The computer was only used to calculate and solve the mathematical problems, to send the simple data, and to exchange the text based informations in the early 1990's. But nowadays, computer technology give us the chance to exchange digital goods and services, etc. And more, computer and computer based systems can be applied everywhere, for example, it can be used at office, at home, and at school. Most of all, one of the remarkable changes is the development of mobile industry, which can be applied anywhere and anytime. So, this study focused on the current situation and promotion plans of the mobile industry. Mobile is based on the IT, IT and mobile technology are the foundation stone of ubiquitous computing environments. Accordingly, this thesis analysis the meaning of ubiquitous, the meaning and roll of mobile industry. With the analysis of this, the conclusion is that to develop and success the new business model at home and overseas, the cooperation of government section and industry section is the most import thing to make it out.

본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 분석 결과 및 중요도를 기반으로 IT산업 성공요인인 창업지원, 기술지원, 경영지원, 법 $\cdot$ 제도적지원을 위한 IT산업 육성전략을 IT산업 지원시설의 집적화, IT산업 지원네트워크 구축, 지역착근 선도기업 발굴 및 육성, 마케팅 및 유통 선진화로 구분하고, 어떤 성공전략을 우선적으로 고려하여 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정 공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP통계분석 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 용인지역 IT산업 발전을 위한 정책수립 자료로 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 및 성공전략에 관련된 선행연구 결과를 기반으로 용인지역 IT 산업단지 조성을 위해서는 어떠한 전략을 우선적으로 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 IT산업단지 조성전략 분석에서 제시된 결과를 바탕으로 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구에서 전문가 방문조사 및 설문조사 등을 통해 제시한 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안은 용인시 IT산업 육성을 위한 정책수립에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

미래 신 성장동력이며 융합산업의 핵심 도메인인 IT 산업은 타 산업과의 융합을 통하여 국가 발전의 기반이 되는 산업이지만, IT 고급인력의 부족 현상은 지방과 수도권에 한정되지 않고 지속되고 있다. 그러나, 그간의 연구들은 포괄적인 인력양성에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 사업수행 지역의 특성화를 이룰 수 있는 인력양성 정책에 대한 성과분석에 대한 연구들은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 지역의 IT 고급 인력을 양성하여 IT 융합을 기반으로 지역산업을 활성화하고 이를 통하여 지역을 발전시키기 위한 제도적 개선방안에 대한 필요성이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역의 IT 인력양성 활성화를 위하여 지역 기반 인력양성사업의 IT 분야 성과분석을 통하여 제도개선방안을 설계하고자 한다.

Software organisations follow different methodologies for the development of software. The software development methodologies are mainly divided into two categories, including plan-driven and agile development. To attain project success, it is very significant to consider risk management during whole project. Agile development is considered risk-driven, but many risks are unreported at the industrial level. The risks can be divided into three categories, including (i) development risks, (ii) organisations risks, and (iii) people-oriented risks. This paper deals with Development risks specifically. Several risks related to development are faced by people working in the industry while dealing with agile development. Their management among the industry is a big issue, so this paper emphasises ARMF based on development-related risks by following agile development. This research work will help software organisations to prevent different project-related risks during agile development. The risks are elicited at two-level, (i) literature-based and (ii) IT industry based. A systematic literature review was performed for eliciting the agile risks from the literature. Detailed case studies and survey research methods were applied for eliciting risks from IT industry. Finally, we merged the agile development risks from literature with standard industrial risks. Hence, we established an agile risk mitigation framework ARMF based on agile development and present a groundwork established in light of empirical examination for extending it in future research.

The MPC(Moisture Protected Computer) system is completely unique. It was recently invented in Korea and it is a technological break-through in the field of computer systems. It will be instrumental in the development of a complete moisture air-tight capability and will work well in field environments. The MPC includes the following: 1) An enclosed design. 2) Moisture proof computer enclosure joints. 3) System dust protection & an impact buffing system. 4) A normal temperature maintenance system when the temperature inside the computer is low. 5) The ability to generate heat and a radiate system inside the computer 6) An automatic power input sensing controller device. 7) A safety device in case of mis-operation. 8) A proper admission procedure for various tests. Because of the above, and as a result of temperature property experiments, there aren't any operational problems. The result of this treatise could provide very important data for verification of cases involving: using strong materials to protect against explosions, searching for ways to make the size and weight small, and for making repairs easier. As a result, it could achieve price and function competitiveness in advanced countries such as the USA and in Europe.

Participatory sensing applications rely on recruiting appropriate participants to share their surrounding conditions with others, and have been widely used in many areas like environmental monitoring, health care, and traffic congestion monitoring, etc. In such applications, how to ensure the privacy of a participant is important, since incentive mechanisms are used to maintain their enthusiasm for sustainable participation by offering certain amount of reward. In this paper, we propose a pseudonym-based privacy protection scheme, that takes both privacy protection and user incentives into consideration. The proposed scheme uses the pseudonym mechanism and one-way hash function to achieve user incentives, while protecting their identity. We also show extensive analysis of the proposed scheme to demonstrate that it can meet the security and performance the requirement of a participatory sensing application.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) skill is becoming a technology that might deliver a response to manual glitches. The use of tags, receiver and wireless surfs to join with each other would mean that RFID in combination with the EPC would speech these pain opinions and offer many welfares in different sectors such as production, distribution, trade, logistics, and security. Potential benefits include increased visibility rising supply chain, enlarged proficiency and cost savings through improved data harmonization, better responsiveness to actual prominence change. Trendy the case of the textile or industrial applications, recent systems used by the industry to control the supply chain in addition strength discernibility are being studied, besides improvements in the overall perceptibility of assets are anticipated through labels, readers, drivers, POEs, etc. this model will be developed with new situations and a lively construction industry. It will be focused on Cost, Hardware compatibility, security and maintenance issues.

컴퓨터와 더불어 멀티미디어의 발전은 가상현실이라는 신기술을 만들어 내게 하였고 가상현실 분야중 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기술은 항공, 자동차, 의학, 소포츠, 교육, 패션 분야에 이르기 까지 그 적용이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 헤어스타일링 분야에서 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 적용을 연구하고자 한다. 기존의 2차원 헤어시뮬레이션의 개발 및 상용 현황과, 연구 단계에 있는 3차원 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션의 개발 현황을 살펴본다. 아울러 2차원 헤어시뮬레이션의 사용자를 대상으로 그 유용성에 대하여 실증조사 하였다. 조사 대상자들의 64.6%가 헤어시뮬레이션에 대하여 만족한다고 응답하였고, 50.6%가 다른 사람들에게 추천할 의사가 있다고 하였다. 또한 63.3%가 구전의사가 있다고 조사되었다.

The purposes of this paper is to draw a conclusion on the impact of the characteristics of economic cooperation between china and south korea on customer value and enterprise performance in the korean electronics industry. In this paper, product reliability and product innovation are especially used as analytical factors, and this paper used a survey of 293 internal employees working in the electronics industry for analyze, and structural equation model(SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results of the research analysis are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the characteristic of economic cooperation in the research model has a significant effect on the product reliability. Second, it was found that the characteristics of economic cooperation have a significant effect on the products innovation. Third, the products reliability has a significant impact on customer value, while the products innovation has not affected customer value. Finally, it was found that the customer value of the korean electronics industry also has a significant impact on the Enterprise performance. As a good development alternative to this research, there is the ultimate goal of hoping that corporate managers will help to create new good values. To this end, we hope it will be helpful as we have made necessary suggestions to establish the desired direction of the Korean electronics industry operator.
