Development of Safety Assessment Indicators and Facility Management System for Crime Prevention - A Case Study of Park -

  • In this study, a GIS-based park safety assessment index was developed to enable objective park vulnerability assessment through data-based GIS analysis, a safety assessment was conducted by selecting a target site where various parks are operated and applying the park safety assessment index. In addition, a facility management system was developed for efficient management of the park safety assessment to update the park safety and provide a foothold for indirect PPGIS. In the case of the assessment index of the safety rating of the park, it was possible to conclude that the accurate quantitative performance was given to the calculation of the safety grade of the park based on the fact that the facilities are different depending on the environment and the size of the park. In addition, the marking the safety grade of parks, as well as the function to show the safety facilities of parks, a common living area for citizens, the management system is expected to have an impact on promoting the use of parks. In the future, in functions such as reporting of facility failures and verifying civil information are implemented by applying civic group participation programs and crowd-sourcing technologies, it is believed that all facilities as well as parks managed by the local government can be managed more efficiently.

  • 21세기 IT 선진국을 꿈꾸면서 우리나라는 2001년도부터 초등학교를 비롯한 각급 학교에서 컴퓨터 교육을 실시해 오고 있다. 그러나 기능 위주의 ICT교육은 학생들의 정보 소양 교육에 적당하지 못하다는 지적을 받아왔다. 이에 2005년도에는 "정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안" 이 발표되면서 정보 소양 교육이 보다 체계적인 틀을 갖추게 되었다. 뿐만 아니라 전문가들은 컴퓨터 교육에 수행 평가를 도입할 것을 주장하고 있다. 수행평가는 단순한 기능교육 위주의 컴퓨터 교육을 문제 해결 과정으로서의 본격적인 교육을 가능하게 하지만 좋은 수행평가 척도 없이는 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보통신기술교육의 올바른 교육을 위하여 "발표용 문서 작성" 영역의 수행평가 척도를 개발하였다.

  • Comparing to the other subject, hierarchy among mathematical contents is strong from the perspective of knowledge order as grades go up. That is, the knowledge that students already have learned, are learning and will learn are closed related from grade to grade. We expect students to be proactive and creative in studying mathematics, which is the goal of 21th century, analyzing their. knowledge structure based on the hierarchy of knowledge through assessment. Especially, using computer system we provide students with substantial feedback for the assessment as well as objective validity is increased along with speedy and exact process in a bid to help students' mathematical understanding grow. This paper seeks to analyze the assessment data by applying knowledge spaces to computer system and develops efficient methods based on the analyzed results, to diagram each student's knowledge structure.

  • In this paper, we introduce the application of several currently-representative methods for mineral resources potential assessment on Geographic information system(hereinafter referred to as GIS), and combined with mineral resources potential assessment performed in China and with lead-zinc deposits taken as an example, summarized and divided minerals prediction and assessment models; on this basis, this paper presented the process of metallogenic prognosis based on MRAS platform, and made a simple analysis on existing problems.

  • 국가 연구개발 사업의 과제 평가는 신청된 과제 중에서 기술성 또는 사업화 가능성이 높은 과제를 선별하기 때문에 고도의 전문성 및 객관성, 공정성이 요구된다. 이를 위해 신청된 각 세부과제의 기술 분야 전문가가 해당 과제의 계획서를 중점적으로 검토하게 된다. 그러나 평가 과정에서 평가 위원의 평가 지표 점수가 같다고 하더라도 평가 위원의 평가 의견이 동일하다고 판단할 수 없으며, 실제 적용되는 평가 지표의 가중치가 다르게 적용될 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가 연구개발 사업의 선별 평가를 위한 각 지표별 평가 기준을 객관화하여 과제 평가 선정의 오차를 줄이고, 평가의 전문성 및 공정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 AHP 기반 국가 연구개발 과제 평가 기준 결정 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 국가 연구개발 사업의 지표별 평가 기준을 객관화할 수 있었으며, 부여된 가중치 배점을 이용하여 각 지표별 평가 기준을 산정하는 과정에서 각 분야의 전문가의 전문성 및 공정성을 확보할 수 있었다.

