  • As the social and technical circumstance changes rapidly, passive learners who were knowledge-finders not only remember and regenerate about the given information but also critically grasp the phenomena of real life, and then also it became necessary for us to help cultivate the ability to solve the problem creatively in the new form of educational goal, educational content, educational methods and evaluation, educational environment. As a result, this study analyzes the smart learning education, fit the model of smart learning education training in high school information ethics parts, design the lesson that is proposal class of 'Information protection and Security' section, and develop the teaching and experience educational contents, furthermore, It is to investigate the impact on the ethics consciousness about information communications.

  • 2015 Software Education Guidelines aim to foster the capacity to solve the problem by extending the learners ICT literacy. However, this guidance does not include ICT literacy education content. This study develop a model curriculum on information ethics and creation tools for elementary school students. And 7 levels of learning contents and achievements on information ethics and creation tools are proposed in this study.

  • As the development of the information society, our lives enriched and became more convenient. However it leads to the dysfunction. These dysfunctions appear especially to teenagers. Information Ethics education should be strengthened in order to solve these problems. However experts in the subject of Information Ethics are lacking. The goal of this study is to find some factors of professionalism of teachers responsible for Information Ethics education and to develop an assessment tool. In this study, we find some factors of professionalism of Information Ethics teachers, make some preliminary questions and select some of them by discussing with experts. Through a preliminary and main inspection we analyze the reliability and validity of the questions and develop the final questions. To practically use the assessment tool, we consisted the standards table. This assessment tool can be used for evaluation an Information Ethics teacher's ability, used as the basic materials for improving it and suggested making some systematic curriculums for teacher's training.

  • Students are getting more opportunities to use the internet at school and home with the development of information & communication technology and the spread of computers. It can be used for education; otherwise, it also has some negative side effects, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. Information communication ethics education is needed to protect students from those negative side effects in cyber space. This paper presents the systematic education contents and ways to teach correct information communication ethics education form the results of questionaires to students, teachers and parents, and other related study.

  • 오늘날 인터넷은 모든 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나 일상생활의 일부분이 된 인터넷 상에서 인터넷 윤리의식은 부족한 상태에 놓여있다. 특히 성장기에 있는 청소년들 사이에서 익명성이 보장되는 점을 악용하여, 악플이나 무분별한 욕의 사용 등 사이버 폭력으로 이어져 여러 사회 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 예방하기 위해 많은 홍보와 공익광고 등이 진행되고 있으나, 그 기대 효과는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 청소년들이 많이 이용하는 fps온라인 게임에 적용할 언어 변환 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 언어 변환 프로세스를 적용하면 악플이나 무분별한 욕의 사용으로 인한 사이버 폭력이 줄어들 것으로 예상된다.

  • 인공지능 기술이 사회 전반에 확산하며, 인공지능 윤리 문제 또한 큰 이슈가 되었다. 이에 따라 정부, 기업, 연구기관, 국제기구 등 다양한 단체에서 인공지능 기준안을 발표하고 있으나 이러한 인공지능 윤리 기준안을 발표하는 것으로 인공지능 윤리 문제를 해결할 수 없다. 이에 인공지능 윤리교육이 절실히 필요하다. 그러나 학교급에서의 인공지능 윤리교육을 위한 프로그램이 미흡하다. 이러한 상황에서 Moral machine은 인공지능을 위한 윤리교육 도구로 학교급을 막론하고 활발하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 Moral machine의 딜레마 상황은 교육용으로 다소 부적절한 요소가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인공지능 윤리교육에 적합한 인공지능 윤리 딜레마 문항을 사람이 중심이 되는 인공지능 기준의 3대 원칙을 바탕으로 개발하였다.

Information Communication Ethics Education Program using Digital Storytelling (디지털 스토리텔링을 활용한 정보통신 윤리교육 프로그램)

  • As people increasingly access the internet on mobile, the importance of internet ethics and Information Communication(ICE) Ethics has been gradually emphasized in a global society. Therefore it is needed that young students should learn cyber-ethics at school. However, currently there is almost no appropriate ICE-education program for primary school students in Korea. In this paper, we propose an ICE-education program based on digital storytelling. The proposed ICE-education program makes students to learn ICE naturally through the experiences obtained in the process of making their own digital storytelling about ICE. We applied the proposed ICE educational program to the 6th grade students of an elementary school located in Seoul. The result showed that the most participated students have enhanced their scores in participation, respect and temperance among four key elements of ICE.

  • To solve the problems of lack of professional knowledge and teaching method for Information Ethics in the school, In this study we designed a curriculum model on point of students of educational colleges for Information Ethics Education(IEE) in the college that many researchers had mentioned. The contents in IEE curriculum included opinions of them who will be teachers of elementary or middle, high schools in the future. Also, For imbalance of reverse functions-oriented contents of information society in present, In the first, we made up 5 content fields: "In formation Society", "In formation Ethics", "Cyber-Etiquette", "Reverse Functions and Conquest", "Teaching method". In the second, we reflected opinions and demands of active teachers. Finally, In oder to check the validity of curriculum that designed in this study, we had expert group of education examine the validity of IEE curriculum design.

A Case based Multiplex Teaching and Learning Model to Improve the Educational Level of Information and Communication Ethics in Elementary School (초등 정보통신 윤리수준 개선을 위한 사례 기반 다중형 교수학습모형)

  • Information and communication environment includes a lot of dangerous factors to elementary school children who do not establish their own value sense as well as its related knowledge yet. This paper proposes a case based multiplex teaching and learning model which leads students to participate and be interested in, then to improve the educational level of information and communication ethics in elementary school. This model progresses in centric of the conflict situations in information and communication ethics that can be commonly occurred in actual life. To adapt case based approach, three types of teaching and learning models, value conflict, value clarification, and role playing, are applied in a combined form. Along with applying the models, their educational effects have been compared and analysed in time sequence, in the educational level improvement point of view. The verification has been conducted by using surveys and questionnaires, in the four areas; cognitive, affective, behavioral, and then overall. The verification results show that the proposed method is effective to improve the educational level of information and communication ethics in elementary schooll.

  • The purpose of this thesis was to implement effective blended PBL(Problem-Based Learning) systems for information communication ethics education. The proposed systems, Online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined and Moodle is used for online learning platform. We proposed the use of wikis and blogs not just for creation of knowledge, but as active learning tool to support PBL. In the proposed system, learners used the web 2.0 as a open place to create new knowledge and experience various effects of PBL, such as (1) Improvement of problem solving ability, (2) Understanding of cooperative learning. The blended PBL systems with teaching and learning model were evaluated learners' level of satisfaction and educational achievement in the study of information communication ethics. The result shows that blended PBL learning method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of information communication ethics and showed more higher level of learners' satisfaction and educational achievement than the face-to-face PBL learning method.
