Virtualization technology opened a new era in the field of Data intensive, Grid and Cloud Computing. Today's Data centers are smarter than ever leveraging the Virtualization technology. In response to that, Dynamic consolidations of Virtual Machines (VMs) allow efficient resource management by live migration of VMs in the hosts. Moreover, each client typically has a service level agreement (SLA), leads to stipulation in dealing with energy-performance trade-off as aggressive consolidation may lead to performance degradation beyond the negotiation. In this paper we propose a Cloud Based CDN approach for allocation of VM that aims to maximize the client-level SLA. Our experiment result demonstrates significant enhancement of SLA at certain level.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of administrative liability for offenses in the informational sphere, the definition of the concept and features. Based on the examples of implementation of instruments of European legislation into the national legal system and examples of national legal practice, the authors have identified the features of informational and legal sanctions aimed at restricting the rights of access of subjects to information, prohibiting them to disseminate certain information, restricting the rights to disseminate certain information, and suspending informational activities. It has been substantiated that the administrative liability for informational offenses as a protective legal institution is created to contribute to the solution of such acute problems of legal support of human and society interests in the new informational dimensions.

The purpose of the paper is to analyze situations and its prospect of Single Window System for custom's one-stop service in Japan and to suggest effective application was to improve of in Korea's Customs systems. In response to the growing demand for lower trading costs and shorter and more predictable lead times with the advancement of the international trade supply chain, the Single Window System for import/export and port-related procedures was launched on 23 July 2003 in Japan. The concept of the Single Window System is to establish a comprehensive computer interface system that enables users to complete all import/export and port-related procedures required under different laws and regulations in a single input and single transmission. To realize the concept, the data elements and submission times of the various systems were harmonized, and manual procedures, such as quarantine and immigration, were computerized. Then, all the necessary systems, such as NACCS, Port EDI System, and Crew Landing Permit Support System, were interconnected as a Single Window System. Close cooperation among other governmental organizations and the private sector was a key factor in the successful development and smooth utilization of the System so that it fully met all parties' needs. It is anticipated that operating costs will be greatly reduced and trade facilitation will be enhanced as a result of the simplification of procedures. Korea Customs advocates the Single Window System as a best practice at ASEAN and WCO to contribute to the development of regional and international capacity building.

Rapid growth of the IT industry has led to significant energy consumption in the last decade. Data centers swallow an enormous amount of electrical energy and have high operating costs and carbon dioxide excretions. In response to this, the dynamic consolidation of virtual machines (VMs) allows for efficient resource management and reduces power consumption through the live migration of VMs in the hosts. Moreover, each client typically has a service level agreement (SLA), this leads to stipulations in dealing with energy-performance trade-offs, as aggressive consolidation may lead to performance degradation beyond the negotiation. In this paper we propose a heuristic based resource allocation of VM selection and a VM allocation approach that aims to minimize the total energy consumption and operating costs while meeting the client-level SLA. Our experiment results demonstrate significant enhancements in cloud providers' profit and energy savings while improving the SLA at a certain level.

Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business and making payment. The entrance of the Internet has a prominent for spread of Electronic Commerce and those phenomenons will result in paperless trading and cashless trade. By virtue of Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer restyling from the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as important and poplar method of payment, Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) to settle payment electronically through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to Conduct comparative analysis with approach manner functional respect systematic respect, role. It is shown which the Electronic payment system is better. In this study, the author attempts to find the problems is (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) and solutions in switching from the documentary payment system to the electronic one. This conclusion of this study can be summarized as followings. In resoect of the law, bolero should seek to prevert the users from being treated unfairly due to multilateral agreement on Rulebook. TradeCard, BeXcom do not have the proper law that users are governed. so far as the practice problems concerned, stability of computer's operation and security of message interchange should be warranted and improved continuously. Through the standardization of the electronic document and the development of software, the examination of the shipping occuments must be done automatically. Bolero should induce more banks to take part in Bolero, and make the carrier the cost and time in managing the traditional document which will be used for the time being. In respect of information technology and security, to deduce the risk in the electronic settlement system and positively uses the global authentication guideline(Identrus).