A Methodology of Automated Analysis and Qualitative Assessment of Legislation and Court Decisions

  • This study aims to substantiate an interdisciplinary methodology for automated analysis and qualitative assessment of legislation and court decisions. The development of this kind of methodology will make it possible to fill a number of methodological gaps in various research areas, including law effectiveness assessment and legal monitoring. We have defined a methodology based on the interdisciplinary principles and tools. In general, it should be noted that even at the level of qualitative assessment made with the use of the methodology described above, the accumulation of knowledge about the relationship between legal objectives, indicators and computer methods of their identification can reduce the role of expert knowledge and subjective factor in the process of assessment, planning, forecasting and control over the state of legislation and law enforcement. Automation of intellectual processes becomes inevitable in a digital society, but, releasing experts from routine work, simultaneously reorients it to development of interdisciplinary methods and control over their application.

  • In human reliability analysis, dependence assessment is an important issue in risky large complex systems, such as operation of a nuclear power plant. Many existing methods depend on an expert's judgment, which contributes to the subjectivity and restrictions of results. Recently, a computational method, based on the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory and analytic hierarchy process, has been proposed to handle the dependence in human reliability analysis. The model can deal with uncertainty in an analyst's judgment and reduce the subjectivity in the evaluation process. However, the computation is heavy and complicated to some degree. The most important issue is that the existing method is in a positive aspect, which may cause an underestimation of the risk. In this study, a new evidential analytic hierarchy process dependence assessment methodology, based on the improvement of existing methods, has been proposed, which is expected to be easier and more effective.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a computer system with data file and computerized programs for nutrition counseling. In this research, a 16 / XT personal computer (word : COBOL) compatible with IBM-PC/XT was used. Computer system developed for this study was as follows: Data files(food composition list, food exchange list, nutrition management comment, special diet therapy) were used for analysis the nutritional status and the ntrition education comment. (1) Programs for the nutritional status assessment 1) General information a) Name, age, sex, higher, weight, activity, disease and special diet b) Ideal body weight and Obesity assessment(Kaup index and Broca index) c) Rest and athletics status d) Biochemical data comparision with standard 2) Food Intakes 3) Nutrient Intakes a) Comparison of the amounts intaked with the recommended dietary allowances for present weight. b) Comparison of the energy composition rate intaked with the recommended dietary allowances for present weight. b) Comparison of the energy composition rate intaked with the recommended for present weight and ideal weight. c) Nutrient analysis by each meal and snack. 4) Food intakes from each food group and comparison with recommended 5) Special nutrient analysis. (2) Programs for the nutrition education based on nutritional status assessment. 1) Suggestion of number of food exchange group 2) Nutritional assessment and advise comments 3) Nutritional management comments 4) Special diet therapy In the study, the nutritioal status and nutrition education comments are based on individual data from nutrition counseling.

  • The article considers the improved method and model of automated air situation assessment using a decision support system based on fuzzy networks of target installations. The advanced method of automated assessment of the air situation using the decision support system is based on the methodology of reflexive control of the first rank. With this approach, the process of assessing the air situation in the framework of the formulated task can be reduced to determining the purpose, probabilistic nature of actions and capabilities of the air target. The use of a homogeneous functional network for the formal presentation of air situation assessment processes will formally describe the process of determining classes of events during air situation assessment and the process of determining quantitative and qualitative characteristics of recognized air situation situations. To formalize the patterns of manifestation of the values of quantitative and symbolic information, it is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets.

컴퓨터기반평가(Computer Based Assessment: CBA) 인지유형과 컴퓨터 효능감, 성격, 학업성취와의 관계 (Associations among Perceptional Typology with Computer Based Assessment, Computer Efficacy, Personality, and Academic Achievement)

  • 본 연구는 컴퓨터기반 평가(CBA)의 효율적 사용 제고와 수업설계를 위하여 학생들의 CBA 인지유형과 학업성취도, 성격 5대 유형, 컴퓨터 효능감과의 관련성을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 온라인학습기반 시스템(LMS)을 바탕으로 CBA를 도입하고 있는 한 대학에서 CBA 수업을 50%이상 수강한 4학년 학생 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, CBA 인지유형별로 학업성취도 (4년 평균학점)와 5대 성격 유형 간에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, CBA 적응추구 유형의 학업성취도(GPA)가 가장 높았고 CBA 불만형/지필선호형의 평균평점이 가장 낮았다. 이와 비슷하게 성격 측면에서 CBA 적응추구형이 CBA 불만형보다 성실성 점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 또, 성실성, 친화성, 신경성이 높을수록 평균학점이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 CBA인지유형과 학업성취도, 성격 등의 연관성에 관한 최초의 시도라는 연구 의미가 있다.
