현재 정부에서는 디지털 격차 해소를 위한 정보교육 확대 방안이 논의되고 있다. 현장 초등학교 교사 역시 정보교육의 확대에 긍정적으로 응답한 사람이 77.3%가 될 정도로 정보교육의 필요성에 대해 인지하고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 정보교육의 필요성을 분석한 D초등학교는 1980년대부터 지금까지 주당 1시간 이상의 정보교육을 꾸준히 실시했다. 학생들에게 정보교육의 사교육 절감 효과를 살펴보기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사교육을 하는 학생의 비율이 16.2%로 나타났다. 이는 2021년에 실시된 타 설문조사의 사교육 참여 비율로 응답된 66.5%보다 50.3% 적은 수치를 보여주며 사교육 절감에 효과가 있을 것으로 기대되었다. 사례연구 분석 결과에서 교사는 교육과정의 부재로 인한 강사에 따른 학습 내용이 달라짐을, 학부모는 중요성은 인지하나 학습 내용을 알 수 없다는 지적을 하며 정보교과 및 교육과정의 필요성에 대해 언급했다. 이는 미래 인재 양성을 위해 정보교육은 초등학교에서 독립교과로서 보편적인 교육의 기회가 제공되어야 함을 의미한다.

Multilayer co-extrusion blown film construction is a popular technique for producing plastic films for various packaging industries. Automated detection of defective films can improve the quality of film production process. In this paper, we propose a film inspection system that can detect and classify film defects robustly. In our system, first, film images are acquired through a high speed line-scan camera under an appropriate lighting system. In order to detect and classify film defects, an inspection algorithm is developed. The algorithm divides the typical film defects into two groups: intensity-based and texture-based. Intensity-based defects are classified based on geometric features. Whereas, to classify texture-based defects, a texture analysis technique based on local binary pattern (LBP) is adopted. Experimental results revealed that our film inspection system is effective in detecting and classifying defects for the multilayer co-extrusion blown film construction line.

본 연구는 발달장애 영유아를 위한 교육과정중심 진단, 중재, 평가의 연계 체계를 웹상에서 전문가 시스템으로 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 교육과정중심 진단 평가와 웹기반 전문가 시스템에 관한 선행연구와 특수교육에서 공학적 활용에 관한 연구를 분석한 후, 웹기반 전문가 시스템의 전체 구조와 하위 시스템을 체계적이고 구체적으로 설계하였다. 발달장애 영유아를 위한 웹기반 전문가 시스템 설계에서는 정보분석, 최적화, 자료수집, 자료분석, 의사결정으로 중재의 연결 구조를 강조하였다.

The general objectives of this study were to develop a health education management information system to effectively deal with community health problems. This study aimed at 1) to development an health education management information system, and 2) to offer computer-based communication channels among the District Health System components such as health center, health subcenters, and community hospital, 3) lastly, to identify the key issues and effectiveness of health education. Major findings of the study were as follows: The major benefits and significances of this information system included: improvement of quality of health education statistics by reducing manual data processing, improvement of productivity of health educators by reducing paper works, improvement of decision-making capability of managers by providing more information for planning, organizing, and evaluating health education programes, and improvement of communication flow among health institutions. Based on the findings of the study, the following are recommended: (1) The health education information system will connect with computerized information systems of various health-related institutions in a district and computer-based communication channels among them, and of the superior agencies in the future. (2) The major functions of the computerized health education program are: to keep client medical records, to inquire about information on the client and his family's history. (3) The program will provide outputs in various forms, such as files for patient records, data on some chronic diseases, information on the patient and his family members, and various kinds of statistics.

초중등학교에서는 교육 목적의 설문조사를 종종 실시하고 있다. 유료 시스템을 이용하거나 오프라인 설문을 하거나 클라우드 서비스 사이트를 이용하곤 한다. 라임서베이는 학교내에서 설치 운영이 가능한 오픈 소스이지만 사용자 인터페이스가 불편하게 느껴지는 점이 있어 그 사용이 적은 편인데, 본 연구에서는 이를 개선함으로써 사용을 보다 원활하게 하고자 한다.

The primary purpose of security mechanisms in a computer systems is to control the access to information. There are two types of access control mechanisms to be used typically. One is discretionary access control(DAC) and another is mandatory access control(MAC). In this study an access control mechanism is introduced for secure access path in security system. The security policy of this access control is that no disclosure of information and no unauthorized modification of information. To make this access control correspond to security policy, we introduce three properties; read, write and create.

현행 초등학교 독서교육은, 각 교과 교육과정과의 연계와 다양한 독서교육 방법의 모색이나 구안, 적용이 없이 실시되고 있으며, 여러 독서교육 프로그램의 부재와 현장 전문인력의 부족, 가정과 학교의 정서적.공간적 단절로 인한 지속적인 독서교육 실시의 어려움 등이 문제점으로 제기되고 있다. 이와같은 문제점을 인식하여 본 논문에서는 전자 도서관 및 각종 독서 관련 활동의 정보 공유가 가능한 독서교육의 보조 시스템으로서의 웹 기반 독서교육지원시스템을 구안하였다. 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 독서교육지원시스템을 통하여 학생들의 실생활과 연결된 독서교육을 가능케 하며, 도서관리, 독후감 및 독후화 게시, 권장도서 정보 등을 제공하는 전자도서관을 통하여 초등학교 독서교육을 활성화시키고, 다양한 독서교육 프로그램을 개발할 수 있으며, 가정과 학교와의 유대를 강화시킬 수 있을 것이다. 또한 학교와 단위학급별 모듈 구현을 통하여 단위 학급의 각종 독후 활동과 관련된 지식과 정보를 학교 단위에서 공유하고 나눔으로써, 각종 독서교육 관련 자료의 공유와 통계작성 등이 가능하도록 하였다.

알고리즘을 컴퓨터로 구현하여 수식 입력에 대한 출력을 과정없이 보여주는 프로그램이 컴퓨터 대수 시스템이다. 이 시스템에 연역적 추론을 자동화하는 과정을 수행하는 자동 연역 시스템을 결합하는 시도로 구현된 것이 Theorema 시스템이다. 오스트리아의 RISC 연구소에서 개발된 이 시스템은 Mathematica의 rewriting 기법을 사용하여 구현되었는데, 계산과 문제 해결, 증명을 할 수 있는 모드를 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 계산 모드의 Theorema 언어를 구사하여 TI-92 그래픽 계산기에 탑재된 Derive 시스템의 일부를 시뮬레이션한 결과를 토대로 TI-92 메뉴얼을 Mathematica notebook의 형태로 생성하는 도구를 개발한 내용을 소대한다. 또한, 이렇게 하여 생성된 매뉴얼이 자바 서브릿을 통하여 웹기반 학습용 인터페이스로 연계되는 일련의 과정을 제시한다.

This system is unionized form about GPS and a pocket game machine. This game machine of the use only for the game with an existing system but the function of various purposes which carries out service relevant to a user's position information. This system have the game function, the function to offer space guidance service by the theme interlocked with a user's position, and the traffic safety education function.

This article proposes to consider the experience of using information and communication technologies in educational processes and social practices of Ukrainian universities. The history of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system is considered, the system of organizing the information space of universities is investigated. The distinctive features of the structure of a single information space, as well as distance e-learning technologies are highlighted. Empirical material obtained in the course of sociological research is used to discuss specific examples of the use of ICT in universities.
