Sequential estimation of parameters in a compound Poisson process whose jump sizes are one-parameter exponential class random variables is discussed. Cramer-Rao type information inequality is used as an efficiency cirterion. Unbiased estimators for certain parametric functions whose variance attain the lower bound are all characterized with the corresponding sampling plans.

독립적인 nitridation step이 포함된 급속 열처리 공정을 이용하여 125-180A 두께의 이중 절연박막을 단결정 실리콘 상에 형성하였다. HCl 가스의 첨가량과 공정시간의 변화에 따른 박막 특성의 변화를 고찰하였고, 이에 따른 박막의 전기적 특성을 관찰하였다. HCl 가스의 첨가에 의해 초기의 산화막 두께의 성장은 현저하게 나타났으나, nitridation 후의 박막두께의 변화는 10A 이하로 매우 저조하였다. 이중 절연박막의 항복전압은 HCl 가스의 첨가량에 비례하여 점차 증가하였고, 절연강도는 furnace나 독립적인 nitridation step이 포함되지 않은 급속 열처리 공정으로 형성한 같은 두께의 박막에 비해 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

This paper considers the problem of deriving exponential probability inequalities for product symmetric Poisson processes. As an application they are used to show the existence of regular version of some product process derived from L$\acute{e}$vy process.

We consider a compound Poisson risk model in which the premium rate changes when the surplus exceeds a threshold. The explicit form of the ruin probability for the risk model is obtained by deriving and using the overflow probability of the workload process in the corresponding M/G/1 queueing model.

Atorvastatin calcium salt (1) was obtained through the preparation of lactone compound (8) from 2-((4R,6R)-6-(2-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-isopropyl-3-phenyl-4-(phenylcarbamoyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-ethyl)-2-phenyl-1,3,2-dioxaborinan-4-yl)acetic acid tert-butyl ester (9) by hydrolysis in basic condition. Efficient hydrolysis of boronate compound 9 aimed at the viable synthesis for commercial production and purification of Atorvastatin calcium is reported. Detail studies of evaluation procedure are also reported.

A non-equilibrium powder metallurgy processing such as an MA/SPS (Mechanical Alloying / Spark Plasma Sintering) process is examined in a Ti-48moll%Al. TiAl intermetallic compound is a potential light-weight/high-temperature structural material. One of the major problems, however, limiting the practical use of the material is its poor workability. From this point, the powder metallurgy (PM) processing route has been attractive alternative of the conventional processing for such material The MA/SPS process is able to apply to a LIGA process. Optimization of the pseudo-superplasticity enables to fabricate micro-parts made of fine grained ceramics composites of TiAl by the LIGA process.

EMC를 정량 Moulding 후 잔량 처리와 작동 시 역 차단 방식의 설계하여 기계적 동작에 의해 흡입이 일어나도록 하여 Needle Tip의 잔량과 사인 현상을 해결하였다. 본 논문에서는 Gun과 세척제 Tank를 직결하도록 설계하여 세척이 용이하며, 원하는 량을 미리 계량하여 정밀 정량을 고속으로 EMC를 Molding 할 수 있도록 개발하기 때문에 반도체 Packaging 공정에 필수적인 장비라고 사료된다.

This paper approaches the problem of option pricing in an incomplete market, where the underlying asset price process follows a compound Poisson model. We assume that the price process follows a compound Poisson model under an equivalent martingale measure and it converges weakly to the Black-Scholes model. First, we express the option price as the expectation of the discounted payoff and expand it at the Black-Scholes price to obtain a pricing formula with three unknown parameters. Then we estimate those parameters using the market option data. This method can use the option data on the same stock with different expiration dates and different strike prices.

Modified-Shrink-Fit(MSF) method of compound cylinder is studied to increase elastic load carrying capacity (ELCC) of pressure vessel. The autofrettage and the shrink-fit processes are used to study the MSF process. Theoretical analyses based on the Tresca yield criterion, Hencky's total strain theory and elastic linearly strain-hardening material are carried out to derive closed form solutions. Experimental results are compared with theoretical results with various diameter ratios between outer (SM45C) and inner (SM20C) bloc cylinder. For various diameter ratios, increments of ELCC have errors in strains vs. internal loading pressures between experimental and theoretical results. But experimental results show good agreements with theoretical results in reyield pressurizing state. The increments of ELCC of compound cylinder manufactured by the MSF process is proved by measuring the residual stresses.

A fully automatic computer simulation technique of axisymmetric multi-stage compound forging processes was presented in this paper. A penalty rigid-viscoplastic finite element method was employed together with an improved looping method for automatically remeshing with quadrilateral finite-elements only. An application example of six-stage axisymmetric forging processes involving one cold and two hot forging processes, two piercing processes and a sizing process was given with emphasis on automatically tracing the metal flow lines through the whole simulation.
