization between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. It is expected that the findings of this study can be used as a useful guideline for companies to consider implementing ERP-based quality management systems successfully.
