시스템의 변경은 개발 주기의 전 과정 가운데 지속적으로 발생하게 되고, 변경이 발생하면 연관된 다른 요소에 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 다음 주기에까지 그 영향이 전달되기 때문에, 개발 초기의 요구공학 주기의 산출물인 요구사항명세서로부터 추적과 관리가 시작되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항의 관리를 위해 요구사항 관리 모델을 제안하고, 요구사항 관리 계층을 중심으로 요구사항의 저장, 변경사항의 관리 및 추적을 처리하며, 이를 기반으로 이후 프로젝트 관리와 관련된 작업들을 어플리케이션 계층에서 처리하도록 지원하였다. 또한 이 모델이 효율적으로 컴퓨터를 이용한 공동작업(Computer Supported Cooperative Work: CSW)에 활용 가능하도록 웹을 통해 구현한다.

앞으로 전산 시스템에서는 독자적인 사용자의 전산 시스템 이용보다는 조직내의 다수의 작업 참여자간의 의사소통과 정보의 교환 및 공유가 원활히 이루어지도록 할 수 있는 시스템의 지원이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 전산환경을 CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work)환경이라고 하며 많은 구성원이 공통된 자원을 공유함으로 해서 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제가 발생하게 된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 최근 다수의 사용자가 공유자원을 사용하는데 있어 발생할 수 있는 관리의 복잡성을 해결하기 위해 RBAC(Role Based Access Control) 개념이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 CSCW환경과 같이 Work개념이 중요한 환경에서는 기존의 RBAC개념만으로는 공유자원의 접근제어문제 해결에 어려움이 있어 본 논문에서는 Work개념을 RBAC모델에 도입한 CSCW환경 하에서의 RBAC 모델을 제시해 보고자 한다.

The 21st century will be the advanced Information society era. The management of very large quantity of electronic documents is important because new applications such as Digital Libraries, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) in Intranet, CALS (Commerce At the Light Speed) are emerging, which require the functionalities of efficient storing, searching and managing a bulk of electronic documents. SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) is an ISO Standard for representing structure information of electronic documents. This paper proposes an effective data model for storing and managing SGML documents. We also describe the design and implementation details of SGML document management system, which has capabilities of storing SGML instances, generating schema dynamically, and retrieving structure elements efficiently.

The telemedicine & distance education system that this paper suggests has been designed on the CTE(Collaborative Telemedicine & distance Education) framework, which is an integrated multimedia environment. This is a CBM-based collaborative telemedicine & distance education type, different from the conventional doctor based general practice, and is an integrated multimedia telemedicine & distance education system capable of many application developments using information super highway. This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. And, The implementation of this new teaming system should be designed with multimedia application development platform base which is interfaced with computer engineering, computer network technology, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology, and education engineering.

Since most of CSCW(Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) systems have been developed for particular computing platforms, they are usable only within the specific organizations supporting those particular platforms. Recently, according to the rapid growth and continuing success of the World-Wide Web(WWW or Web) which offers a globally accessible platform-independent infrastructure, many CSCW systems has been constructed and is being developed on the basis of the Web. As one of such CSCW systems, in this paper, we describe the design and implementation of the CoSpace system. The CoSpace system provides shared workspaces, which enable members of a work group easily share information for collaborative work through their Web Browsers. The shared workspaces support information sharing and management between users, and also support event monitoring and synchronization between collaborative works.

In this study, we have propose an english, math education program to the children of elementary school and Single Display Groupware (SDG) technique was applied to implement the program. By SDG-based program, learners will be performed at the same time learning cooperatively. Finally, we have implement a prototype of SDG system and take a usability test with elementary school children.

과거 대부분의 CSCW(Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) 시스템은 특정 플랫폼에 의존하여 개발되었기 때문에 일반적으로 해당 플랫폼 환경이 구축되어진 조직 내에서만 사용이 가능하였다. 최근 어디서나 접근 가능할 수 있도록 플렛폼에 독립적인 환경을 지원하는 웹의 급속하고도 지속적인 성장에 따라 많은 CSCW 시스템들이 웹 환경을 통하여 사용할 수 있도록 구축되었고 또한 현재 개발중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 웹 기반 CSCW 시스템인 CoSpace 시스템의 설계와 구현에 대해 기술한다. CoSpace 시스템은 작업 그룹의 구성원들이 공동작업을 위해 웹 브라우저를 사용하여 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 공유 작업공간을 지원한다.

컴퓨터 지원 협동작업(Computer Supported Cooperative Work, CSCW)을 실혐시키는 그룹웨어에 대한 연구는 여러 분야에서 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 공동 프로젝트 수행시 참여자간 의사 소통에 필요한 정보 공유를 위해 효율적인 자료 기록 및 검색에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공동 작업시 필요한 자료 공유와 효과적인 검색을 위하여 DBMS 질의를 이용한 자료 기록과 검색 뿐 아니라 규칙 기반의 검색 엔진 설계를 포함하는 지능적인 검색기능을 제공하는 그룹웨어 회의 시스템인 IReRCoS(Record and Retrieval based Conferencing System)를 설계한다. JAVA Applet 인터페이스를 통해 공유 자료 기록 조건과 검색 조건을 입력하고 데이터베이스에 저장된 자료를 MSSQL 질의어 및 JESS의 검색 엔진을 통해 해당 파일을 추출한다. IReRCoS는 지능적인 공유자료 기록 및 검색 기능을 지원함으로써 컴퓨터 기반의 다수가 참여한 공동 작업을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 통합된 그룹웨어 환경을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

Complexity of some problems often transcends the problem solving capability of human individuals. As such, we cannot but take a collaborative approach to those complex problems. Collaboration while using computing systems can take place through shared objects. However, current commercial DBMSs do not provide a satisfactory control for concurrent access to objects shared by collaborators. A new concurrency control scheme is proposed which will help a group of people work in a more collaborative and natural way. The idea of softlock is refined into three different kinds of softlocks and the roles of collaborators are taken into account in the proposal of the new scheme. Although these softlocks are illustrated together with read/write hardlocks in this paper, the use of softlocks can be extended to be exploited with other kinds of hardlocks, for example, of granularity locking.

본 논문에서는 그룹웨어(groupware) 또는 CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work) 사용자들이 공유할 데이터들을 그룹 공유 영역에 위치시킨 후 그룹 공유 영역 내의 공유 객체에 대한 접근을 그룹웨어 사용자들에게 제공하는 구조를 제시하고, 그룹공유 영역의 구현을 위해 실시간 그룹웨어 응용에 의존하지 않는 구조를 지닌 공유 영역 서버인 SAS(Shared Area Server)에 대해서 기술한다. 그룹웨어 응용에게 공유 영역에 대한 접근을 제공하는 SACI(Shared Area Client Interface)와 함께 SAS는 하이브리드 구조를 구성하고 SAS와 SACI 그리고 그룹웨어 응용 사이에는 비동기 메시지 전달 방식을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 그룹웨어에서 사용하는 공유 객체에 대한 동시성제어를 다루면서 기존 연구와의 차이점을 기술한다.