최근 인터넷의 증가와 함께 인터넷 비즈니스의 상거래 방식 또한 바뀌어 가고 있다. 기존 상거래 방식은 사용자 스스로가 원하는 정보를 찾아 다녔지만 점차 사용자의 편의를 위해서 하나의 사이트에서 사용자에게 맞춤 서비스를 할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해 서비스 업체들은 모바일 에이전트를 이용한 상거래 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 모바일 에이전트 기반의 상거래 시스템은 사용자에게는 하나의 사이트에서원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 서비스 업체는 고객들에게 다양하면서도 유익한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이는 신뢰성 있는 전자상거래 환경 구현을 위하여 매우 중요하다. 하지만 일반적으로 사용되는 모바일 에이전트 기반의 플랫폼은 사용자가 URL정보를 알아야 하고, 이러한 기능은 검색 엔진에 의존하고 있다. 이와 더불어 사용자의 요구 수준이 증가하면서 사용자는 단순데이터를 제공받는 것이 아니라 통합, 요약된 서비스를 제공받기 원하고 있다. 본논문에서는 사용자가 원하는 정보를 한 사이트 또는 한 페이지에서 제공하고, 적은 횟수의마우스 클릭으로 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있도록 모바일 에이전트 개념을 적용한 상품 거래 시스템을 구현한다. 이를 위하여 E-Service를 하기 위한 플랫폼인 E-speak를 이용하여 상품 거래 시스템을 구현한다. 또한 컨텐츠는 XML 문서로 저장하고 이를 기반으로자료를 공유한다.

Multi-code code division multiple access(MC-CDMA) 시스템은 다수의 코드 사용으로 인한 용량의 증가를 통해 다양한 속도, 다양한 품질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다 그러나, 여러 개의 코드들이 합쳐지면서 PAPR(Peak to Average Power Ratio)이 크게 증가되므로 비선형 왜곡에 의한 시스템 성능이 크게 저하되고, 이를 위해 HPA(High Power Amplifier)에서 많은 양의 back-off를 해야 하므로 큰 전력 손실이 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 들어오는 정보 데이터에 상응하는, 즉 입력 데이터의 상관 관계에 의한 constraint code의 삽입함으로써 PAPR을 효율적으로 낮출 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. PAPR 저감 효과는 사용된 constraint code의 길이와 index에 의존하며, PAPR 저감 효과와 constraint code의 길이 사이에 trade-off가 존재한다. HPA 및 AWGN 채널을 고려한 시뮬레이션 결과에서, 1) Input back-off 없이 가능한 모든 constraint code를 사용해 신호를 선택한 경우와 2) 약간의 input back-off와 몇 가지 constraint code만을 이용해 신호를 선택한 경우에서, BER성능이 선형 HPA를 사용한 OFDM의 성능과 거의 같게 나타남을 확인할 수 있다.

서비스 관점에서 국제표준기구가 요구하는 수준의 인증 서비스를 SW 개발과정에 도입하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 우리 산업에서 ICT가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높을 뿐만 아니라, ICT 관련 SW에 대한 국제적인 수준의 인증은 필수적이기 때문이다. 그리고 이를 위해서 ADONIS와 같은 과학적이며 체계적인 도구를 기반으로 한 인증 서비스가 절대적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시대적, 사회적 요구에 부응할 수 있는 하나의 새로운 방법 체계를 제시하였다. 이 체계는 우리 산업에 국제적인 수준에서 요구되는 SW의 안전성에 대한 인증 서비스를 제공하였고, 이러한 서비스는 다른 영역에도 적용될 수 있다. 이러한 체계를 설명하기 위해 EU우주항공국의 표준안 중 ECSS-E-40의 인증을 위한 서비스의 설계와 이에 대한 보증이 어떻게 이루어지는지 서비스 공학 측면에서 살펴보고, ADONIS를 통해서 보여주고자 한다. 본 논문은 E-40 표준안의 항목 중 SW의 명세와 검증에 관해 집중하며, 검증의 대상은 안전성(Safety)을 우선으로 한다.

컴퓨터기술과 통신기술이 결합하여 정보통신기술이 비약적인 발전을 하면서, 그 산물인 인터넷의 사용인구가 급증하고 있다. 정보화사회를 대표하는 인터넷을 통해 인간의 정보활용 능력이 획기적으로 증대되었다. 이에 따라 인터넷 이용자가 폭발적으로 확산됨에 따라 인터넷이용자들과 소비자들을 보호하는 법제들이 제정되고, 개정되고 있음에도 불구하고 인터넷이용자들의 피해가 날이 갈수록 증가하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 인터넷 이용자 보호를 위한 제도 개선방안을 도출하기 위하여 인터넷 이용자보호 관련 주요 이슈를 공정한 정보의 제공, 계약체결단계의 의무 등 개별서비스유형별 이슈로 세분화하여 현황 및 문제점을 분석한 후 개선방안을 도출하여 보았다.

Nowadays, the spread of electronic commerce using internet demands a large changes doing business with company to company and give that company a change to recognize logistics. To support logistics activity, all kinds of companies are using the computer and are recognized that the efficient using of Cyber Logistics Information will mainly play a roll to strength the companies competition power. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to suggest the following plans, the first plan is to research the companies which is offering the logistics information on the Web site based on the internet and to investigate the contents of Logistics Information, then the second plan is to give companies which is to get the logistics information on Internet, more efficient ways using internet based logistics information systems.
